Terms oI the Agreement
The client named above agrees to purchase number oI advertise-
ments oI size in issues oI the newspaper,
!"# %&'(#)* %+#. The cost oI the advertising Ior one issue is $ per
ad, and the total cost oI all newspaper advertisements is $.
This Contract Constitutes An Agreement between the client and the pub-
lication named herein. The client agrees to provide either a camera-ready
advertisement or the art and copy necessary to create an advertisement.
The publication requires color art and copy be submited.
The Deadline Ior placing newspaper advertisements is one week previ-
ous to publication, as indicated on the rate chart provided by the newspa-
per.
Rates. See current rate sheet Ior rates, publication dates, and policies.
Payments. To qualiIy Ior the discounted rates, the client must agree to
advertise in the specifed number oI issues. Billed accounts are payable
within 30 days oI the invoice date. Ads that are not paid Ior may be pulled
Irom the next scheduled issue (s). Advertisers will receive a copy oI the
newspaper iI requested.
We Reserve The Right To ReIuse Advertising. The newspaper may
reIuse advertising which is deemed inappropriate Ior a high school publi-
cation.
