The phenomenal growth of Science and Technology has made tremendous contributions
in every walk of life. All this has been possible due to the continuous efforts put globally by
academicians, engineers, scientists and industrialists. This is an indication that the acceleration is
necessary in research using the modern facilities for further growth of a healthy and drudgery
free life.
An engineer carries great responsibility on his shoulders to entrust and to create
tremendous technical resources that have a great impact on our social and economic structure.
Because of this, the engineering institutions are bound to provide the resources for society (i.e.,
engineers).
The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in
emerging trends in computing technologies. Another goal is to promote scientific information
interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in
and around the world.
The huge amount of raw data generated by government, industry and business,
commonly known as Big Data, require more and more efficient tools to turn them into useful
information and knowledge.
The purpose of this National Conference on Emerging Trends in Computing
Technologies is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested on Cloud
Computing, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Data Management, Data Security and
other aspects of computer technology involving advanced applications of data.

Keeping all this in view the School of Engineering & Technology (SoET), Vikram
University, Ujjain is organizing this conference to provide an opportunity to exchange views and
to establish orientation for future research.

Call for Papers
Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and
spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly
indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or
environments to which it is applicable.
Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to read ethical norms
regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that
their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or
simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that
contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.
Authors can submit their work in the form of a Regular Paper, representing completed
and validated research focused on one of the conference topic areas. All papers must be
submitted through the online submission should follow the IEEE format.
Conference Proceedings
All accepted papers would be published in the Conference proceedings.

Full papers not exceeding than six A4 size pages conforming to the IEEE format with
name and complete affiliation of each author including their e-mail address, should be sent to the
Conference Convener by 11
th
August, 2014 by e-mail. For submission, MS-WORD script should
be mailed to ncetct2014@gmail.com.
Please indicate the area of your paper in the subject field of the mail. Each paper will be
reviewed by the prominent researchers in the relevant area. All accepted papers would be
published in the Conference e-proceedings, which will be made available during conference. For
each accepted paper, one of the authors must register.
