JC groups manufactures Lead metal by the process of smelting and recycling followed by
refining alloying and manufacture of Lead oxide. Besides the JC Group is engaged in the trading
of Lead Scrap, concentrates, battery scrap and allied Lead products. The Group also provides
technical consultancy and support for the establishment of Recycling is eco-friendly.

We are amongst the leading manufacturers and suppliers of pure lead (99.98%) that is
processed with the aid of our advanced technics. The pure lead we offer is produced through
Pyro metallurgical process using raw material like Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps and Lead
Bullion / Re-melted, these Pure Lead Ingots are produced with a minimum purity level of
99.97% by weight by our refining process but a purity level of 99.985% is achieved.

The well built facility is located off Coimbatore and is geared to scale up production operations

production capacity of 20000/month (Ref: 12V, 100 Ah Battery model). The facility is built on a
435000 SQ FT (40400 SQ MT which is equivalent to 10 Acres) land to accommodate future
expansion of up to (100000 batteries/month).
