Objectives: This course will help students appreciate some of the individual, group and
organizational level issues which affect every day managerial functions within organizations.
The course would endeavour to cover some of the basic concepts in several areas in the field
of OB. At the same time the students would get to apply some of the concepts and theories
learnt in simulated environment, thereby blending the needs for theory and practice in
managerial contexts.

Pedagogy: A variety of pedagogical tools would be used to help students learn and
experience the nuances of course. These would include, lecture sessions, experiential
learning, quizzes, application-based case work, and role-playing sessions.
