A candidate for this post should normally possess a good first degree and a doctorate
degree in the respective field from a recognized University with at least five (5) years of
teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or
comparable institution of higher learning. Candidate must possess evidence of scholarly
publications in reputable journals and ability to supervise post-graduate students
including doctorate students in areas of expertise. Candidate must have been a Lecturer I
for a minimum of three years

Areas of Specialisation Theatre Arts: Arts of the Theatre, Technical Theatre, Theatre
Management and Administration, Media Arts, Dramatic Literature and Criticism, Dance
and Choreography.

Areas of Specialisation for Visual Arts: Candidate must show a strong commitment to
studio art production in ceramics, sculpture or graphics.

and Mortality from a recognized University with at least five (5) years of teaching and

three years. Professional qualification in Actuarial Science recognized by IAA will be an
added advantage.

(ii) Lecturer I
degree in Actuarial Science or related areas from a recognized University with at least
four (4) years of teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a
University or comparable institution of higher learning. Candidate must also have

i. A good honours degree in the respective specialty and relevant Doctorate degree or
Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in
area of specialty is mandatory for clinical disciplines
ii. Ten (10) years of teaching, research and professional experience in areas of specialty
since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or comparable institution of higher learning.
iii. Ability to initiate and develop research project.
iv. Significant Administrative experience.
v. Ability to provide academic and administrative leadership
