Employment Contract

Dear MR BHAVESH,
Congratulations and Welcome to SPARKLE INTERNATIONAL.
Based on your CV and subsequent interview with the Management of SPARKLE INTERNATIONAL ,
we are pleased to inform you that you are appointed as QUALITY CONTROLLER with SPARKLE
INTERNATIONAL. subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.

Your date of employment with the Company starts on DATE OF ARRIVAL IN CHINA UP TO
3 YEARS TERM PERIOD.

2. Your first 6-months of employment with the Company will be under probation period.
Confirmation for regularization will be on or before the expiration of your probation period
based on your performance and appraisal from your immediate superior.
3. You will be reporting directly to the GENERAL MANAGER AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTION
FROM HIM..
4. You will receive an amount of UNITED STATES DOLLAR THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (USD 350),
as your monthly basic pay. You are also entitled for allowances as DISCUSSED FOR YOUR
MEALS WITH FREE LODGING AND BOARDING WITH VISA ACCOMODATION BY COMPANY
PROVIDED YOU COMPLETE 3 YEARS TERM.
5. Based on your work performance and discretion of the management you will have a salary
increase as below
After 6th month increase of USD50 (i.e USD400/month basic pay)
After 1 year increase of USD100(i.e USD 500/month basic pay) - for eg. this will be after
you have completed 1 and half year in the company
After another 1 year increase of USD100(i.e USD600/month basic pay) - for eg. this will be
after you have completed 2 and half year in the company.
After you complete your trip of 3years - COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU RETURN TICKET TO
INDIA, 1MONTH PAID LEAVE HOLIDAY, AND BONUS(WHICH WILL BE DEPEND ON YOUR
PERFORMANCE)
6. FURTHER IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE THREE YEAR TERM CONTRACT AND DECIDE TO GO
BACK COUNTRY OF ORIGIN YOU WILL BE ALLEGABLE TO PAY ALL VISA EXPENSES FOR 3
YEARS PAID BY COMPANY.
7. You will be working from Monday Saturday but the Management may request you to
attend official duty on Sundays if required.

8. No work during Special and Legal Holidays unless required by the management.
9.

All company information should be considered strictly confidential and it should not be
divulged outside the company.

10.You will abide on companys present policy and procedures and its future implementations
e.g. punctuality, attendance and leave availment among others.
11.You should be willing to travel /relocate to different places within the country where the
Company has business interests.
12. Management reserves all right
within your probation period
,breach of contract or misuse
disrespect of the circulars, notices

to terminate your services without any prior notice

if you were found guilty of misconduct/misbehavior
of companys assets & information disobedience &
and memos of the Management.

13.Management reserves the right to terminate your regular employment with due notice
and justification if you were found guilty of misconduct /misbehavior , breach
of
contract or misuse of companys assets & information, disobedience & disrespect of the
circulars, notices and memos of the Management.
14.In case of resignation, you will observe 3-month prior notice so we can make the
appropriate replacement. Full and final settlement will be done only after 1 month from
the date of acceptance of the resignation letter.
15.Being an employee of SPARKLE INTERNATIONAL., you are requested to be honest, sincere
and trustworthy to the Management as well as to the employees of the Company.
16.By signing this, Contract, you are bound to work exclusively for SPARKLE INTERNATIONAL,
for a minimum
of THREE(3) year from the date of joining the company. If for any
reasons(s), you resign or voluntarily terminates your employment from the company ,
COMPANY shall withhold an equivalent of one (3) month from your salary. AND ALL
EXPENSES INCURRED FOR VISAS EXTENTIONS WILL HAVE TO BE SHOULDERED AND
DEDUCTED FROM YOUR WITH HOLDED SALARY ACCOUNT.
