I, the lessee, agree: 1. Sun City Strings will assess me a $20.00 fee if my credit card or bank draft payment information does not work and the efforts of Sun
City Strings to reach me for updated information are not successful. 2. I will notify Sun City Strings of any address, credit card or bank change. 3. Sun City
Strings will not be responsible for theft of this rental. 4. To allow Sun City Strings and its representatives to pick-up the instrument from the school, home,
or elsewhere, with or without the knowledge of the renter if the rental payments are not kept current. 5. I fail to return the instrument, then I am
responsible for all reasonable costs Sun City Strings incurs for the return of the instrument and/or agree to let Sun City Strings charge my credit card/bank
draft for rent due and/or the value of the instrument minus the deposit and rent already paid to Sun City Strings. 6. This account can be forwarded to a
collection agency, if the instrument is not returned and a balance is owed. 7. There is (a) no obligation to continue with the lease payments after the end of
each rental period as set forth by this contract, (b) I can continue to use the instrument by making the next scheduled payment, (c) return the instrument
to Sun City Strings, under previously specified conditions, in which case no further obligation will be incurred under the contract. 8. Rental credit is
forfeited if continuous rental is not maintained. 9. I have no right to sell, sublease, mortgage, pawn, pledge, encumber, or otherwise dispose of the
instrument. Title to the instrument will not pass to me until the price of the instrument is paid in full.

Warranty

Restrictions:
Warranty does not cover strings, cases or other free accessories.
Damage caused by neglect or misuse of instrument is not covered.
Delicate instruments are affected by climatic conditions. Exposure to excessive heat, cold, dryness, or moisture is considered neglect.
Instrument adjustment is not covered by this warranty.
Normal wear caused by normal use of items is not covered by this warranty.
Natural products, such as wood, cannot be guaranteed against cracking, seam separation, warping of fingerboard or chipping.

Return of Equipment


Once you have received the leased equipment, you are responsible for any loss or damage (except as covered by service policy) until it is
returned to lessor's physical possession. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping at the end of any applicable lease term. You will
insure the leased equipment for its full replacement value at the time of return shipping and loss or damage is your responsibility until its
reaches lessor's possession. Upon its return the equipment shall be in as good a condition as when you received it, less what we consider to
be reasonable wear and tear. You are responsible for the diminution in value of the equipment if the wear and tear is excessive. You are
responsible for any damaged or missing parts.

Responsibility for Loss/Damage


You are responsible for any and all loss or damage to the leased equipment. You are obligated to pay lessor upon demand, the amount of
any such loss or damage, up to 70% of the MSRP of a new rental instrument. You are obligated to hold lessor harmless and defend lessor
against any and all claims for injury or damages arising out of the use or possession of the leased equipment by yourself or any other
person until such date as the leased equipment is returned to the physical possession of lessor.
