their extra time and energy only to sharpen abilities largely towards the

In todays environment, industries consume the largest of each entitys
time and energy. !ach entity is un"nowingly heavily loaded to meet the
re#uirements as directed by the industries.
$onse#uently, societal welfare has become a neglected activity.
This environment is revolutionary modi%ed through the WWW, to get
larger involvement and contribution from each entity for greater societal
welfare.
The new system to engage each entity for societal welfare is termed, &
WWW World Wide Welfare', similar to www world wide web which has
been successful in engaging the world community in sharing information(
with the con%dence that the World Wide Welfare will also achieve similar
success in engaging the world community for greater societal welfare.

,. The industries have the responsibility and obligation to contribute
from its net pro%t earnings. The -usiness entities to give ./ of its net pro%t 0

Welfare tax.

units1 for general community usage on the choices to be made by it. *or the
other half, 0,,3.666 units1 choices to be put up for the community voting
and decide on one or more of the highly voted choices based on the funds
availability.

funds for general community bene%t to be maximum 5/ 0,.666 units1 of the
allotted funds. 4ny expense beyond this to be raised by the management
committee through its eforts.
$ommunities can merge with each other for mutual bene%ts. The
mergers to be decided by the management committees after ta"ing a
majority opinion. 4dult members or groups are free to disassociate from one
community and join other community.

the management committee to select an 29:. The selected 29:, not to
have any community member on the board of the 29:.
The 29: to decide on the bene%ciaries within the community for the
funds to be managed by it. The 29: may decide on means it deems %t for

up the 29:s. The 29:s are also entitled for funds from states, 2ation and
World -ody.
The 29:s to scout for donations for the %rst year for being eligible for
the states, nation or world bodys fund. The donors to declare their share to
be clubbed in the pool against which the 29:s should see" fund allocation
from state, nation or world body. The 29:s to declare the bifurcation of their
donation collections for state, nation or world body programs. -ased on the
donations receipts for the %rst year, the 29:s will receive funds from states,
nations or world body in the ratio of 56+76 donation receipts+ funds( in the
subse#uent second year. )imilarly against the donations collected in the
second year, 29:s will receive funds from states, nations or world body in
the ratio of 56+76( donation receipts+ funds, in the third year and so on.
The 29:s will have to compete for the donations. They will have to
hire good talents to device and execute creative schemes and programs. This
will lead to a boost in social sciences education and opportunities. They will
also have to mar"et their achievements to secure donations. The 29:s end
products=results should be of high calibre to attract good donations.

the re#uired funds for ma"ing 76/ , the state to ma"e good the shortfall
from its resources. This is to value and encourage the eforts of the 29:s in
getting contributions.
The 29:s to spend .6/ of the total funds whereEin the bene%ciaries
are based on economic criteria and the balance .6/ of the funds( the 29:s
can spend on programs of their design. It can be for say environment

The 2ations to vote on a list of ,6 priorities to be set by A2:. *rom the
voting , three top voted priorities to be selected. This exercise to be done
once in three years.
The World -ody to give .6/ of the 5.B;/ of the total funds e#ually for
the three highest voted priorities.
A2: to formulate )pecial Gurpose Hehicle for each priority. 2ations and
worldwide Institutions can depute talents to these )pecial Gurpose vehicles.
The )GH to decide on all aspects including expenses it can incur. The "ey

29:s are free to utili8e the funds for their choice of programs. These can be
