Individual Evaluation

A team is a group of people who work by interacting and discussing the project and with mutual
understanding they solve problems of achieve their desired goal (Coulter & Robbins, 2010). I am glad
that we got opportunity to make Team Project on Comparing and contrasting the organisational
structure and talking about the offshoring and outsourcing of three different business groups with group
of five people Robin Fernandes, Sahil Arora, Ajinkya Vaidya, Adhish Gokulsing and myself. We decided
to represent three well known banks based on Australia NAB (National Australian Banking Group),
CMB (Commonwealth Bank), and ANZ (Australia & New Zealand). These are the top 3 banks that provide
great baking services to customer in banking industry and have different structure and business strategy
with common motive of customer satisfaction.
Team projects Outcome:
I would like to thanks all my team members who emailed me from time to time and supported me and
guided me for this project as this being my first presentation proper guidance and encouragement
provided me to complete my task.
My Influence and contribution to the project:
All the members of my team were sincerely dedicated towards the project and completed the given task
on time. Everyone has contributed equally to complete given assignment as we were working on three
different banks the project work was divided into parts and everyone was assigned on different task
therefore three people including myself collected the information on offshoring and outsource business
of these three different banks as well as the structure of their business offshore and onshore and made
an individual report to help other member who was working on report part. Although other person has
also collected information and main task was to sort of best material to make report and presentation as
best as were taken off by other two members.
I believe my team has given his best, as its easy to complete individual task as compared to task given to
group just because team members were committed to their work it was done with ease.
It was great experience; I learn many things from other group member who was working with me on this
group project. Team members need to understand the importance of commitments and dedication
towards their work and ability and personality of member needs to encourage for building good
relationship. Giving constructive feedbacks, recognising the value and develop strengths of each other.
