This is to certify that Rahul Gautam was student of KIET Ghaziabad for the period
2008-2012.
He organized many events in college fest, won a few awards in competitions and for
all those events I was the faculty-in-charge.

Details of his work and achievements are given below:

1) Event Coordinator Music Events
Responsible for organizing the Music Events for Cultural Fest-2010 (annual
cultural fest of KIET, Ghaziabad)
The responsibility included (but not limited to) selection & publicity of the
events under this category, selection of volunteers & co-coordinators for the
individual events,
Organizing prelims (auditions) & the final rounds, working on the
requirements for events & decision making on any other issues related to
them.
Formed and led a team of 12 members (coordinators and co-coordinators)
towards the success of event.
Event witnessed participation of more than 200 students in event.

2) Member of the student apex committee constituted for successful conduct of
Techno-Cultural festival EPOQUE 2011 of KIET.
Responsible for All Business Events organizing & publicizing
Led a team of 15 coordinators and co-coordinators.
Fest witnessed a participation of more than 1000 students
3) Event Coordinator -Street Dance.
Responsible for organizing the Street Dance Event for Cultural Fest-2011
(EPOQUE 2011) (annual cultural fest of KIET, Ghaziabad)
Organizing prelims (auditions) & the final rounds, working on the
requirements for events & decision-making on any other issues related to
them.
Led a team of 8 members to organize the event Street Dance in 2010
Managed 50 participants and handled the logistics while successfully
organizing the event



4) Won 2

prize among 14 participants in solo dance competition during Techno-
Cultural festival EPOQUE 2011 of KIET.


5) Won 1st prize among 100 participants in a web-designing contest in a technical
event of KIET (2009).
6) Appreciation award in a debugging event in a technical festival of KIET
(2009).
7) Won 1
st
prize among 10 groups that participated in Fashion Show in Techno-
Cultural festival EPOQUE 2012 of KIET.
