With the arrest of notorious Burglar Tarak Chaudhary @
Raju @ Jatin s/o Chandan Chaudhry R/o B-513 Moladband
Gautampuri, Badarpur, Delhi aged 27 years, South-East Distt. police
has worked out a case of house theft and recovered the stolen Laptop.
Team and Investigation:-
On 9.6.13 HC Dinesh received a secret information that one
person namely Tarak Chaudhary who is a resident of Gautampuri,
Badarpur and had been arrested many times in the cases of thefts, will
come at Tempo Stand Pusta Road, Jaitpur near Kalindi Kunj in order to
sell stolen laptop.
The information was further conveyed to Insp. AATS. Sh.
Jagdish Yadav, who directed to take necessary action in this regard.
A team in the leadership of Insp AATS consisting of SI
Ahtesham Abbas, HC Dinesh, Ct. Deepchand and Ct. Varun was
constituted which apprehended the accused mentioned above while he
was in possession of one stolen Laptop and mobile phone. The recovered
articles were later on found stolen from the area of PS Jaitpur vide FIR
No. 110/13 u/s 380 IPC.

alleged that in December 2010, the accused persons approached the

help the Complainant Company in obtaining loan of Rs.1000 !ne thousand"
Crores. 2he Com%lainant !as ta;en to Chennai for meetin' !ith 2amil

Dr. Srini*asan ( Po!er star at the office of actor<s %ro%rietorshi%
concern :1s +a#a 2radin' Com%any in Chennai. Dr. #rinivasan $ %ower
star even showed the &an' statements of ()s &aba *rading Company
maintained with #&I +nna ,agar &ranch, Chennai where the balance in the
account was more than Rs.1000 Crores. +s per condition of disbursing loan
of Rs. 1000 crores, the Complainant Company was re-uired to pay upfront
payments of Rs.. Crores. *he upfront payment of Rs. . crores was proposed
to be used by the lender +ctor" for purchase of special adhesive stamp
calculated $0..0/ of the loan amount of Rs. 1000 crores. *he Complainant
Company even paid Rs.. crores by a ban' draft towards the refundable
processing fee and a loan agreement was entered into on 20)12)2010
between ()s &aba trading Company and the Complainant Company for
disbursing a loan of Rs.1000 crores on or before 11 2an, 2011. *he actor had
issued %DC of +3is &an' against the %ayments of Rs.. crores. 4owever, he
neither arranged the loan nor returned the amount of Rs. . crores to
Complainant.
7n*esti'ation$-
*he investigation of the case was ta'en up by the +nti 5raud and
Cheating section of 6!7 and after investigations the accused Dr. #.
#rinivasan was arrested. +ccused was found involved in several other cases
and had cheated many other victims following the same modus operandi.
During investigations it was found that the accused had used the cheated
amount in the film production. *he end use of money is being ascertained
alongwith the roles of the other co8accused persons.

*he accused is involved in nine cases of cheating and criminal intimidation
registered against him and being investigated in Delhi and Central Crime

*he accused was the 'ingpin of an organi=ed networ' of cheats who
induce companies)individuals through local contacts on the prete3t of giving
loans. +fter getting trapped, the accused laid down his own terms and
conditions on the victims for the disbursement of the loan or advance amount.
4e had ta'en Rs. . crores from the complainant as upfront payment in lieu of
sanctioning a loan amount of Rs. 1000 crores. *o win over the confidence of
the victim he entered into a (!> dt. 20)12)2010 for disbursing a loan of
Rs.1000 crores on or before 11 2an, 2011. *he accused +ctor, issued %DC of
+3is &an' against the %ayments of Rs.. crores as a guarantee. &ut he neither
arranged the loan nor returned the amount of Rs. . crores to Complainant as
promised.

arrested a notorious auto lifter namely Sumit s/o Ganga Saran r/o

DELHI POLICE CONSTABLE SHOT BY DESPERATE
CRIMINAL TRYING TO FOIL CRIME OF SNATCHING
In order to reduce the incident of snatching, strategic
deployment of staf on the pickets and barricades in the area of Narela
and Alipur was made on the vulnerable and crime prone areas. During the
checking around 1!" #.$., %t. &atender, %t. 'ishore and %t. #rabhat while
patrolling in the area of #& Narela, discovered that a suspicious person
was running away on a motor(cycle along with a snatched chain of a
person. )he name of person whose chain was snatched is $r. *mesh
+upta. ,n getting suspicious, the beat staf tried to stop him but the
accused didn-t stop and ran away. .eacting swiftly, the alerted beat staf
put down their motor(cycle in front of him but the accused left his motor(
cycle and started running on foot.
In the meantime, %t. &atender tried to catch him by
grabbing the back side of collar of the accused and tried to over power
him. /ut in the process, the accused 0red at %t. &atender and a bullet hit
on the neck of %t. &atender. %t. &atender was rushed to the nearby .a1a
2arish %handra 2ospital by %t. #rabhat while %t. 'ishore kept on chasing
the assailant despite knowing the risk of being 0red upon.
)o evade arrest, the assailant 0red couple of rounds aiming at
%onstable 'ishore. %t. 'ishore also 0red a few rounds to deter his escape.
%t. 'ishore kept on chasing the assailant for around 1 km and the
accused took shelter in dilapidated building in area of #ocket(1, &ector
A3, Narela near &tate /ank of 2yderabad. In the meantime, when &2,
Narela and A%# Alipur gathered to see %t. &atender in .a1a 2arish
%hander 2ospital where primary medical care was being given to %t.
&atender, %t. 'ishore gave a telephone call to nearby patrolling beat staf
around and also gave a call to &2,4Narela on his phone. A%#4Alipur, &2,
Narela and other staf of the surrounding #olice &tations of the ,uter
District also rushed to the spot immediately and cornered the assailant in
that building. )he assailant who was later identi0ed as 'uldeep s4o /al
'ishan r4o 5illage /akner, Narela 0red at the police staf but 0nding no
options of running away as he was surrounded from all sides by police
teams, 0red a bullet from his country(made pistol on his temple.
Immediately, he was rushed to the nearby hospital where he was
declared brought dead.
%t. &atender, in the meantime, was rushed to $a6 2ospital,
&halimar /agh who is battling for his life.
