W E ARE SO BLESSED TO
have an older generation in
Australia. In many third world
countries, where the life expectancy is
so young, they miss out on experiencing
all these great aspects of aging.
Think about it. So many young people are
inexperienced. Even in my own life, I have
so many insecurities, so many uncertainties.
I don’t have a track record – I haven’t
faced so many situations, and often am
unsure of which course to take. We make
mistakes because we either don’t think
about the consequences of our actions,
or are too young to care what happens
to us, thinking we are invincible.
But look at our older generation!! As an
older person (65 years and above), imagine
having all this experience – they learned
what to look for in a marriage partner. They
know the tricks of their job. They know
how to deal with people in a way that many
of the younger generation wouldn’t
understand. They’ve learned how to be
faithful, to themselves and to others.
They’ve learned to work hard and reap the
rewards of their labour. So many people in
this generation don’t have a clue about any
of these things.
That’s why I chose the colours black and
white. So often, our life ahead is so foggy
and unclear. They’ve been there, done that.

have a cup of tea and cake with a friend
who’s feeling lonely. Too many places to
go and things to do that they miss the small
things that make life worth living – friends,
nature, education, faith in God, and just
having fun.
They’ve lived in such an exciting time. Just
imagine. They saw the Harbour Bridge
being joined together. They saw Shirley
Temple make her first film. They
experienced ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Mary
Poppins’, and ‘Singing in the Rain.’ They
saw Donald Bradman hit ball after ball after

The English Bill of Rights in 1689 as well as
many other Laws and Statutes including the
Magna Carta of 1215 make up English
Common Law.
Our Parliamentary process in Australia has
been based on a Constitutional Monarchy
with a Westminster Parliamentary system and
law based on the heritage of the English
speaking peoples, notably the Common Law
intrinsically linked to the Christian faith, with
one Chief Justice stating:
“Christianity is parcel of the Common Law
of England, and therefore to be protected by
it; now whatever strikes at the very root of
Christianity, tends manifestly to the

Adults choose their homosexual ‘lifestyle’,
but to force a child (a baby or young children
have no choice in who adopts them) to be
subject to a life with homosexual parents
would be unscrupulous and against the will
of many Australians who believe that a child
should be brought up by a mother and
father. To intentionally deprive a child of a
female and male role model - mum and dad,
would be cruel and not at all necessary.
Thirdly, if a women who is considering
putting a child from an unwanted pregnancy
up for adoption holds to a religious belief
that does not approve of homosexuality, the
possibility of putting her child at risk of a
homosexual or lesbian couple adopting her
baby, may cause her to instead either abort
or keep the child, resulting in even less babies
becoming available for adoption.
So on the one hand government is
considering allowing those who openly live
contrary to God’s law to adopt children
while on the other hand those - who by
God’s grace - openly live in obedience to
God’s law are hindered from adopting and
even fostering. We know of couples who
sought to adopt who were rejected because
of their Christian lifestyle. In one situation,
the wife worked as a secretary for the
church. They were planning to have the

dissolution of civil government...”

Our rights are present unless specifically
denied through legislation. To live in a
Common Law country is in itself a guarantee
of the rights of the individual.
Sir Robert Menzies in his book “Central
Power in the Australian Commonwealth”
states “except for our inheritance of British
institutions and the principles of Common
Law we have not felt the need of formality
and definitions”.
He further states: “I am glad that the
draftsmen of the Australian Constitution
though they gave close and learned study
to the American Constitution and its
Amendments made little or no attempt to
define individual liberties. They knew that
to define human rights is either to limit
them, for in the long run words must be
given some meaning, or to express them
so broadly that the discipline which is
inherent in all government and ordered
society becomes impossible”.
The appointment of Judges to the High
child in their care enrolled in their church’s
Christian school. However they were
flexible about that. They were not in a cult.
This was a Baptist church and school. Yet
they were rejected as being ‘too religious’.
So if those who apply to foster and adopt
are rejected for their Christian lifestyle due
to DoCS not being able to “match” children
that would “fit in” with them, how are they
going to match children that will fit in with
the homosexual lifestyle? Will the birth
parents who are putting their children up
for adoption or fostering be allowed to say
they do not wish their children to be put in
a home with homosexuals?
Last but not least, Members of Parliament
submit to God and the Bible when they are
sworn into office. It would therefore be
hypocritical to go against God’s law by
subjecting a child to adults who are
practising without shame, but instead pride,
those acts that God calls an abomination.
THE GOOD NEWS is that God’s holy laws,
including the laws against sodomy, were
not written to condemn anyone but to bring
such to repentance. “The Lord is ... not
willing that any should perish, but that all
should come to repentance.” (2 Pet 3:9).
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to
bring us unto Christ, that we might be
justified by faith. (Gal 3:24). The only way
Court and other Federal Courts becomes
increasingly important with a Bill of Rights,
particularly as judges are not elected and
therefore lose their accountability. Many in
the Unites States of America feel their
Supreme Court has become a tyrant.
Australia has lost its sovereignty through
many of the UN Declarations and
International Covenants with the loophole
in the Australian Constitution 51- xxix.
We are now accountable to these external
committees with members from some
countries with very few human rights with
Bill of Rights. Now with the proposed Bill
of Rights there is a risk of a proposed non
elected group in Australia becoming
tyrannical and manipulative, with the
possibility of providing employment for their
social engineering friends. The greatest
cause of injustice in this world is from
government instrumentalitities, one of which
we believe this ‘Bill of Rights’ is proposing.
For these and many other reasons we are
opposed to the introduction of a Bill that
will erode our Rights gained through
centuries of vigorous conflict
anyone can repent is to accept God’s law
is right and acknowledge that breaking His
law is sin. If a person who has been involved
in sodomy confesses this sin and all his sins
and trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ - in His
death on the cross for all sinners - he will
be forgiven and saved eternally, just like any
sinner will be. For all have sinned, and
come short of the glory of God.” (Rom. 3:23)
Churches are made up of people who have
confessed their sin and been pardoned. .And
such were some of you: but ye are washed,
but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in
the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit
of our God. (1Co 6:11) So once we
acknowledge our sin, whether it be sodomy,
fornication (sex outside marriage), stealing
or lying, we need to call out to the Lord to
forgive us and cleanse us from our sin, For
whosoever shall call upon the name of the
Lord shall be saved. (Rom 10:13)

 Education writer attacks
pro-life school program

HE EDUCATION WRITER FOR
the Sydney Daily Telegraph,
Maralyn Parker, wrote a vitriolic
article about the Choices of Life interactive
schools program, which promotes the
value of every human life.
This program especially focuses on the
value of unborn life, by emphasizing the
humanity of the fetus. The writer
complained that the program is anti-
abortion, pro-abstinence and promotes
Christianity. However, if all public
schools promoted such good values,
there may be many Christian parents
who would not have removed their
children from the public school system.
There are a number of points to be
considered in this matter of which values
should be promoted. In the last census,
72% of people claimed to be Christians.
The Choices of Life program may be
more in harmony with their views than
hard-line feminist, anti-family, anti-
Christian propaganda which is currently
being pushed at tax-payers’ expense.
One of the aims of Choices of Life is to
inform young people of all the issues
involved in such a major life decision as to
whether to have an abortion. When people

need to make a choice, they need
information in order to make an informed
choice. A woman considering abortion
needs to know all the possible ramifications,
in order to make a choice with which she
can live for the rest of her life.
If there were no adverse consequences
from abortion, why have so many women
formed coalitions such as “Operation
Outcry” and “Silent No More” to raise
awareness of how their abortion has
damaged them both physically and
psychologically?
Why has Norma McCorvey, otherwise
known as Jane Roe, openly recanted her
involvement with the Roe vs Wade case
in the USA? With deepest regret and
sorrow of heart, she wishes she could take
her name off the statute books which
allowed abortion on demand. She wishes
she could erase from her memory the faces
of the aborted fetuses as they lay
motionless in plastic bags in the clinic
refrigerator. She wishes she could forget
the memory of the many women whose
fingers dug deep into her wrists, as they
underwent their harrowing operation.
Remember this lady was a very strong and
vocal supporter of abortion rights! Sandra
Cano, the Doe in Doe vs Bolton, companion
case to roe vs Wade, has also publicly
recanted her involvement in this case.

Where is the media hype about these two
monumental reversals in attitude? When
these women were pro-abortion, they were
promoted by the media, held up on national
television as heroes. Now that they are older,
wiser and regretful, they get no publicity
from those same media outlets.
With regard to the issue of whether a public
school should teach anything that derives
from a religious viewpoint, there needs to be
an honest realization that secular does not
mean neutral. Everything is determined by
a worldview. Reason would say that we
need information and evidence for different
worldviews to determine which one makes
the most sense to each person.Why is there
such blatant and hostile discrimination
against a view that has shaped the destiny
of Australia?
Historically, Australia has not been anti-
Christian. Its greatest advances in education,
medicine and health care have often been
achieved by churches and by individual
Christians fulfilling the commands of Jesus
Christ. In these areas and many others,
Australia as a nation owes a lot to our
Christian forbears. It is an ungrateful and
ignorant attitude not to acknowledge the
heritage left to us by those who were
followers of Jesus Christ.
A generation that is not given the knowledge
of Jesus Christ is a generation deprived of
true education, i.e. true knowledge, wisdom
and understanding. Perhaps that explains why
statistics show that 50% of Australian young
people aged between 18 and 25 cannot read
properly. This is simply the natural outcome
of censoring truth out of a system.
We need to pray for Bruce Coleman (below),
President of ‘The Choices of Life’ and others
in their continued fight for the rights of the
unborn. May the Lord give
them success in bringing this
issue to the young generation
of Australians who deserve
to know that life begins at
conception and that “A
person is a person, no
matter how small.”

T revolutionary bank robber,
and murderous dictator Josef Stalin
began life as Iosif Vissarionovich
Djugashvili. He was born in Gori, Georgia,
in the Russian Empire of 1878.1,2 His
mother’s pet name for him was ‘Soso’,
the diminutive of ‘Joseph’. He himself
used many names during his later secret
life, but in 1913, he adopted the name Stalin,
meaning in Russian ‘man of steel’.
Introduction to violence
His father, Vissiaron, or ‘Beso’,
was a violent alcoholic who beat
his son for the least or no
provocation. Once he threw
Soso to the floor so hard that
there was blood in the boy’s urine
for days. Soso was terrified of
the drunken Beso. A friend
wrote, ‘Undeserved beatings
made the boy as hard and
heartless as the father himself’,
and it was thus through his father
that ‘he learned to hate people’.3
In 1888, at age 10, Soso was one
of 150 boys enrolled at Gori’s
excellent Church School. His
mother wanted him to become
a bishop, but the school was
accepting only the children of
priests. A priest solved this problem by
stating that Soso’s father was a deacon.
Soso excelled in Gori’s three main
diversions—town brawls, wrestling
tournaments for all ages, and schoolboy
gang-warfare.

whom Soso nicknamed ‘the Black Spot’,
who spied on Soso and regularly searched
his possessions. Black Spot taught the
young Stalin ‘exactly the repressive
tactics—“surveillance, spying, invasion of
inner life, violation of feelings”, in Stalin’s
own words—that he would recreate in his
Soviet police state’.9
In his fifth year, at the end of term, Soso
failed to return. The Seminary Journal
reported that he had declared himself an
atheist, and in May 1899 simply noted that
he had been ‘expelled … for non-
appearance at examinations’.
Revolutionary, Bolshevist, and bank-robber,
Soso now became a streetfighter, gang-
leader, and professional revolutionary
against the Russian monarchy. In 1903, he
joined the Bolshevik
Party10 and became a
specialist in bank
robbery and extortion
to fund Bolshevik
activities. In 1907, in
the town square at
Tiflis, he
masterminded the
armed hold-up of a
Treasury coach
carrying roubles to the
local Imperial Bank,
which netted the
today-equivalent of
about US$3.4 million
for the Bolsheviks.11
Ten bombs were
used. Forty people
were killed. Lenin is reported to have said
that this ‘is exactly the sort of person I need’.
In 1913, Soso changed his name to Stalin.
Although repeatedly arrested and
imprisoned, he often escaped, but then was
exiled to Siberia until 1917. After the
Revolution of that year against Tsar
Nicholas II, he rose rapidly through the
ranks of the Communist Party. Following
the death of Lenin in 1924, he progressively
ousted his rivals, and became Supreme
Leader of the Soviet Union.
Devotees called him the ‘hope of the future
for the workers and peasants of the world’.
However, the confiscations of grain and
other food by Soviet authorities under
Stalin’s orders contributed to a famine that
by 1937 resulted in the death of several
million Soviet peasants.
Mass murderer
In the late 1930s, Stalin consolidated
absolute power for himself by several
campaigns known as the Great Purge or
the Great Terror, to dispose of all political
opponents and anyone he suspected might
threaten his position. He had grasped well
‘the convenience of death as the simplest
and most effective political tool’.12
Those purged were members of the
Communist Party (both opponents and
former comrades), the Red Army, and
indeed every segment of society, including
over 100,000 priests, monks and nuns of
the Russian orthodox church. 13
Montefiore says, ‘During 1937–38 around
one and a half million people were shot.
Stalin personally signed death-lists for
almost 39,000 people, many of them old
acquaintances.’14
Following Stalin’s death, Nikita Khrushchev
emerged as leader of the Soviet Union. In
1956, he famously denounced Stalin’s
crimes in a speech to the 20 th Party
Congress. He said that the purges had
‘resulted in enormous harm to the country’,
and that ‘many of the victims were innocent
and were convicted on the basis of false
confessions extracted by torture’.15
In 1991, Soviet archives became available.
These record that about 800,000 prisoners
were executed (for either political or criminal
offences) under Stalin, while about 1.7 million
died in the Gulag (penal labour camps16) and
some 389,000 perished during ‘ethnic cleansing’
of various groups to ‘internal exile’ in central
Asia and Siberia before, during and after World
War II. Most history researchers regard these
figures as far too low. Montefiore says,
‘Perhaps 20 million had been killed; 28 million
deported, of whom 18 million had slaved in
the Gulags.’17
Why?
How and why did the choir-boy-turned-trainee-
priest become one of the greatest mass murderers
in history,18 one for whom killing a million people
was no different from mowing grass?
Undoubtedly a huge part of the answer goes
back to his reading Darwin at the tender age
of 13. This gave him the ‘justification’ his
mind needed to reject the concept of God and
hence the authority of the Bible in his life.
It also paved the way for him to accept the
atheistic revolutionism of Marx, and to remove
any restraint he might have had to killing off his
opponents, i.e. the ruthless elimination of the
‘unfit’; perhaps, in the process, wreaking
unconscious vengeance for some of his
childhood pain.
The seminary he attended obviously had no
adequate answer for his claims of atheism.
And whatever truth it taught was not helped
by the un-Christlike behaviour of its teachers.
Then, having rejected God and His Word, the
teenage Stalin filled the spiritual vacuum in
his mind with the thoughts and beliefs of
revolutionaries. The rest is history.
Epilogue
Well, not quite all. There is still one chapter to
come. The Bible says: ‘It is appointed for men
once to die, and after this the judgment’
(Hebrews 9:27); ‘all that are in the graves … shall
come forth; … they that have done evil, unto
the resurrection of damnation’ (John 5:28–29)

Muslim - BBC Head of Religion
The reaction of many to the appointment
of Muslim, Aaqil Ahmed to the post of
Head of Religion and Ethics at the BBC
must be—“How is this possible”? Until
now, our public national broadcaster has
been charged with reflecting our Country’s
Christian heritage and ethos. Aaqil Ahmed’s
appointment is controversial because his
background and previous work at Channel
4 has revealed a noticeable bias towards
Islam and multiculturalism
According to The Daily Telegraph, senior
bishops wrote to the BBC’s Director
General Mark Thompson when it was
envisaged that Mr. Ahmed might be
appointed, to question the BBC’s
commitment to Britain’s Christian audience.
The Archbishop of Canterbury had also
raised concerns with Mr. Thompson that
the ‘Christian voice is being sidelined’ after
Mr. Ahmed was first connected to the role.
The appointment could be seen as the
inevitable result of our multicultural society,
in which all religions are viewed as of equal
value. This is the secularist point of view—
that religion should be confined to the home
and the church and excluded from the
public square and the workplace. A cursory
survey of the Christian Legal Centre’s
website (www.christianlegalcentre.com)
will reveal the increasing intolerance of this
ideology as far as Christians are concerned.
It could also be seen as another sign that
our country is in danger of becoming
Islamised, alongside, for example, the fact
that under pressure from Muslims, the
Qur’an is now placed on a higher shelf
than the Bible in courtrooms, or the fact
that Shari’ah Law is used to judge disputes
in Muslim Arbitration Tribunals (now
officially part of the English Legal System).
Our Government appears to make
concessions to the Muslim community, in
contrast to its marginalisation of Christianity
and the rights of Christians in recent years.
Another interpretation is that the
appointment is the result of the European
Directive of 2000, which was implemented
in the UK by the Employment Equality
(Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
These ‘equalitarian’ provisions force

employers to appoint an applicant to a role
who is broadly the ‘best person’ for the job—
if the candidate’s religion is ignored, that is.
This applies to every role, except where
there is a ‘genuine and determining
occupational requirement’ that they should
be of a particular religion.
According to The Guardian, Jana Bennett,
director of BBC Vision, said that the areas
of broadcasting that the ‘Knowledge’ jobs
commission (such as religion and ethics) ‘go
to the very heart of the BBC’s public
purposes’. Clearly, the BBC did not think
that the Head of religion and ethics in our
country where 70% of the population still
align themselves with Christianity needed to
be a Christian.
The Lord Jesus said that if the eye is single
the whole body will be full of light. He went
on to warn that if the light becomes darkness
how great will be that darkness (Matt 6:22-
3). When Christianity is no longer the light
of a nation then the nation becomes full of
darkness. Christianity is the only way by
which man may know God. What is required
today is for Christians in this country to stand
up for the Faith and act on what they
believe—that Jesus Christ is indeed the way,
the truth and the life for all that live in 21st
century Britain. - Christian Concern for our Nation
CHINA
Massacre Caused Christian Revival
4 June, 2009 marked the twentieth
anniversary of the Tiananmen Square
massacre, when the Chinese military killed
an estimated 3,000 peaceful demonstrators.
“20 years ago, hundreds of Chinese peaceful
protesters, students and citizens in Beijing,
were massacred by the Chinese military for
their peaceful protest for anti-corruption,
democracy, and human rights,” said Bob Fu,
president of China Aid Association.
Although the Chinese government claimed
that only 200-300 people died in the “June
4 th Incident,” the Chinese Red Cross
estimated that about 2,000-3,000 people
died. Many more people escaped China or
went to prison. The government also
executed over 10,000 people for their
involvement in the protests.
Bob Fu was a junior in his college years in
1989. “I was very disappointed and shocked

when we heard that the Chinese People’s
Army shot its own people.” he explained.
However as a direct result of that bloody
massacre, Fu came to the Lord and was
born again. The government investigated Fu
for his role in the protests, and eventually
he managed to flee to the United States,
where he founded China Aid to promote
religious freedom and respect for human
dignity in China.
The Tiananmen Square massacre resulted
in a revival of interest in the Christian faith.
“God brought redemption from that
tragedy,” Fu explained. “After 1989, the
Gospel in China reached many Chinese
intellectuals, students, professors, writers
and lawyers. Hundreds of thousands of
Chinese intellectuals came to know Christ
after the student movement. Even today, the
revival continues in the urban areas and the
universities in China,” said Fu.
Today, every university in China has a Bible
study group - sometimes even hundreds of
Bible study groups, Fu said. However,
Chinese Christians still suffer from severe
persecution.
“Pray for continued protection for hundreds
of Christian pastors and 100,000 political
prisoners who are still in jail, labor camps
and Chinese gulag. Pray for their family
members and continuing spiritual revival in
China.” Fu requested. “So many churches
are still being raided and persecuted”.
“Prayer transcends politics and nationalities.
On 20th anniversary of the Massacre, a
historic international prayer gathering called
for repentance for apathy and silence before
injustice, for reconciliation and re-formation
for a higher calling,” Fu said.
Christians are called to repent of apathy
toward the massacre and seek the truth
about what happened. It also calls on the
Chinese government to take responsibility
for its actions, repent, compensate the
victims, and allow exiles to return to China.
Fu said that Christians should pray for
China. “China is really at a crossroads,” he
said. “They can either...become a more hard-
line dictatorship - led by atheists who
worship the dragon, and threaten world
peace, or become a nation that worships
the Lamb - the Lord - and be a peacemaker

IRAN
Christian Women Arrested
Iranian security forces arrested Marzieh
Amirizadeh Esmaeilabad and Maryam
Rustampoor on March 5, 2009, labeling them
“anti-government activists,” Voice of the
Martyrs reports.
Since then, the two women have been held
in three different police detention centers and
finally were sent to Evin Prison, which is
notorious for its treatment of women. They
have been subjected to repeated
interrogation, but authorities have told their
families that no judge is available to review
their case.
”Their only crime is that they are committed
Christians who follow the teachings of
Jesus,” Farsi Christian News Network
explained. “They are being unfairly labeled
as ‘anti government activists’ because of the
hostility of the government towards
practicing Christians.”
The prison allows 30-year-old Marzieh and
27-year-old Maryam to call their families on
the telephone for just one minute each day.
Marzieh reported in the last telephone call,
on March 28, that she had an infection and a
high fever. “I am dying,” she said. Maryam
is also ill and needs medical attention.
Bail has been posted at the exorbitant amount
of US $40,000. Authorities also searched the
two women’s apartment, confiscating their
belongings. However, their faith in God
remains strong despite their circumstances.
“I’ve taken up my cross; I now have to bear
it,” one of them said.
Muslims make up 99 percent of the population
of Iran, which is a theocratic Shiite republic,
and Christians make up less than half of one
percent. The constitution guarantees religious
freedom, but in reality, Christians face
discrimination when they try to meet even
the basic needs of their lives, including housing,
education, and employment.
Evangelism and the production of Christian
literature are also prohibited. Defection from

the appeal of the Qur’anic Soci-
ety concerning their proposed Islamic fun-
damentalist school at Camden.
“I am pleased the NSW Land and
Environment Court has taken into account
the controversial planning issues and the
public interest when it made its decision to
reject their appeal”, said Rev Fred Nile.
The original development application by the
Qur’anic Society had been unanimously

Paid Maternity Will Harm Children
“The Rudd government’s paid maternity
leave scheme, announced by media release
on Mother’s Day, could end up harming
Aussie children,” says Mrs Roslyn Phillips,
research officer for Christian family
advocate group FamilyVoice Australia.
“The scheme divides mums into ‘good’ and
‘bad’ categories,” Mrs Phillips says.
“The ‘good’ mums are rewarded for staying
in the workforce. They take just four
months’ leave after the birth, then put their
tiny 18 week babies in daycare,” Mrs
Phillips says. “These mums would receive
$9788 of taxpayers’ money (543.78 x 18).
“But the ‘bad’ mums – who give up their
jobs to give their babies personal loving care
for two years – would receive just $6160
(baby bonus + family tax benefit B).
“In a nutshell, Kevin Rudd and Wayne
Swan are telling mums that they will gain
an extra $3600 by rejoining the workforce
when their babies are a few months old.
It’s a big incentive!
“But that’s not all. The workforce mums
are generally in two-income families with
two tax-free thresholds, so the first $12,000
they earn is tax-free. Single-income families
lose here too – they only receive the first
$6000 tax-free.
“Then there are the childcare subsidies. If
you place your baby in a childcare centre
you receive a direct subsidy for each child,
and an indirect subsidy through government
grants to build the centre. But if you care
for your own baby, you get no subsidy –
even if you have given up a $60,000 salary
to give your baby the best possible care.
“Aussie mums will hear this message loud
and clear,” Mrs Phillips says. “The
government is telling them that long daycare
is fine for tiny babies. But the result could
be disastrous for all Aussie kids.
“In March this year childcare expert Dr Jay
Belsky pointed to the increased aggression
and disobedience shown by children left in
long daycare as babies. He said research
shows these effects continue through later
school years – harming their own education
as well as the progress of other children in
their class who stayed home with their

“Wayne Swan wants to delay paid parental
leave until 2011. He would be wise to delay

AUSAID ABORTION FUNDING
“Australia needs to know how much money
goes to which overseas countries for
abortion related services under new
AUSAID guidelines,” said The Nationals’
Senator Ron Boswell today.
“At Senate Estimates today I was told by

in block grants to non-government
organisations working in several countries
and that it would be impossible to know
exactly what money was spent in which
country for abortion services.”
“Under soon to be finalised new guidelines,
Australia will for the first time in its history
fund overseas counselling and training for
abortions and even the abortions themselves.”
“Abortion is a serious and sensitive issue
and I believe it is essential that Australians
know exactly what money is spent where
and for what abortions and related activities
including promotion of abortion.”
Senator Boswell said he was also concerned
that the new guidelines and their
administration must make it very clear to
grant users that Australian overseas aid
funding must never be used for sex selection
abortions as is practised in Vietnam.
“It is all very well for AUSAID to say they
would never do such a thing but how do
we know that the NGOs who they give
Australian taxpayer money to will abide by
these rules? There must be careful oversight
of their activities and expenditure. At present
it would appear that that rigour of
accountability is not in place.”

Dennis Outred of ‘Marriage Week’ said that
the national launch has been worked on for
over two years. “Churches have already
started on their event planning, seeking new
ways to honour marriage in their
communities whether through a mass
renewal of vows, a party/lunch honouring
longevity of marriage or starting/restarting
a marriage ministry.”
‘Marriage Week’ has already run
successfully as a ‘pilot’ within Sydney in
2008, and even churches as far away as
Kalgoorlie, WA and Dalby, Qld joined in ‘the
celebrations’.“Whilst taking ‘Marriage
Week’ out nationally is a challenge, we’re
confident ‘Marriage Week’ will receive the
support of regional leaders and churches.

 HOW HAVE YOU BEEN
TREATING THE LORD JESUS LATELY?
T HE ANSWER to the
question is: how we
have been treating fellow
Christians. Jesus said, “...In as
much as ye have done it unto one
of the least of these my brethren,
ye have done it unto me.” (Mt 25:40)
The Bible gives a lot of
instructions about how we by
GOD’S GRACE should relate to
and treat one another.
The following is a summary of ten
New Testament commands we
should by God’s grace endeavour to obey:
1 Be courteous to one another
2 Do good to one another
3 Be hospitable to one another
4 Serve one another
5 Submit to one another
6 Confess your own faults to one another
7 Forgive one another
8 Be compassionate to one another
9 Pray for one another
10 Give to one another
And all the above are summed up in:
LOVE ONE ANOTHER
God has given Christians specific gifts for
the purpose of serving and loving one
another in the church. Some gifts are
specifically given to individuals; other
ministries or qualities are required of EVERY
Christian such as Romans 12:9-19 says:
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor
that which is evil; cleave to that which is
good. 10Be kindly affectioned one to another
with brotherly love; in honour preferring
one another;... 3Distributing to the necessity
of saints; given to hospitality. 14 Bless them
which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and
weep with them that weep. 16Be of the same
mind one toward another. Mind not high
things, but condescend to men of low estate.
Be not wise in your own conceits. 17
Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide
things honest in the sight of all men. 18If it
be possible, as much as lieth in you, live
peaceably with all men. 19Dearly beloved,
avenge not yourselves, but rather give place
unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is
mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
1. Be courteous
The Bible says we should be courteous
Finally, be ye all of one mind, having
compassion one of another, love as brethren,
be pitiful, be courteous: 9 Not rendering

evil for evil, or railing for railing: but
contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are
thereunto called, that ye should inherit a
blessing. (1Peter 3:8)
We should avoid being rude or arrogant
in the way we treat people and in our
conversations.
Using words like “please” and “thank you”
is our culture’s way of being courteous, as
well as not speaking when someone else is
speaking. Being a good listener rather than
showing signs of boredom or impatience
when someone is speaking. Also smiling and
greeting someone when you see them.
When we are talking with someone we
should seek to find areas of agreement
instead of always correcting the person or
giving him or her ‘unsolicited advice’. Just
because someone asks us to pray about
some problem or concern does not mean
that they need our advice. Often they just
need our support and compassion and God’s
help, not belligerent instructions!
Courteous in the context of 1Peter 3:8 also
means friendly and kind.
We should endeavour to make friends with
Christians, especially those in our own
church, and even more importantly we

should work hard at keeping our
friendships.
We make friends by being friendly,
courteous, kind and hospitable. We
keep friendships by dealing with
our disagreements or quarrels in a
loving kind biblical manner and by
recognising our own faults and
searching our own hearts, instead
of always blaming others. We also
need to try not to offend and not to
get offended, Great peace have they
which love thy law: and nothing shall
offend them. (Psalm 119:165)
2. Do good to one another
And let us not be weary in well doing: for
in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.10
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do
good unto all men, especially unto them
who are of the household of faith. (Galatians
6:9,10). Often we go out of our way to serve
and do good to non-Christians - in order to
show the love of God to them, hoping we
may win them to Christ. This is a good thing
to do, but not if we neglect to do good to
fellow Christians. The Bible says we should
especially do good to those in our own
church. Fellow believers should come first
in our lives. “Charity starts at home”.
Christians are God’s people and God’s
people are our family. Jesus by example
taught us this, “32And the multitude sat
about him, and they said unto him, Behold,
thy mother and thy brethren without seek
for thee.33 And he answered them, saying,
Who is my mother, or my brethren? 34 And
he looked round about on them which sat
about him, and said, Behold my mother and
my brethren! 35 For whosoever shall do the
will of God, the same is my brother, and my
sister, and mother.” (Mrk 3:32-35) The Bible
says that it is actually how we treat fellow
Christians by which non-Christians may
recognise that God is working through us
and that we truly know Him! “By this shall
all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye
have love one to another.” (Jhn 14:35).
3. Be hospitable
The Bible tells us to be hospitable
Distributing to the necessity of saints;
given to hospitality. (Romans 12:13)
Use hospitality one to another without
grudging. (1Peter 4:9)
Hospitality is not just a one way street. We
are not just to lap up another Christian’s
hospitality without giving anything back, but
rather we should serve one another. If
someone is hospitable to us, we should be
hospitable back. If someone invites us for a
 said: “There are 8 essential elements for
the creation of a contract, ie: (1) offer;
(2) acceptance; (3) sufficient
consideration; (4) intention to enter legal
relations; (5) capacity to contract; (6)
legality of purpose; (7) genuine consent;
and (8) certainty of terms.”
Armed with this knowledge and learning of
the widespread suffering being inflicted by
this thievery, I tried to achieve a political
remedy through a couple of political parties
with the final one being the Liberal Party
for which I was a delegate to two State
Conferences when, with the support of the
ordinary members of the Parramatta Branch,
I made presentations calling for the
elimination of the variable interest rate scam
and the return to truth in lending. On both
occasions, the ordinary delegates
vociferously agreed BUT the executive
quashed my attempts.
Then, in 1996, I decided to file a
Statement of Claim in the NSW Supreme
Court for “tort” against the St. George
Bank Limited asking for “Severance”, ie:
‘the removal of the bad part of a contract
in order to restore its validity”. The case
was cane down to one word, and that
word was “variable” which the Oxford
English Dictionary defines as
“uncertain”. But, to my astonishment,
the Judge, a Master Greenwood, handed
down that “the rate is indeed certain” and
he fled from the courtroom as I called
him a liar and a traitor.
Since 1996, I have continually tried to
money for a home, interest free! If
Christians loved one another like these
parents loved their son, Christians could set
up an interest free loan system. Muslims
have done that!
But instead God’s people are going into
slavery to ‘Egypt’ - the world - by
borrowing hundreds of thousands of dollars,
which often end up being over a million
dollars once usury/interest is added. Not to
mention the foolishness of falling into the
most wicked banking system trap of all -
variable interest rates. In the 1980’s when
Mr Keating (Labor) was treasurer, interest
rates went from 6% to 18% in just a couple
of years. This could happen again. One
reason people, including Christians,
subject themselves to such cruel masters
is often because they wish to appear more
wealthy than they really are! Others
believe it is just wise business. But is it
God’s way? What does the Bible say: 6But
godliness with contentment is great gain.

establish a one-word truth in Australian
Courts, ie; that “variable” means
“uncertain”. The Judges know that, if this
one-word truth is a judgment, then the banks
are guilty of fraud and justice will prevail.
I have never had a Jury for any of the
court actions by or against me. I have
even paid the “Jury Retention Fee” seven
times (never refunded).
Judges are the Banks’ partners-in-crime
because they conceal the fraud by denying
you your Right to Trial by Jury. The denial
of Trial by Jury is Treason because Trial
by Jury is the traditional mandate of
Democracy, for Justice for all, accountable
government and no arbitrary imprisonment
(see: the Magna Carta Monument in
Canberra). Writs of Possession can only be
awarded by Juries. No Parliament has the
power to take away the Rights of the People
and any legislation attempting to do so is
Treachery and Treachery is punishable by
“Imprisonment for life” (see: Crimes Act
1914, s 24AA).
Trial by jury is Christianity in action
We have liberty in Christ Jesus. (Gal. 2:
4). Trial by jury is the palladium of liberty.
A jury is an ecclesia, ie: a gathering, of
twelve free men and women who ask “So
help me God”.
Trial by an ecclesia is Christianity
(Matthew 18:15 -19).
All law hangs on loving God and loving
your neighbour as yourself. (Matthew
22:35 - 40).

child care centres to be brought up on
anti-Christian philosophy while mum and
dad slave away at the factory all day. But

hurtful lusts, which drown men in

Denying trial by jury is denying Christianity.
Over the last 13 years I have been subjected
to never-ending “Kangaroo Courts”, ie:
“courts that act unfairly or dishonestly or
disregard legal rights or disregard legal
procedures”. I have been imprisoned and
“bankrupted” and had “Writs of Possession”
that have taken my home (which I managed
to buy back) and my dental surgery (which I
am refusing to walk away from even though
more kangaroo courts keep on “convicting”
me for “remaining on inclosed land”.
The treachery of Australian Judges is

repeatedly being denied my Right to Trial by
Jury and these “evil counsellors, judges and
ministers” (exact words for the Bill of Rights
1688 .. Constitutional and, more importantly,
Common Law in Australia) use the mindless
force of the Sheriffs to impose their
wickedness. The Sheriffs are directed to
disobey their sworn duty “to ensure that
people can exercise their rights in court in
safety”, and their excuse it that they “are
just following orders” …which is what the
GESTAPO tried at the Nuremberg Trials
… it was unacceptable then and is
unacceptable now.

Even the common sense on the bumper
sticker on the back of the old car which
says, “At least I own it!” is more in line
with God’s way than many Christian
families where mum sings as she kisses her
chidren goodbye, “I owe, I owe, it’s off to
work I go”. Is this provoked by the
preaching of the ‘prosperity gospel’? The
tragedy of this is that when we say God
says something He doesn’t say, it’s
blasphemy and when we believe God is
something He isn’t, it’s idolatry. If we want
to avoid the destruction, the blasphemy and
the idolatry that comes from ignorance, we
should study and obey God’s Word, Yea, if
thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up
thy voice for understanding; 4 If thou seekest
her as silver, and searchest for her as for
hid treasures; 5 Then shalt thou understand
the fear of the LORD, and find the
knowledge of God. 6 For the LORD giveth
wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge

A graveyard that would stretch around the world

Bill Harrell, pastor of Abilene Baptist
Church in Augusta, has done some
interesting calculating concerning the
estimated 45 million babies that have been
aborted since the Roe v. Wade Supreme
Court decision of 1973.
Harrell asks, “What is the magnitude of
the burials of the babies aborted since Roe
v. Wade? How large a cemetery would it
take to bury all these babies?”
The Abilene pastor concludes that the
standard grave is three feet wide. He has
determined that 45,000,000 graves

Marx and Darwin
Karl Marx read Darwin’s Origin of Species
soon after its publication in 1859 in England.
This provided what Marx believed was a
scientific rationale to deny creation and, by
extension, to deny God. He immediately
believed that it supported his worldview that
the major ‘struggle for existence’ among
humans occurred between the social classes
(classes being likened to species). In 1861,
he wrote to his friend Ferdinand Lassalle,
‘Darwin’s work is most important and suits
my purpose in that it provides a basis in
natural science for the historical class
struggle.’1
In 1873, Karl Marx sent Darwin a copy of
his own book Das Kapital with a personal
inscription. Harvard evolutionist and
Marxist, the late Stephen Jay Gould,
corroborates this by reporting that he saw
this volume (in Darwin’s library at Down
House), in which Marx calls himself ‘a
sincere admirer’ of Darwin. Darwin
multiplied by 3 feet equals 135,000,000
feet of graves if they were placed side
by side.
Harrell then divided 135,000,000 feet by
5,280 feet (one mile) and got 25,568
miles of graves. The circumference of
the earth is 24,901 miles. Therefore, the
graves of all the aborted babies in
America since 1973 would extend all the
way around the world at the equator plus
an additional 667 miles.
To look at it another way consider that a
standard grave is 3 feet times 8 feet or 24
square feet. If you multiply 24 square feet
and 45,000,000 (number of graves of

responded with a polite ‘thank you’ letter,
but apparently never read the book, as most
of the pages are uncut.2
However, it is an urban myth that Marx
wanted to dedicate his book to Darwin.
Rather, the request for dedication came from
Marx’s daughter’s lover, Edward Aveling.3
