CASH TREATS PROGRAM MAR 2013


1. What is this CashTreats Program?

Cash Treats is a program where Principal Cardholder can request for Cash from their credit card
available balances as shown in the latest credit card statement by a phone call. The approve amount
will be transferred into their personal Maybank Saving/Current account. Cardholder can withdraw up
to 90% from their available credit limit.

2. What benefits do I get from this program/product?

Saving from normal Cash Advance Interest Rate (1.5 % at daily rest)
Payment via monthly installment.
Instant Cash
Fast Approval
No Documents required
No Guarantor required
Cash will be credited into your Maybank Savings/Current account within 48 hours.

3. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can transfer?

The minimum amount is RM1,000 and maximum is subject to the available of the credit card
balances. The subsequence request amount is in multiple of hundred.

4. What is the interest rate offered and how long?

The interest rate is 8.88 % per. annum.

5. How is the repayment method?

The repayment is by equal monthly installment amount from 6 to 36 months period.

6. Will I be assigned to a new credit card account?

No new account will be created. The payment should be made to your Visa/MasterCard/Amex credit
card account as per your request.

7. What are my obligations?

You have to pay the monthly 5% minimum payment amount and also pay in full the CashTreats
monthly installment amount before the statement due date.

8. What are the major risks?

The monthly installment must be paid in full before the statement due date. Think about your
repayment capacity before applying for the Cash Treats facility.
The normal finance charges based on a tiered pricing structure in accordance to your 12 month
repayment history will be applied to your remaining monthly installment balances is you dont pay
the monthly installment in full for each month.
If you have problems paying for your credit card balances, contact us early to discuss repayment
alternatives.


9. What if I fail to pay the monthly installment amount in full?

Normal finance charge of 8.88% to 17.5 % (depending on your past 12 months payment records) will
be charged on the remaining balance installment amount unpaid on the due date until the installment
is paid in full.

10. What are the fees and charges I have to pay?

A fixed cash advance fee of RM100 is applicable for every approved application and it is not
refundable. The charges will be billed to the credit card account separately.

11. When is the payment be credited?

The payment to Maybank Savings/Current account will take effect within 2 business days from the
application approval date.

12. What if I dont have an account with Maybank?

You are required to open an account with Maybank. The account must be an individual/personal
account. J oint account is not allowed.

13. Will I be entitling for the Treats Points?

No Treats Points will be rewarded for the approve amount.

14. How can I apply/request?
