ATLAS ANNOUNCE COLLABORATION WITH TINA ARENA

Atlas Pearls and Perfumes Limited (ASX:ATP) (Atlas) is leveraging off the Companys diversified asset and
IP base, and is pleased to announce its collaboration with Australian and French music icon, Tina Arena.

Two years in the making, this collaboration reflects significant commitment by both parties in developing
Australias first luxury perfume. Rather than a celebrity endorsement deal, this collaboration is building a
fragrance to celebrate. Tina Arena is personally working with an international development team headed
by Nelson Rocher and world acclaimed perfumers to combine the best ingredients from Australia and
France. Mr Rocher brings strong French perfume and marketing connections and product development
experience to this project.

Tina Arena has been a shareholder in Atlas since October 2013 and through two years of due diligence has
satisfied herself that Atlas is a company with high integrity and a strong long term growth outlook. This
collaboration represents a potential increased stake in Atlas Pearls and Perfumes.

This unique venture allows Atlas Pearls and Perfumes to highlight its proprietary fragrance innovations that
are being exported through Essential Oils of Tasmania, whilst strengthening its luxury networks in France.
Tina Arena has built a strong brand presence in France with sales exceeding 1 million records making her
Australias leading exporter of music to that country. When combined with Atlas Chairman, Stephen
Birkbecks extensive Paris based luxury networks, the partnership is set to consolidate the companys
consumer brand programme and increase exports of pearls, perfume extracts and finished products.

In addition, a jewellery capsule will be created to reflect and capture Tina Arena's style and finesse.

made this commitment to Atlas. This is not a typical celebrity fragrance but an artistic collaboration,

industry.

By launching this perfume Atlas is looking to create new exports for Tasmanian raw materials and
complement this with pearl jewellery sales while leveraging off these exports to gain access to key export
markets in France, the USA, Japan, China, Indonesia and Northern Europe.








About Essential Oils of Tasmania
Essential Oils of Tasmania will build and commission an innovative manufacturing facility in Tasmania for
production of fragrance, flavour and cosmetic ingredients from innovative Australian indigenous botanicals
and marine (pearls and seaweed) and fungal products, and secure long term supply agreements for these
products. It will include Australia's first commercial Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) plant using CO2 for
the extraction of ingredients and bioactive compounds. Tasmania is recognised as an attractive source of
new cosmetic ingredients because of its environmentally pure resources.
