Position Brief
TOP 5 MUST-HAVES:
1. 12+ years experience growing and managing a business and leadership team
2. Experience in a key operations or business development function related to Big Data, Analytics,
and/or Business Intelligence
3. Profit & Loss ownership
4. Demonstrated success in expanding business opportunities with existing accounts and cultivating
new business opportunities
5. Experience leading/managing others; ability to work as a senior member of a management team

Analytics division offers a variety of consultative solutions across many industries.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Practice Leader, Business Intelligence & Analytics (B&A) provides an excellent opportunity for an
experienced leader to develop and grow in an exciting global business with considerable growth
opportunities. Company is well positioned to capitalize on the opportunities in the consulting arena
while it expands businesses in new markets and businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Business Intelligence & Analytics practice including operations, P&L, business development,
team growth and development, and meeting growth targets
Build and execute a comprehensive strategy for the division
Drive growth through expanding current and identifying new clients
Manage and develop current and future leaders in the organization
Lead the transfer of knowledge throughout the organization
Keep executive team aware of current trends, activities and conditions
Ensure compliance in all geographies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to bring solutions proactively to clients
Track record of growth for existing accounts
Success in expanding a portfolio of diverse and targeted new business
Sound financial knowledge, as well as the ability to lead organizations operationally
Ability to establish immediate credibility and build consensus in order to achieve goals
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all lines of an organization
