escalations and closure of complaints
Maintain all project documents
Handling change requirements and negotiating time and resource norms as required during deviations.

o Report project progress to Project Head regularly.
o Ensure that all identified defects are rectified.

Having interaction with various teams for Equipment load calculation and Design for electrical feeder/load
arrangements.
Co ordination works for Office and Commercial area Reflected Ceiling Plans Lighting/AC
Diffuser/Sprinkler/FA/PA/CCTV and LAN Network items.
Co ordination works for Corridor and Office area service lines in above false ceiling area.
Co-ordination with civil team for arranging Equipment General arrangement and foundation plans in
plant room.
Plant room internal layout for piping and electrical tray works and other service lines.
External piping and cable trench routing Design, Installation, testing, commissioning.
Co ordination works for service lines entry to buildings.
Co ordination works for plumbing shaft pipings (Plumbing and ventilation system).
Co ordination works for Fire Hydrant wet raiser shafts.
Co ordination works for Kitchen power / Plumbing / Ventilation systems.
Co ordination works for STP/Fire hydrant/Raw water pumping systems.

work, street light, flood light poles and lighting tower.

Preparing of as built drawings, cable schedule and control cable termination.
Designing of Electrical Layouts and SLD for Power and Lighting.
