LCD Error: error c000

I'm receiving the error c000



Solution: Remove an incorrectly inserted ink tank
When all the ink tanks are mistakenly inserted
[ With mistakenly-inserted ink tanks ]
The top portion of ink tank is not in place. The top portion must go beneath the ink color name sticker.
[ With properly-inserted ink tanks ]
. !nplug the po"er cord.
#. $pen the top cover and move the print head holder to the center.
%&rint head holder may be at the left side of the printer 'the opposite side of the one sho"n above(.
')ifting the print head holder before sliding it to the center may help you do the operation.(

-. Remove t"o left most ink tanks follo"ing the procedures belo".
--. .irst/ push do"n the upper part of the ink tank until it slides under the cover so that the ink tank fits into
place.
--#. Then/ push the latch lever '0( in the direction of the arro" and pull out the ink tank.
Repeat above t"o steps for another one.
*. &ull out the rest of ink tanks one by one:
While holding the upper part of the ink tank/ remove the ink tank by gently t"isting it.
Repeat above for the rest of them.
1. Turn $2 the printer again.
+. When the &rint 3ead 3older moves to the ink tank replacement position/ insert the ink tanks properly.
% 4o not hold the &rint 3ead 3older to stop or move it forcibly. 4o not touch the &rint 3ead 3older until it
stops completely

reconnect the /(3 cable. 1hen printing from a *ict3ridge compliant deice,
depending on the model or brand of your deice, you may hae to select a
*ict3ridge compliant print mode on the deice before connecting it to the
machine. 4ou may also hae to turn on your deice or select *lay mode manually
after connecting the deice to the machine. *erform necessary operations before
