Terms of Admission Offer

You need to submit the following at the time of acceptance of admission offer

1. Your written acceptance of this admission offer, along with a commitment fee of Rs.1,00,000/-
(Rupees One Lakh only) through bank transfer (details of which is given in Programme Fee and
Payment Schedule) must reach the Admissions Office latest by Tuesday, 3
rd
June, 2014, 5:00
PM. Please use Letter of Acceptance available on our website for communicating the acceptance
of the admission offer. If you join the programme, this amount will be adjusted against the fee
payable for the first term of the programme. Please note that in the event of non-receipt of your
acceptance letter and the commitment fee by the above-mentioned date, this offer of admission
stands cancelled.

2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/NCOBC/PWD category required to send attested copy of the
certificate in support of their category in addition to the letter of acceptance and commitment fee.

Registration
You are required to report personally for registration at IIM Indore on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 9 a.m.
and need to submit the following:

a) Originals of mark sheets of all examinations, such as, Secondary and Higher Secondary
Schools, Bachelor Degree and others (if any), along with attested copies.
b) Course Completion Certificate, in case of candidates who are yet to obtain their bachelors
degree, issued by the Principal/Director/Dean/Registrar of the College/ Institute/University.
c) Declaration by you and your parent/guardian.
d) Medical Fitness Certificate issued by competent medical authority of rank not less than a Civil
Surgeon.
e) Recent passport-size colour photograph 4 Nos.
f) Certificate(s) pertaining to work experience from the organization(s) (if applicable)
g) Relieving letter from the last employer (if applicable)
h) Original and attested copy of SC/ST/OBC-NC certificate (if applicable).
i) Original and attested copy of PWD certificate (if applicable).
j) Photo Identity Proof (PAN Card, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport).
k) CAT 2013 Admit Card and/or CAT 2013 Scorecard
l) Affidavit, in the case of candidates belonging to OBC-NC/SC/ST/DA

Admissions Office will retain the original certificates mentioned in a), b), f) to i) for verification and the
same will be returned in due course of time.

Please note that non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions would automatically result in
cancellation of the provisional admission and the decision of the Institute in such cases would be final
and binding.

Also, please note that your admission is provisional and it is subject to the final outcome of
the Writ Petition WP/1254/2014 filed by Mr Rutvij Vaze and another in the Honble High Court of
Madhya Pradesh Bench at Indore
