Ministries,ProfessionalTouchCateringfacilitatestheFoodserviceProgramforSt.PaulLutheranSchool.Ourgoalisto
continuouslyprovidehealthy,highqualitylunchoptionsinanuplifting,friendlyenvironmentinordertoprepareyour
childtolearn,bephysicallyactive,andserveChrist.Menuselectionsareconfiguredwithahealthconsciousmindset
andincludeanexcellentselectionofscratchprepareddelicacies.
Wehaveawebbasedorderingsystemwhichallowseasyordering,trackingandreporting.Studentsand
parentsareabletoorderfromtheFoodserviceProgramonaDAILYbasis,includingbeverageselection.Thisonline
orderingsystemallowsparentstosigninandorderfromhomeforeachchildeachdayuntil8:30AM;soonyouwillbe
abletoorderinadvanceforanydayslistedonthecurrentmenu.Thechildrencanorderusingtheclassroomcomputer
withteacherpermissioneachmorning,aswell.Weinviteallofourparentsandmemberstocomeandjoinusforthe
bestlunchdealintown.
EachfamilyhasanaccountfortheFoodserviceProgram;theseaccountsareprepaidaccountsandmusthave
moneyintheminorderforyourchildtobeserved.CreditCardsmaybeusedforaccounts;withacurrentcreditcard
authorizationformonfilewithProfessionalTouchCatering.Checkispreferred,madeouttoProfessionalTouch
Catering.Invoices,orWeeklyPurchaseReports,willbeemailedweekly.INVOICESWILLSHOWYOURPURCHASESONLY,
NOTPAYMENTSORACCOUNTBALANCE.Statementswillbeemailedbiweekly,byrequest,orwhenyourbalancehas
droppedbelow$10.STATEMENTSWILLCOMEINASEPARATEEMAILFROMINVOICES.STATEMENTSWILLSHOW
PAYMENTS,PURCHASES,ANDACCOUNTBALANCEorBALANCEDUE.Accountbalancesshouldremainasanegative
number(Ex.:($3.45))indicatinghowmuchcreditremainsonyouraccount.

prepareFoodserviceProgrammealsforStPaulandotherprivateschoolsinFayetteCounty,provideallcateringand
FoodMinistryneedsforSt.PaulLutheranMinistries,andprepareoutsidecateringevents.Allstaffissuppliedby
ProfessionalTouch;anyoneworkinginanycapacitywhilechildrenarepresentwillhavebackgroundchecksonfilewith
andwillbeapprovedbySt.PaulAdministration.IhavebeenamemberofSt.Paulforover5years;implementingthe
FirstSundayBrunchandworkingwiththeYouthGroupthroughIronChefNightandServantEvents.Ihaveattachedmy
ResumeandaflyeraboutmeandProfessionalTouchCatering.
