something very respectable, and indeed anyone who could afford studies could
enter school, because there was no impairment of social status. Kings or senior
officials used to frequently visit schools to inspect and search among the students
to the most talented, then they were selected and concentrating them by granting

first step or knowledge of education were teaching for their parent in the case of

that, their ideas no had neither values in this process. On the one hand, the kind of
student that we will find to be too much shy in their behavior in class, their capacity
of thought for getting solution to their difficulty in the real situation not are the best.
Also that student were very short expressive in the case of linguistically situation
when they are learning foreign language. In this sense, our country as in many
countries underdeveloped the process of improvement of its education is very slow
there area down level in the use of the new technology and the science as well as
a good infrastructure educative in where the student can improve day by day their
knowledge in this areas easer way, what say with this is that our country and like
many other countries need improve more in the case of infrastructure and the new
technologies and didactics stools and also of the constantly training of their
teachers in whole areas.
And so, many difficulties can be improved and well get excellent students more
competitive in the aspect educative and social, when those processes educative
carry out of an optimal way. Moreover the education in our Choco department is
going back in the sense which lately the student are finishing very bad in
something aspect of the education, really I dont know what happen it but, many
students when they finish high school and they coming to the university they
realize have too much weakness which it make more difficulty that process so
much for teacher as students perhaps is a subject matter is in lazy between
teacher and students the same school. Of course, the most of the institutions dont
have whole the aids necessary to awaken that motivation in them. In this case the
Choco University have many difficulties in this sense, the most of its program of
education dont has a good laboratory for learning really optimal in where the
students can develop their ability and dexterity, in addiction, most of their teacher
are not enough prepare in high level of education which guarantee an excellent
learning. My university like many other universities of the country has too many
difficulties in its process of learning teaching. For this same reason is important to
know really what the teacher role is as educator and what the student role is in this
process of learning and teaching, in the case teacher has to be a friend, an
enabler, a guiding, an monitor, that is to say, that person who always is accompany
to his pupil in this important learning process in where simply he is going help to
lead and check up on them in their constantly learning. In other hands, the student
role is that exercise their educational process. Students nowadays leave be
characters who receive specific training that enables them to become active
elements that can respond to the demands of society on constant updating of
knowledge, procedures, attitudes and skills. In this sense the student becomes
responsible for their own educational process, and as such acts to give answer to
your personal needs, characterized by differential individual aspects regarding the
peer group. At the same time, the student marks the rhythm of their own learning
and organizes his time devoting part of their training, to not rely on limits marked by
agendas or timetables laid down by the institutions.
In conclusion, from here the importance of planning a good class or rather than a
good teaching, because, the same depend in great part of a good education for
them. The reason of planning is something quite important since of, the teacher
has the opportunity of observed to know very well to their students and then he can
analysis the advantages or ability of each one and so he can make a good process
in where each one learn of different way. Because as everybody knows in a class
room well find students with different shape to learn or same students with
behaviors too much different to the rest of their classmate, therefore their learning
shape can be quick or slow. Then what teacher has to do? To implement a good
methology and besides, the teacher must take into account, for instant:

Learners interest
Learners needs
To know what contents
Monitor student learning
To organize and controlling students behavior
Text selection
Student level
Material
And by last, the teacher has to have an excellent motivation in all his
