PROPER APPLICATION&PRECAUTIONS

OPERATION PROCEDURE:
1. Check the power source.
2. Fasten a high pressure outlet pipe
3. Turn on the power of motor and switch on a sprayer immediately to
release the residual air from inside the pump, make sure that the water
fluid from an outlet is normal (if it is abnormal, then remove the high)
pressure outlet pipe so as to accelerate the air releasing from the pump).
4. Adjust the pressure by turning a pressure releasing valve clockwise to
obtain a normal pressure.
THE LUBRICATION OF THE PUMP:
1. Originally change the oil after the machine mining about 30-50 hours and
subsequently in an interval of about 70-100 hours (made sure whether or
not the oil is deteriorated).
2. Unfasten an outlet screw and release the discarded oil.
3. Fasten the outlet screw and unfasten an inlet cover then replenish
30#-40# clean oil. The right amount of the oil indicates at a two third
portion in an oil glass.
4. Always fill the grease cups with grease. Screw on the grease cups 2-3
cycles every 2 hours of spraying.
5 Be sure to clear the interior of pump by pouring clear water into the tank
and restarting the motor immediately after finishing the application of
chemical.
THE PRECAUTION DURING PUMP APPLICATION:
A. REGARD TO THE VALVE:
1. Disassemble the valve plug from the valve and clean it if they are stuck
up.
2. Clean the residues accumulated over the valve plug
3. Change the valve spring if it is broken or worn out.
B, REGARD TO AN UNLOADED VALVE:
1. Change a new one if the pressure gate or the valve seat is found worn out.
2. Clean the residues on the valve seat.
3. Change new ones if the oil ring is worn out.
CAUTION:
1 .Do not use the sprayer without load(Do not dry run the pump)
2. Do not use the sprayer without oil in the pump.
3. Do not spray on Humans and animals.
4. Read this manual before using the sprayer.
5. Do not spill water or chemical on Motor.
6. Do not use the motor in wet condition.
7. Do not use the sprayer with loose Electric connections.
8. Ensure proper earthing for power supply.
9. Do not use the Sprayer when the voltage is below 200V or above 220V

CORRECTA APLICACIN Y PRECAUCIONES
PROCEDIMIENTO DE OPERACIN
1. Compruebe la fuente de alimentacin.
2. Fijar un tubo de salida de presin alta.
3. Conecte la alimentacin del motor y encender un rociador de inmediato para
liberar el aire residual del interior de la bomba, asegrese de que el fluido de
agua desde una toma de corriente es normal (si es anormal, luego retire el alto
tubo de salida de presin, de manera como para acelerar la liberacin de aire
de la bomba).
4. Ajustar la presin girando una vlvula de liberacin de presin en sentido
horario para obtener una presin normal.
LA LUBRICACIN DE LA BOMBA:
1. Originalmente cambiar el aceite despus de la extraccin de la mquina
alrededor de 30 a 50 horas y, posteriormente, en un intervalo de
aproximadamente 70 a 100 horas (se asegur si el aceite se deteriora).

B, RESPECTO A UNA VALVULA vaco:
1. Cambie una nueva si se encuentra la puerta de la presin o el asiento de la
vlvula desgastada.
2. Limpie los residuos en el asiento de la vlvula.
3. Cambie unas nuevas si el anillo de aceite se lleva a cabo.
PRECAUCIN:
1. No utilice el pulverizador sin carga (Haga plazo no seca la bomba)
2. No utilice el pulverizador sin aceite en la bomba.
3. No pulverizar sobre seres humanos y animales.
4. Lea este manual antes de usar el pulverizador.
5. No derrame agua o qumicos en el motor.
6. No utilice el motor en condiciones mojadas.
7. No utilice el equipo con conexiones elctricas sueltas.
8. Asegrese de toma de tierra de la fuente de alimentacin.
9. No utilice el pulverizador cuando la tensin est por debajo o por encima de
200V 220V
