US Students: Registration must be completed at least two months prior to the requested course start date.
International Students: Registration must be completed at least three months prior to the requested start date.


American Students:
Please send the following documentation to Bristow Academy to begin the enrollment process:
Completed Enrollment Questionnaire - Click one of the following to download form:
Copy of your High School Diploma/GED/or college diploma/transcript. Documents in any language other than English must be accompanied by a certified
English translation. We are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. We have to prove to them that each one of our
students has completed high school as their minimum level of education. A copy of your education certificate is placed in your training file. Students attending
for hour building or a non-accredited course are encouraged, but not required, to provide proof of High School education. For further details please contact the
enrollment personnel at the campus you will attend.
Copy of FAA medical and FAA Student Pilot Certificate if you are taking the Private license only you will need a Class 3 medical. If you are taking the
Professional Pilot Program you will need a Class 2 medical. A list of FAA approved doctors can be found at http://ame.cami.jccbi.gov
Copy of photo identification
$150 non-refundable student enrollment fee. Payment can be made by mailing in a check or by credit card. If paying by credit card a completed authorization
form should be submitted with your registration documents. Click here to download the credit card authorization form.
Due to the increase in training requests to the Titusville, FL campus, students wishing to register must submit evidence of funds to demonstrate money is
available to pay for training. This can be in the form of a recent bank statement or a loan approval letter.

Once we receive this documentation from you and upon acceptance, we will send you a confirmation letter and a copy of our Course Catalog and an Orientation
Package.
Under Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations US students training for their first aviation rating, or an instrument rating, are required to prove their
citizenship status before we can commence flight training. Please make sure you bring with you the following:
US Passport; or
Original US birth certificate and a government issued picture identification (drivers license); or
Original US naturalization certificate with raised seal, USCIS or INS form N-550 or N-570 (Certificate of Naturalization) and a government issued picture
identification (drivers license)
If you are a US permanent resident, but not a US citizen please contact Bristow Academy as a TSA procedure needs to be followed.

If you are coming to Bristow Academy as a participant of the F-1 visa program we will need you to send us the following:

Proof of English Language Proficiency
Copy of photo page of valid passport
Evidence of funds to prove you have the money to pay for your training and living expenses. This can be in the form of a recent bank statement or a letter from
your bank stating the amount of money you have able.
A wire transfer of $3,000 to cover the following four costs: $300 F-1 visa fee, $150 student enrollment fee, a deposit on your training account, and health
insurance. Please send a copy of the receipt from the wire transfer with your enrollment documents. Contact Robert Ham at Robert.Ham@bristowgroup.com
or Sheri Busansky at SBusansky@bristowgroup.com to obtain exact transfer amount and wire transfer details.

If you wish for your family to accompany you they will need to obtain a F-2 visa. In order for us to produce their visa applications we need to receive a completed
Enrollment Questionnaire (sections 1 and 2 only) for each family member. Health insurance is also required for each family member and the cost of this must be sent
in addition to the $3,000 wire transfer mentioned above.

Once we receive these items we will send you the Form I-20 application for the F-1 visa along with a Course Catalog and Student Guidebook. The Student Guidebook
contains information on the Transportation Security Adminstration procedure that needs to be followed. It is the Form I-20 "Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant
(F-1) Student" that you will take to the US Embassy for your interview. Contact your local US Embassy to make an appointment and obtain additional application
requirements.
