Create Your Atlas Profile

My Settings allows you to change your password and email address, update your curriculum notification pref-
erences, set your preferred language for your Atlas site, reset your My Atlas panels and more.
Notification Preferences
Select the type of activity alerts for which you want to be notified by email.

You will continue to receive applicable badge notifications in your Communication Commons
even if you turn off email selections.
n When a collaborative course or a favorite unit is updated, you will receive only one email for that day,
regardless of howmany changes were made to the same unit.
Teaching Preferences
The selections you make in Teaching Preferences help ensure you receive notifications applicable to you in
the School and Rubicon channels of your Communication Commons.
Making changes to your Teaching Preferences does not impact your assigned course maps.
Example:
You selected 8th for Grades and Science for Subjects:
- Any notifications from an Atlas System Administrator regarding the 8th grade-level team curriculum
reviewsession will go to your School channel.
- If your school aligns curriculum to a set of Science standards, notification from Rubicon when those
Science standards have been updated in Atlas will appear in the Rubicon channel.
Make sure to update your Teaching Preferences if your teaching assignments change to ensure you
receive pertinent notifications for that academic year.

Personalize My Atlas
Your personal My Atlas is fully customizable and dynamic, providing immediate, real-time access to cur-
riculum analysis and reporting.
Click Personalize at the top right of My Atlas view.

Locate your desired panel in Personalize and click Pin to My Atlas.
n The newpanel will be automatically added to the top left of your customized My Atlas.
Default My Atlas panels and all those reports and curriculum you and your colleagues have saved are
housed in the Personalize My Atlas.
n Available Panels Reports that have been created by or shared from the Rubicon team.
n My Saved reports Reports that you saved or shared with your colleagues.
n Shared with me Reports that a colleague has shared with you.
n School Suggested Saved reports suggested by your school leadership and colleagues.
n Our Saved Reports Reports saved by all other Atlas users in your school or district.
