1% on estimated cost will be accepted only by DD in favor of GUJARAT STATE ELECTRICITY CORPORATION LTD. payable at UKAI (DIST:.Tapi). (4) Sealed
super scribed tenders will be accepted on or before due date & time by REGD. POST only. The Board will not take any responsibility of the tenders sent under
ordinary post. (5)The tender will be opened at 4.00 PM in the presence of contractors who wish to remain present on the same day (if possible). (6)The
undersigned does not accept any responsibility for delay in submission of tender by post. (7)The undersigned reserves the right to accept the lowest or any
tender or to reject full or part without assigning any reason thereof. (8) Offer from the contractors who do not possess separate PF code no shall not be
considered for acceptance of tender only for works .(9)All Tenderers are strictly instructed that Xerox copy of DD No. of EMD & Tender fee to be stickled or
write on tender cover without which it will be presumed that EMD is not paid and tender will not be considered/accepted
