installments by your choice of check or direct deposit.

>.+. The )arties bear responsibility for non8performance or inade.uate performance of their liabilities
in the context of the present Agreement in accordance with the governing law of the =D and with
respect of the provisions of the present Agreement.

Agreement due to force ma4eure circumstances arising after the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

Eood or other natural and industrial catastropheF terrorF warfareF strikes or labor diGcultiesF other
unforeseen or precluded circumstances preventing the )arties to follow their liabilities stipulated by
the Agreement.

days of the occurrence of a force ma4eure event herewith. (ailure or the delay to notify the other
