DENVERS DESSERT EXPERT // WEDDINGS & EVENTS // DESSERT DISPLAYS
LIQUOR-INFUSED & BOOZE-PAIRED DESSERTS // CUPCAKE CUTIES // WALK-UP WINDOW
DENVER, CO, July 15, 2014 Since the closing of Crumbs Bake Shop on July 7, the nations largest
specialty cupcake chain, the medias been abuzz about the bursting of the cupcake bubble and the
now-dead era of the cupcake.
While there are a myriad of reasons why the over-saturated cupcake market has begun to crumble, one
Denver-based dessert catering company has found a sweet, secret recipe that will never go stale: quality
dessert variations, innovative pairings, liquor-infused treats, top-notch service, sensory experiences and
always fresh ideas.
Yours Truly Cupcake is here to stay.
According to Tiffany Rose Goodyear, founder and
mastermind behind YTC, her business name stems
from the love that is the essence of all desserts, from
the baking, to the giving, and finally, indulging.
Dessert is love, from your moms homemade cookies
to the cake you share with your lover and loved ones
at your wedding.

Capturing that sentiment, the business name is more like a salutation at the end of a love letter saying,
Yours truly, cupcake. Its most certainly not a business focused solely on cupcakes. Its an eye-opening,

mouth-watering, idea-popping experience of the senses brought to life through delectable desserts,
innovative creations and unparalleled customer service.
LIQUOR-INFUSED & BOOZE-PAIRED DESSERTS
Yours Truly Cupcake is known for not only their decadent mini cupcakes with a unique twist, but also for
their overall dessert experience. From liquor-infused and classic flavors to wine and beer pairings, they
also offer French macarons, tartlets, brownie bites, custom cookies, mini pies and candy buffets. The
desserts and the display transform any wedding, corporate event, life occasion or marketing idea into a
memorable experience that makes a lasting impression.
Yours Truly Cupcake has always been ahead of the trends.
As one of the first businesses to pioneer the now bustling and ever-growing River North Art District, YTC
is located at 3047 Larimer St. and offers a twofold experience: a walk-up window thats been indulging
sidewalk strollers since May 2013 and an inspiring tasting room where brides and grooms, corporate
clients and partners nail down the flavors that will punctuate their event. The tasting room launched in
2012 making YTC the first Denver dessert company to cater to adults and sophisticated palates with
their edible libations and dessert pairings.
Desserts catered to adults have always been my sweet spot, says Goodyear. I created the first liquor-
infused cupcake menu in Denver and took that to the next level by pairing desserts with wine, beer and
cocktails.
Combining a passion for sweet culinary creations and her background in marketing, Goodyear partners
with local and national liquor producers by adding a consumable product as part of their marketing mix.
With companies like Jameson, Kahlua, Bulleit Bourbon, Crown Royal, and Moet Hennessey, the team at
Yours Truly experiments with their products in two ways:
1. To incorporate the spirit as an ingredient in their recipes to add dimension and depth of flavor.
2. To create unique flavor combinations into classic desserts that pair with a particular beer, wine
or cocktail. These custom products can be found at liquor store tastings and industry sponsored
events.
Popular liquor-infused desserts include:
Moscow Mule, a lime cake topped with Mile High Spirits ginger vodka frosting
Blue Moon, cake and frosting infused with the beer topped with an orange slice, just as brewer
Keith Villa recommends
Arnold Palmer (popular summer favorite), fresh-squeezed lemon cake with Deep Eddy Sweet
Tea Vodka frosting.
On the non-alcoholic side, a fun mash-up YTC does is a vanilla toffee cupcake with signature
toffee flavoring from Enstroms Toffee.

A sampling of the pairings from Guys Night Out benefitting the Carson J. Spencer Foundation included
the following combinations:

Crown XO Paired Bite: White Chocolate Tartlet & Caramel Drizzle
This sweet bite complements the traditional Crown Royal aromas including caramel and vanilla. The
sweetness balances out the deep and rich oak notes.
Dickel White Paired Bite: Corn Bread Cupcake with Cracked Pepper & Dollop of Fig Jam
This combination both accentuates the spicy notes of the corn-based whiskey while the subtle
sweetness of fig jam compliments the flavor.
Bulleit Rye Paired Bite: Spice Cake, Cream Cheese Frosting, Allspice Dusting & Dried Apricot
This pairing highlights both the sweet and woody characteristics of the rye bourbon. It demonstrates
how bourbon pairs well with sweet flavors.

SENSORY STORYTELLERS
When it comes to corporate gifts, dessert displays, event favors, and the sweetest love stories, Yours
Truly Cupcake tackles more than just baking up sweet treats and setting a sugary scene. Were all about
telling your story in desserts, says Goodyear. We are sensory storytellers.

As Denvers only dessert catering company, Yours Truly Cupcake partners with the best of the best in
the local savory scene, including catering companies such as Epicurean, Three Tomatoes and Elevated,
and hotels such as Hyatt Regency, Oxford and Brown Palace. As a full-service catering company, the YTC
team seamlessly weaves delicate bite-size creations and dessert displays into the theme and vision of
each event.

Some memorable client feats:

For Peyton Manning (a regular client) and the Peyback Foundation, the YTC team told his entire
football career in sugar cookies, showcasing custom jerseys, flags, helmets and footballs iced to
perfection and representing his high school, college and professional teams. Mannings
foundation provides grants to youth organizations in every state hes ever played in.
(PssstMannings favorite cupcake flavor is Margarita.)
For the 2014 ICON Awards, the final mission for the guests attending this James Bond-themed
affair was to negotiate through dynamite chocolate pretzels rods and brownie-bite bombs to
complete their final mission: return home with a top secret envelope filled with edible
diamonds, gold bars and guns.
For Visit Denver, YTC compiles client gift boxes that represent flavors from Denver-based
companies: Mile High Spirits, Chocolate Crisis Center, Enstroms Toffee and Epic Brewery, to
name a few.
For Roundup River Ranch, a camp for kids with chronic and life-threatening illnesses, YTC put
together an elaborate camp scene dessert table that displayed giant fishing lures and
signature camping items and invited the children and nostalgic adults to dig into snacks and
sweets like Swedish Fish and a variety of camp-inspired mini cupcakes.

For Urban Campfire, a candlelight dinner party for 120 women with six speaker luminaries
telling campiresque tales, YTC served platters of mini smore cupcakes, Fireball Whiskey-infused
cupcakes, and marshmallows from Stuffn Mallows.
For The Oxford Hotel, YTC set up a one-of-a-kind display, which included macarons dotted on
red O-X-F-O-R-D letters to mimic the historic hotels marquee sign and mini cupcakes topped
with edible Oxford logos. They even created mini cupcakes to match the Red Widow, the
historic Cruise Rooms most popular signature cocktail. This included Champagne peach cake
topped with St. Germain-infused frosting and candied jalapenos.
For Ardbeg - Moet Hennessy and the annual Ardbeg Scotch American Tour, YTC created three
paired bites for the most popular, and most peaty scotches to sample at five Metro Denver
liquor stores to assist in promoting the product.
For Roman + Jules, YTC traveled to Las Vegas for The Luxury Diamond Show to help launch the
worlds first branded natural yellow diamond line by providing sparkling, metallic and bright
yellow bites to trade show participants.
For the wedding of Eric Decker and Jessie James (former Broncos wide receiver and country
pop singer-songwriter), YTC combined mermaids, Broncos-themed treats, an old-fashioned
microphone, a treble clef, football and baseballs with the couples favorite candies. These
represented childhood favorites and significant life events, such as the date James signed with
Mercury Records and Deckers high school and professional football career. It was a
conversation piece and memory stirrer for friends and family.

The Walk-Up Window
Since the opening of the walk-up window at 3047 Larimer St. in May
2013, the concept has been well-received. As the only sweets-serving
sidewalk window in Denver, demand has been steadily increasing,
thus adding more hours of service.
The process is simple. Customers curate three desserts for $5 and
choose from daily-changing options like brownies, cookies, cookie
sandwiches and mini cupcakes of course; flavors include Margarita,
Strawberry Champagne, Spice cake with Cutthroat beer frosting,
Vico, Vivi, Godiva, Lemon, Carrot Cake, Strawberry Vanilla and more.
The Walk-Up-Window was a solution to a growing neighborhood.
With a sign that says cupcake, we found ourselves disappointing
the people that walked into our tasting room hoping to find a traditional bakery. With the window we
sell our treats retail to those that walk right up all the while accommodating our catering clients inside
the tasting room by appointment.

THE CUPCAKE CUTIES
One of the many unique offerings and services that YTC has to
choose from is their Cupcake Cuties. Modeled after a 1950s cigarette
girl, each Cupcake Cutie is dressed in stylish vintage attire or a
themed costume donning a shoulder-strapped tray filled with a
mixture of sweets. She works the room, mingling with guests and
doling out edible bites to guests.
The Cupcake Cuties add an element of entertainment and whimsy,
while providing customer service that is unparalleled. From flavor, to
costume, to brand messaging, every aspect of the experience is
personalized to meet the needs of each event.
