Positions:
TL oGCDP
TL Marketing & PR
Project Manager

Genaral duties of all team leaders:
Coordinating and managing team members
Mentoring and delegating, developing team members
Organizing educations for team members
Organizing meetings on a weekly basis
Presence on LCM's and other important events in LC
Regular communication with other team leaders and presence on TL meetings
Creation and implementation of team and LC culture, vision, principles and
operatinon
Weekly tracking of team members
Team minimums implementation in all teams with VP responsibles and TM
Coor
Pipeline encouragement
Reporting all processes to the Executive Board.











TL oGCDP Functional Duties:

Searching of myaiesec.net
Creating strategies for external positioning
Creating strategies for positioning oGCDP within LC
Organizing special events and EP LEAD
Organizing and coordinating the interview processes
Coordination of maching processes
Providing contracts with EPs
Collaboration with VP F
Cooperation with EPs and obtaining story tellings
Constant promotion at local and regional level
Communication with foreign LCs

TL Marketing and PR Functional Duties:

Site updating
Managing facebook page
Creating strategies for external positioning of AIESEC
Researching of channels for promotions
Providing media partnerships
Developing business promotion
Creating promotions for a winter project and all events
Organising external events
Monitoring the development of AIESEC brand
Creating promotions for the recruitment.





Project Manager Functional Duties:

Planning and monitoring project activities
Cooperationing with VP F
Cooperation with Marketing & PR team
Communication and cooperation with PMs from other LCs
Informing the whole LC about project activities
Interns coordination
Organizing excursion for interns in cooperation with VP iGCDP
Organizing special events and additional activities
Regularly filling tracking tool
Organizing Global Village in cooperation with VP iGCDP.
