Dancing Flame

The Dancing Flame technique will allow a human to put out


and/or relight a fire with nothing more than the wave of his
hand.First,light a match.Realize the kinesis concept--that
all is one.See the Psychokinesis area for more detail on
that.Okay,now make a tunnel between your mind and the
flame.Remember,you are the fire.Now will the fire to go
down.Concentrate hard.Eventually,with enough will power
and concentration,the fire will burn out.Now you have done
the easy part.The hard part is getting the ember to
relight.Now will the barely visible flame (that's out)to
grow.Make the flame rise,and get hotter and hotter.After a
while,with enough will power and concentration,the dead
match will glow red.You have mastered only a match size
flame,though.Your new goal should be to master larger
flames.Good Luck!
Penny Heat
Get a penny and place it in your palm. Concentrate on a
flame starting on the penny, try and hold your concentration
for as long as you can. The longer you hold it the stronger
the effect will be. Good luck making it heat up.




Pyrokinesis - Ability Over Fire
Pyrokinesis is one of my favourite abilities. It is the
ability over fire. This is an advanced skill, and can be
dangerous to others around you if you don't have
control over it. The key to Pyrokinesis is focusing on
what you want the flame or fire to do, and willing it to
happen. Here I have listed a few ways to developed
and increase you pyrokinesis skills.
The best way to developed and train your Pyrokinesis
skills is a technique called the dancing flame.
Get in a relaxed position, and grab a match. Light the
match on fire and focus on the flame. Create a
"tunnel" between you and the flame. Now visualize
the flame going out.
You must be focusing on only the flame. With enough
will power, and hard concentration, the flame will go
out. Putting a flame or fire out is the easiest part of
Pyrokinesis.
Making the flame or fire relight is the hard part. Once
you can make the flame burn out, Focus on the flame
relighting. After a few weeks of doing this, you will
notice that once the flame is out, you will be able to
see the ember start to turn red again as though it
wanted to relight.
Once you practice enough, it will relight. This is the
easiest way to developed and train in Pyrokinesis.
This technique DOES WORK!! I started out a year ago
by practicing the dancing flame, and now I can make
a decent sized fire dim down and go out just by a
wave of the hand. Then I can relight small parts of it.




Pyrokinesis

controll over it. The key to Pyrokinesis is

Fire Blast:
Place you hands at your side as if to
perform an advanced ki blast. Charge up the
ki into your palms, but also visualize being
engulfed in a fire surrounding you. Let the
flames come up and collect in between your
palms. Merge the ki IN your hands, with the
"fire" in BETWEEN your hands. When
finished, you should have a completed fire
ball in between your hands. Unless advanced
enough, you won't actually see a flame,
you'll just feel heat. Shoot your hands
foward at the target. Visualize the fire
coming off of your hands like a blow torch.
Be carefull though. If your body isn't
conditioned for fire, the attack will also
burn you.





Warm up: Dancing Flame
Try moving the flame to the right or left, do not confuse
flickers as pyrokinesis, it should move the the left or right
and stay there for bout a second.... NO FLICKERING! ...
This may take a few tries even weeks maybe but remember
focus is key you may want to meditate for about five to ten
minutes after focus on the flame and visualize a string tide
around your finger connected to the finger then try to move
the flame
Exercise 1
The dancing flame part 1 putting it out
Only about 5% of people can make the flame go out on their
first try.
Get in a relaxed position and meditate for as long as you
feel you need i suggest about 10 to 15 mins , and grab a
candle. Light the candle on fire and focus on the flame.
Create a "tunnel" between you and the flame. Now visualize
the flame going out. You must be focusing on only the
flame. With enough will power, and hard concentration, the
flame will go out. Putting a flame or fire out is the second
the first was moving the flame easiest part of Pyrokinesis.
Exercise 2
Heating a penny or other coin
Initially it will only be a slight increase in heat. Don't get
discouraged!
Get a penny and place it in your palm. Concentrate on a
flame starting on the penny, try and hold your concentration
for as long as you can. The longer you hold it the stronger
the effect will be. Any coin will work, but copper heats the
best.
Raising the room temperature
Sit down , get relaxed. Picture the air around you where
your aura might be and picture it getting hot and wavy like
a car in the summer(the Air around the car). Try to feel the
heat on your body picture yourself hot and sweaty. Picture
a thermostat raising, This would help. It will raise the
temperature in the room a few degrees.
Aura Burn
An Aura Burn is simple. Create a Ki Ball and keep making it
hotter. Visualize it getting hotter and hotter, making heat
waves and flickering until it becomes a flame. Let it spread
up your arms, turning this Ki into fire too. Then blast it at
your opponent like a flame-thrower. It will burn your
opponent's aura. The ki-flames will quickly eat up the
opponent's ki and it will make his skin hurt with a terribly
burning sensation.
Flame Renewal
Get in a meditative position, Get relaxed. Breath normally
through your stomach not your chest as usual. Imagine A
small flame in your dan tien(belly button), And visualize it
getting bigger and after a long time Engulfing your body.
Now Do a ki flame, with the flame around you, Your energy
should be renewed. Odd but it works.
Relighting
Lighting a candle or match is a classic Pyrokinesis tech.
However, re lighting is easier as the fiery nature of the item
has already been actualized. Simply light either a candle or
a match, blow it out, and concentrate on the residual heat,
visualizing it growing orange from the heat. Then white,
and ultimately bursting into flames.
Creating a Fire-Ball
*May want to be near a source of heat*
Create a basic ki ball(not hard, right?) Now Picture yourself
Getting hot like you did in flame renewal, Then DO the flame
renewal. Draw the energy from the fire around you and
bringing into your ki ball. Turning your ki ball red. Keep
drawing from the fire until your hands feel hot. Don't worry
this takes a few tries.
Fire Blast
Place your hands at your sides as to perform an advanced
ki blast. Charge up the ki into your palms but also visualize
being engulfed in fire surrounding you. Let the flames build
up and collect between your palms. Merge the ki in your
hands with the fire between your hands. You should feel
heat unless you are very advanced (in that case you may
see a flame). Shoot your hands forward at the target and
visualize the fire coming off your hands (just like shooting a
psi ball) Warning If you arent prepared the flame can also
attack you.
Hii Tate
(Fire Shield)
Do the Fire fusing technique before attempting this!!!
Let your energy Flow through the veins in your body so
every part of your body is covered on the inside. Now
Radiate your energy out(the heat of the car aura again) Now
you should have an aura of this energy. Now Form a circle
or ball of Fire around your body keep adding energy until its
sufficient.
Fire Blade
Make fire energy pool at your index finger and middle
finger. Force all of it into the finger tips. Move your Those
two fingers in a circle, making a small ring of fire. Then fill
those same two fingers with ki (hopefully you know what
that is. If not, then it is your bodys energy. For more info
e-mail me). Then make a ring of ki in the middle of the ring
of fire. Make three ki balls and but them in the middle of the
ring of ki. Connect them with strings of ki and make a ki ball
in the middle. Make the disc spin so fast that it creates the
illusion of not moving at all. Finally, throw it.
Fire Energy Fusion
This technique will fuse your Ki with the element of Fire. For
the first several times you will probably have to do this
while in a meditative state. So begin by meditating. Open
your eyes and look around and notice the Fire in everything
around you. Fire is in the metal that was heated when it was
shaped. Fire is in the heat and light from the sun. Fire is
even in the living things around you as growth produces
heat. Breathe in, concentrating on the element of Fire. Feel
the Fire filling you like Ki would fill you in a Ki Breathing
tech. This will saturate your Ki with Fire, creating Fire Ki.
How long it will last depends on how well you perform this
tech and how much Ki you expend. Assuming you do a good
job with this tech and don't do much to use up Ki it should
last between one and a half days to two whole days, during
which it will slowly fade away. If you want to replenish it
simply perform this tech again. If you need to get rid of it
before then simply perform Ki Breathing a few times in order
to flush out the Fire Ki.
Fire Ki is very useful in attacks, but will not work against all
entities or shields. Also it does not work well for most
healing. It can be used to increase blood flow to an area (if
used in very small amounts), it can kill viruses and bacteria
(if used in slightly larger amounts - use too much and you
kill the good bacteria too), and fighting off frostbite (go
slowly though - heat the area too quickly and it will damage
the frozen cells).





The Different Types of Kinesis
Aerokinesis - The ability to create and control the wind.
Get into a nice open area where you will not be disturbed
and after meditating imagine strings of psi streching off of
your fingers toward the winds. Pull, not jerk, you hand
where you want the wind to blow. This takes a while to
master and eventually you will be able to bring on strong
winds.
Atmokinesis - The ability to create and control the
atmosphere.
This ability has inexpert Thermokinesis, Electrokinesis, and
Aerokinesis. Atmokinesis in long distance can work at a
distance in temperature increases, gusting winds, and
develop entire storms. Atmokinesis in short distance can
only work at close distances and only produce localized
rain, nearby winds, and temperature changes locally.
Atmoskinesis - The ability to create and control all four
elemental elements.
This in the mental inexpert manipulitation of all four
element earth/geokinesis, wind/aerokinesis, fire/
pyrokinesis, water/hydrokinesis, electricity/electrokinesis.
It also varies in biokinesis. These people work with the
elements themselves.
Biokinesis - The ability to alter your genes into other human
or animal forms.
Warning: This especially should not be done except by a
practiced psi or ki practitioner, very dangerous.
Theoretically if you mastered this you could program
yourself not to get older and then not die, yes immortality.
No one has achieved that yet, all people have achieved
things like running faster, harder to lose stamina, see
better, more resistant to temperature, and changing the
color of their eyes. After meditating, see your genes running
throught your body in your head. Make a very thin, sharp
needle of psi. now will the psi needle to go down and
dissolve into a mass of psi into your genes programmed to
do what it is you what it to do. MAKE SURE that you cover
the whole with psi or your charactor, who you are, will leak
out. This is very dangerous, be carefull.
Chrono Telekinesis - The ability to move people or animals
through time.
Chronokinesis - The ability to slow down or speed up ones
perception of time. You could also create time warps or
worm holes.
You could read entire novels in less than one night or you
could get a better picture of things in a game or sport. If
you speed up your time it will be like you are moving at
superhuman speed to others and your talk will sound like
gibberish, but to you everything will act like it is in slow
motion. If you slow down your time, everything around you
will seem really fast and you will appear in slow motion.
Here is how to nurture your Chronokinesis:
Step One: First start by getting a pendulum or clock or
something that makes a ticking sound once a second. Then
in your know time get comfortable and relax.
Step Two: Now listen to the beats of the object. Tick, Tock,
Tick, Tock. Then focus on this sound and listen for the
spaces between the tick tock sound on the silence and
blend your energy with the silence and realize that man is
not governed by time. Time is simply a concept created by
man.
Step Three: Now listen to the spaces between the beats,
focus on the measure of silence getting slower and slower.
Step Four: Do this for several minutes and then if the beats
are getting longer apart from the next one you've done it.
Now just keep practicing and eventually you will get to
where you don't need a pendulum or clock.
Cyrokinesis - The abitity to create and control ice.
Few people know this by name and much less practiced it.
Place your hands over your Dan Tien (just below the belly
button and cup your hands in the psi ball position). First,
you have to make a psi ball. Then, fill it with water, and
imagine a strong northern wind gusting in and turning the
water into ice. If done correctly, there should be a cold spot
between your hands. This is where the ice elemetal power
really comes from.
Lowering Temperature: This is aobut the exact opposite of
pyrokinesis, basically just imagine everything you freezing
and strong gusts of winds coming in and you shivering.
Electrokinesis - The ability to create and control electricity.
Using this ability you could shock someone and mess up
reception on tvs or radios and such things. Practice this
technique for ten to fifteen minutes a day, meditate while
you see your body filling up with electricity, see it flowing
inside you until you're good enough to shoot it at
something and mess up the reception.
Another techniquie is to meditate before you go to be and
see electricity shooting out of your fingers, eventually
you'll see sparks or electricity lines.
Electro-Ball: First, make a psi ball. Then, visualize
electricity from your body merging with it and forming a ball
of electricity. If you want to use this to shock someone do
not put too much energy into it as it could seriously injure
someone and never use it on someone who you know has
powers less developed than you do.
ThunderBall: - First, you must imagine that a bolt of
lightning striking down on you surrounding you in a aura of
electricity. Then, you must imagine that it is flowing to your
fist then open your palm and imagine it forming into a ball
of electricity.
Thunder Punch: - You start it as a ThunderBall, but once
you harness the lightning energy you have to charge it like
a psi punch and there is your Thunder Punch.
Electricity Giving: - First, you have to put psi in your hand
and then visualize it turning into electricity. When you get
this, you'll feel your hand tingling and your hand will start
to twitch. Now, put your hand near something electric thats
on like a TV and visualize the electicity shooting out from
your fingers. Watch and see what changes. If this doen't
work at first, try it again.
Electricity Drain: - To do this, turn your psi into electricity.
Then, go up to something that uses electricity. Make sure it
is shut off for safty reasons. Now visualize electricity
shooting into it and absorbing the electric energy inside it
into u. Visualize the energy as a yellow color.
Hydrokinesis - The ability to create and control water.
In many ways this is like telekinesis, but it can only
influence molecules in liquid state. One technique is to get
a glass of water and imagine a tentacle of energy reaching
out of your third eye chakr and pulling up the water. This
takes a lot of practice, but if done correctly you should see
the water bulge up. You can try and push down to condense
the water too if you want.
Magnokinesis The ability to control magnetic field, metal,
and magnets
Photokinesis - The ability to create control/manipulate
light.
With this ability, you could control lighting, change the
color of light, bend small lasers, make your aura visible to
others, and much morel You could also create minor
illusions. One technique is to go to a dark room and then
imagine a ball a light particles in your hand. Then, imagine
them shooting out in a straight line from you finger/fingers.
You could also try to make a lighted psi ball or create light
and much more.
Pyrokinesis - The ability to create and control fire.
Warning: Uncontroled pyrokinesis can be very dangerous to
yourself and/or others around you. Be very careful if you
chose to pratice this at your own risk.
The best way to practice your skills is called the dancing
flame. First, light a candle or a match. Then, envision a
tunnel between your mind and the flame or a beam and your
blocking everything but the match/candle out of your view
so that you can't see it correctly. Next, focus on the flame
and will your mind to put it out, see the flame going out in
your mind. This is the easy part, the hard part is trying to
get the match/candle to relight. Once you've mastered
putting the flame out, you should focus on the ember
relighting. After a few hard weeks of practicing, the ember
should glow red as if it wants to relight. After you've
practiced this enough, you should get the candle/match to
relight. This does work. Once you've mastered all of this
you should move on to bigger flames (if you used a match
move to the candle, as it is harder).
Telekinesis - The ability to control objects/move objects.
There are many different ways to practice and hone your
telekinetic skills, but one of the main one is called the psi
wheel.
Cut a piece a paper into a four inch square and fold each
corner into the middle and put a push pin in the middle to
hold it so you folded it face up. Now imagin the energy of
your mind flowing out of each of your hand chakras and
willing the wheel to turn. This takes a long time to master
and it is difficult but it does work.
Another way to hone your telekinetic skills is to take a
preferably light metal object such as a cheap ring that
weighs almost nothing. Place it in front of you. Block
everything out but the ring and envision a tunnel between
you and the ring. Then, imagine a tentacle of energy
reaching out from your third eye chakra and pulling the ring
towards you/push it away. This also takes a lot of practice
and this to does work.





Cryokinesis
Cryokinesis is the ability to control the element of Ice.
Before you start, you will most likely want to prepare
your body for this. For techniques on preparatory
work, go to Ki Evolution. Below are just different
techniques that you could try to use Cryokinesis for.
Cultivating Water Energy:
This technique you will need throughout most of
cryokinesis, since you will be taking the water
elemental energy and forming it to ice. To start, stand
in a position you would for ki breathing or grounding.
Close your eyes, and picture yourself standing in a
peaceful place, surrounded by water, or waterfalls,
whatever you want. Now, picture energy flowing from
the water, into your body, mixing with your ki in your
Dan Tien, and flowing throughout your body. I picture
this as a blue form of mana. Keep doing this until you
feel that the technique has been completed, and that
you have cultivated water energy.
Cultivating Water Energy 2:
This is another way of cultivating water energy, sent
to me by my friend Richard. This is an easier way to
cultivate water energy. While taking a shower close
your eyes and let the water hit your front side of your
body. Visualize the water energy coming from it into
your Dan Tien or even just your body like it is
absorbing it. After a minute or two you will have
enough.
Cryokinesis Techniques
Changing Temperature:
This technique is one of the more common you can
find on Cryokinesis all over the web. It is using
Cryokinesis to change the temperature of a specific
area a bit, to make it colder.
To start out, you may want to meditate a bit and clear
your mind. Now, find the room, or whatever area you
wish to change the temperature of, and you may want
to check the thermostat first, and see what the
temperature is. Now, stand there comfortably, with
your eyes closed. Invision that you are standing in the
middle of a blizzard, with snow blowing past you with
gusts of frigid wind, ice forming on the ground. You
must really get into this. Actually try to feel your body
becoming colder. Picture the thermostat that you
looked at in the beginning, and picture the temperature
on it dropping. You could also picture ice forming
around the room, all over everywhere, causing the
temperature to drop. Now don't get discouraged, this
takes practice. With enough work, you should be able
to make the temperature a little colder.
Ice Ball:
This is the other common cryokinesis technique that
you will see a lot. Now, there are many ways of doing
this, but I will explain one of them. Get into the stance
that you use when you normally make a Ki or mana
ball, with your knees bent a bit, and hands in the ki ball
position, at your side, near your hip. Now, picture
water running over your hands and in between your
hands, as if you were running them under a faucet.
Feel it out, and extract the water elemental energy.
Now, picture the water frosting over, try to hear the
sounds of the ice crackling as the water freezes.
Picture it freezing little by little, and compiling into a
ball of ice between your palms. Do this for a few
minutes, and see if you feel any cold between your
hands. Don't worry, all these techniques take time and
practice, so you might not get it on the first day. Just
keep working on it. Practice this every day, until you
can do it. To test this, you can try throwing the ice ball
at a candle or some kind of small flame like that. And
again, don't worry if nothing happens the first few
times. Just remember, when throwing the ice ball, just
like any other energy ball, you must be in complete
concentration and focus, so that the ball does not
simply disperse into the air.
Ice Blast:
This tech can be done a couple of ways, and here I will
describe both that I know of. One way, is to just make
a normal ice ball, and then push your hands forward
like a normal ki blast, and picture the ice ball flying
through the air, being absorbed into your target, and
turning the entire thing to ice. Now, this will not
actually turn the object into ice. But if done on a
person, they may get a shiver, or feel cold. Now, the
second way to do this, is a bit different. This way I
have thought up myself. Instead of making an ice ball,
fill up your fore-arms with the water energy. Now,
picture it freezing just like the ice ball technique, and
then shoot your hands forward, picturing a large icicle
being launched out of your hands at your foe.
Tsurara Tate:
"Icicle Shield". This is a technique that I devised
myself. To start out, stand in a wide stance, and be in
concentration on the elemental energy of water, and
draw it into your body. Keep picturing it filling up your
body, mixing with your ki in your Dan Tien. When you
think you have enough, then tense up your muscles.
Become completely focussed, and picture the water
element exploding out of you, and freezing mid-way
through the air, forming a dome of ice around your
body. Picture more water energy being added to it, the
dome becoming larger and more powerful, and
freezing more. Keep picturing this happening, and also
picture the water energy inside you, powering you up
internally, like an internal ki flame. Practice this, and
remember not to over do it.
Kori Hari:
"Ice Needles". This techinque I also devised myself.
Now, this is similar to the Ice blast technique, using
the icicle. But, it is a bit harder and could take more
practice. Now, to start out, draw in the water energy,
and pack it into your arms. Picture it freezing like in
the ki ball technique, but staying inside your arms.
Now, tense up your arms and shoot them forward as if
for a blast, but this time, use your ishi(will power) to
have the ice energy come out of your palms and
fingertips in the form of little needles of ice, which you
should focus on pelting your opponent with.






Cryokinesis is the power or control over the ice
element.If you've ever watched or played Mortal
Kombat things this is sub-zero's specialty.This
kinesis is easy for some and hard for others.This
kinesis requires body conditioning to develop this.
Hand conditioning
To get your body ready you have to do a series a
cold enduring tests.
First you prepare your hands-Hold an ice cube in
your hands for a minute and thirty seconds.Do this
for a 2 week with both of your hands, six times a
day.Then after the 2 week up it to two minute for
one week then after that week hold it in your hand
untill it melts.
Body Conditioning
To do this start taking cold showers and baths.Start
with a cool tempature then lower it slowly to get use
to it.Do this for the month of the hand
conditioning.And keep conditioning to keep your
body use to the coldness.
Standard Ice Ball:
Stand in a grounded position. Place your hands out in front
of your navel(belly-button). Shape them just as you would
if you were creating a ki or psi ball. Now visualize the water
element all around you, flowing in between your hands.
Then visualize a cold gust of wind sweeping across and
forming the water into ice. Force the ice into a ball between
your hands, and let the ice keep materializing in between
your hands, untill you've made a complete ball. There
should a cold point in the center of your palms. This is
where the ice element power is actually produced.

Cryokinesis is the ability to manipulate ice. This is very
much related to hydrokinesis, as it deals with the same
element.
With cryokinesis you may be able to change the temperature
of water, making it colder or icy. You may also be able to
create a cold breeze around someone and give them
Goosebumps. You can also learn to create a ice ball, just
like when creating a psi ball, and then through it at a target
object.
Cryokinesis is not one of the very known psychic ability,
and the numbers of people who have experienced any sort of
cryokinetic phenomenon are believed to be few. Though
that does not mean it is impossible to develop.
Cryokinesis Exercises
Visualization Meditation
Do a meditation before you begin your work. You need to
get focused and use your imagination to create a strong
picture of what your goal is. You should do a visualization
meditation where you will visualize yourself absorbing cold
from around you. Take in all the cold from the air that
surrounds you. Feel your body becoming colder every
second. Do this for 10-15 minutes before starting your
cryokinesis exercise.
Ice Ball
The Ice ball is created just like the psi ball, where you will
hold out your hands in front of your body in a position
simulating holding a average sized ball in your hands. Now
instead of guiding warm psychic energy from your body
through your palms, you are creating an ice-cold ball with
cold energy from your body. Feel the coolness of the energy
leaking from your palms.
The energy will fuse in the space between your hands and
create a cold spot. Move your hands slowly towards and
away from the ice ball, creating an intense energy feel.
Visualize the ball getting larger and larger. Compress the
energy ball so that it gets even more intense and hard.
When you are ready, you can through the ball at a target
object.
Cold Water
For this exercise you will try to lower the temperature of
water. Take a transparent glass and fill it with water. You
can take the temperature of the water to see if you are able
to make it colder. Place your hands around the glass and
take a mental picture of the scenery. Close your eyes and
feel energy seeping out from your palms, creating a cool
spot around the glass, just like when creating an ice ball.
See the glass getting colder as is slowly begins to freeze
and become white-ish and less transparent. Keep sending
ice-cold air towards the area and watch the glass becoming
more and more icy. See the water start to freeze as well as
it slowly gets a solid surface.
Do this exercise for 20-30 minutes and take your time.
When you are done, take the temperature of the water and
see if there are any changes.
Remember to be patient, as this will take a lot of time and
many attempts.




Cryokinesis
What is cryokinesis? Part ice element, and part psychic. An
example of powerful cryokinesis is sub-zero, from mortal
combat. It literally is the manipulation of, and control over,
ice. Here are some abilities that will come from practicing
cryokinesis:
1. Drop temperatures in a room.
2. make someone cold, but nobody else.
3. create frost.
4. turn water to ice.

Those are a few of the main things people aim for. Here are
a few techniques developed.
Propper preperation
Your body needs to be in the right condition in order to be
able to safely perform cryokinesis, for if one is propperly
conditioned, he/she is immuned to the effects of ice. Start
out by Taking a peice of ice and holding it in both your
hands. Keep your fist clenched around the ice, and don't let
go, no matter how much it hurts. Time yourself for one
minute. After a minute, you may release the ice cube. Do
this five times a day. After a week, extend the time to two
minutes. After another week, extend it to three minutes.
Then after a month, keep the ice cube in your hand untill it
melts. Make sure you condition both hands equally. Durring
this two month period, also begin taking cold baths. Lower
the temperature of the water, every week that you extend the
time you hold on to the ice cube. After this training period of
about two months, you body should be conditioned to
withstand hostile temperatures. You can only manipulate
ice as much as you body can handle.
Standard Ice Ball
Stand in a grounded position. Place your hands out in front
of your navel(belly-button). Shape them just as you would if
you were creating a ki or psi ball. Now visualize the water
element all around you, flowing in between your hands.
Then visualize a cold gust of wind sweeping across and
forming the water into ice. Force the ice into a ball between
your hands, and let the ice keep materializing in between
your hands, untill you've made a complete ball. There
should a cold point in the center of your palms. This is
where the ice element power is actually produced.
Dropping the temperature in a room
Stand in a comfortable position, and feel out the energy
around you. Then begin to focus on the temperature of the
room you are in. This works best if the temperature is
already a little cold. Now visualize the air getting colder,
and the energy freezing into ice. It helps to picture a
thermometer dropping. Then begin to visualize waves of ice
emmiting from your body, and going through the entire
room. If successfull, the room should get a little cooler.






Controlling Your Energy Flow
Visual Exercise
Step One
Get comfortable and relax.
Step Two
Next close your eyes and visualize that your visual
body is standing in front of your physical body.
Step Three
Then see a bright and powerful light surrounding your
visual body.
Step Four
Then see that bright light drawing into your visual
body until your visual body is full with that energy.
Step Five
Then see your visual body entering your physical
body.
Step Six
Next hold your hand out and push that energy out of
your fingertips.
Step Seven
Then draw that energy back into your fingertips.
Step Eight
Then do this exercise with your other hand and both of
your feet.
Remember
To feel at one with the earth at all times because the
earth is your friend. Make sure you do this exercise
until you have mastered the ability to control your
energy only then move on to the next exercise.
Moving Energy Through Liquid
Introduction
For this exercise you will need a large body of water or
you can do this exercise in a bath tub.
Physical Technique
Step One
I want you to place your hands in the water and hold
them there.
Step Two
Then close your eyes and visualize that there is a
bright light around your physical body and draw that
light energy into centre of your physical body.
Step Three
Then in your own time see that light energy moving
into your right hand and hold it there for a moment.
Step Four
Now make sure that both your right hand and left hand
are about one foot away from each other and in your
own time push energy out of your fingers through the
water and into your left hand and hold it there for a
moment.
Step Five
Then push that energy back through the water and
back into your right hand and hold it there for a
moment.
Step Six
Do steps four and five a couple of times and as you do
so feel your energy and your control over your energy
growing.
Flower To Bulb
Visual Technique
Step One
Sit down on the floor, Get comfortable and relax.
Step Two
Next close your eyes and visualize yourself as a
flower.
Step Three
Now visualize that the petals of the flower are closing
back into a bulb.
Step Four
Remember to make sure that the bulb is not too tight
because if it is you may get a headache.
Step Five
When you have made the flower into a bulb your
energy system will be fine-tuned.

Life Force Energy Reading
Introduction
The wingmaker uses the life force energy read to
confirm the existence of life in one our world and in
interstellar travel when visiting other worlds. see all of
the universe and the parallel universe gift of life force
on every level of existence right down to the smallest
atom and this exercise will help you master this
technique and will give you a better understanding of
life it's self So try both the physical exercise and with
your visual body exercise and make sure you master
both.
Visual Technique
Step One
I want you to get comfortable and relax.
Step Two
Then close your eyes and visualize that you are in a
beautiful forest with trees and plant life all around you.
Step Three
Now I want you to hold out your right hand and focus
your mind on touching the forest around you with your
energy
Step Four
Now draw some of the life force energy from this forest
into your hand. As you do so stretch out your feelings
you should feel a tingling sensation in your hand if so
then well done you are doing this exercise right that
feeling means there is life force present

Step One
I want you to find a form of plant life.
Step Two
Then hold out your hand and push energy out your
hand and touch that plant life with your energy
Step Three
Then stretch out your feelings and feel the life force
energy of this plant life. you will know if you are doing
this right because you will feel that tingling sensation
in your hand if so then well done.







Here Lies The Art Of Energy Manipulation
Technique one
First you will learn to stimulate or activate your hand
chakra's [spots of energy in hand] first rub your hands
together to create friction or heat when you get a tingling
feeling in your palms or fingers you know your chakra's are
activated. Now take your hands and and put them about one
foot away from each other slowly move them together. Next
put them only six inches apart try to feel the energy
between them. Finally you can put them one inch away and
you should feel this connection stronger. Hold this position
as long as needed
Technique Two
Now you need a nonliving object. I chose a picture of a
family member it does not matter. Now put your hands
close enough to it where you feel some warmth or energy.
Now try to take your hands away and move them closer
slowly. Feel how intense this energy is becoming. Find a
spot that is comfortable and hold your hands there. Hold as
long as comfortable








Energy Levels

Note: You must be able to see and feel the
energy around you before reading this
section.
A persons energy level is the amount and
strength of energy within a person. It is
measured using numbers. There is a normal
and a max energylevel(Powerlevel). Your
normal energy level is your energy level
when you are relaxed. Your max powerlevel is
your powerlevel when you are fully powered
up and maxed out. For example, if you could
nock somebody down with Ki on normal, then
your energy level would be about 30,000 most
likely. Most people that don't ptactice Ki
have a normal energyt level of 400-500. If
you practice Ki, this is how you will be
able to measure your power. There are a few
ways to tell what a persons powerlevel is.
I will list and explain those ways.
SEEING ENERGY LEVELS:
This is the one of the most common ways to
read an energy level. First, you must be
able to see energy with your third-eye to
see a persons energy level. To begin, look
and concentrate on the person. Look slightly
above him so that you can see his energy
radiating off his body. This radiating
energy is how you will tell his energy
level. The energy will go to a certain
length off his body. Where it ends is how
you what is energy level is. You will know
it is his energy because it will be
compact, and stay within a certain length of
the person, depending on his strength. The
further the energ radiates off his body, the
stronger his energy level is. When you have
focused so that you can see his energy
radiating off of him, blink once or twice.
When you blink, you will notice that there
will be an exeact line between the air and
his energy. This way you tell exactly what
his energy level is. Here is a scale to
measure energy levels with:
1 inch-200 energy level
1 foot-2 0r 3,000
5 feet-about 15,000
10 feet-about 30,000
Every foot is about 3,000 energy level.
FEELING ENERGY LEVELS:
This is the most common way to tell energy
levels. A ki scan is pretty much all you
have to do to feel an energy level. You do
this by feeling ther energy around you. You
should be able to sense any energy level of
anybody you want. Just make your ki touch
their Ki, and you will get a feeling. The
stronger the feeling, the higher the energy
level is. I can't give you a scale for this
technique, you will just have to take n
estimate of the energy level compared to the
intinsity of the feeling you got.
Eventually, you will just be able to look
at someone, and be able to feel their
energy level if you want to.








7 Steps to Creating PSI Balls Of Energy
First and foremost the first thing you need to accept before
you can try and create a psi ball of energy is to accept the
fact that we are all basically energy beings. All life is
sustained by means of the Life Force, which pervades the
entire universe, and is evident in all dimensions of life and
reality.
There are many names for this Life Force but it is still
fundamentally the energy from which all things are made
and are integral aspects. Once we can accept this we can
begin to learn energy control.
Psi Balls are all about Perfecting our Energy
To begin with your mind and thoughts must be focused
entirely on the task at hand. Put aside all the mundane
things of daily life and have confidence that you have the
ability to create a PSI Ball. Without this belief you will not
succeed and with failure comes the belief that these
abilities are beyond your reach.
1. Completely relax. It is important that you are able to
achieve a state of complete relaxation as quickly and deeply
as possible. It would be very helpful to learn meditation and
relaxation exercises to help you get into this state quickly.
2. Close your eyes and imagine a glowing white sphere of
white light on the top of your head. Hold the white sphere of
light in this position at the top of your head.
3. Now imagine this light beginning to travel down your
body; through your neck to your shoulders. As the light gets
to your shoulders the light divides in two, half the light
travels down your right arm and half the light travels down
your left arm.
4. As the light reaches your wrists notice how bright and
powerful the light is. Feel the energy and know that it will
respond to your every thought.
5. Place your hands about four inches apart and fingers
slightly cupped as if you were holding a grapefruit. Imagine
the brilliant white balls of light traveling from your wrists to
the palms of your hands and then emerge from your palms
to form a brilliant white ball of light between your cupped
hands.
6. Focus on the ball of light and feel the warm glow of
energy coming from the ball of light. Picture the ball of light,
as it increasingly gets hotter and hotter. Feel the pulsating
power and know beyond all doubt that it will respond to
your every wish.
7. Finally, move your hands closer together and feel the
energy as it resists you and fights your efforts to compress
it. Move your hands apart and notice how the energy
releases with your movements.
You have just created your first PSI ball of energy. With
practice you can learn to manipulate this energy and know
that it is at your will and will react the way you want it too.
If you want the light to be more visible, all you have to do is
will it to be so. Give thanks to the Universe for the powers
that have allowed you to accomplish this and appreciation
for the understanding that we are all part of the Universal
Life Force. There really is no such thing as separation; it is
a construct we must break free of. When you can really
understand that, creating a PSI ball of energy is just the tip
of the iceberg.

HJ: Life is about balance. The atom, which is the
fundamental building block of all matter always strives
towards balance of positive (proton) and negative (electron)
charges. If it cannot maintain balance within its own
structure, it forms clusters that maintain balance with other
atoms and molecules are formed. The point being, that even
at the most fundamental level, the universe seeks to
maintain balance. Natures endless dance is all about
maintaining balance in the natural ecosystem and in the
species present on the planet. Why should humans be
exempt from this grand cosmic interplay? Of course, we are
not, but we do let ourselves get further out of balance than
is healthy at times. In these instances, we would be wise to
bring ourselves back into harmony by identifying those
areas which are becoming polarized.
7 Ways to Re-establish Balance Between Yin and Yang
Yin-Yang Tree
Stress and illness are natures way of telling you that
youre out of balance. All life is ruled by the interplay of two
dynamic forces known in traditional Chinese medicine as
yin and yang . Yin is negative, yang positive. Yin is
feminine, yang masculine. Yin is passive, yang active.
Theyre opposite yet complementary forces, never equal,
but cycle together in harmony. One is always ascending
while the other descends. The yin/yang symbol is a
wonderful expression of this interplay. Even though theyre
opposite, yin and yang cant exist independently. As Alan
Watts put it so eloquently in Tao: The Watercourse Way,
My inside arises mutually with my outside and though the
two may differ they cannot be separated.
When the yin and yang of your body are in disharmony, its
like trying to ride a unicycle with the spokes of the wheel
short on one side and long on the other. The hub is out of
center and your ride is very bumpy. If you continue for long,
youll break the wheel and perhaps the bike. Just so, if your
body continues in disharmony for long, illness occurs.

Balance.
A good example of how this works is caregiversthose
people who give of themselves to nurture, nourish, guide
and heal others. Teachers, counselors, social workers,
nurses, body workers and parents are all caregivers. When
caregivers are living harmoniously, they balance giving
(yang) and receiving (yin) so they dont deplete their
reserves. They know when theyre in need of care and allow
themselves time to receive to balance their giving. However,
many caregivers ignore their own needs until theyve given
so much of themselves that body and soul begin to cry out,
What about me? The imbalance begins to affect their
health, sleep, emotions, focus and relationships.
The cure is simple in this case. Balance can be re-
established by receiving what was given in excess. Take
the time to nourish yourself, to nurture yourself. There are
many ways to find your way back to balance. You may find
that one method works best for you or you may find that you
need a little of various methods. Here are a few suggestions
on how to begin:
1. Reach out to nature - take a walk and absorb the qi of
nature into yourself with every breath.
2. Nutrition take time to eat health foods instead of
grazing on empty junk.
3. Water - plenty of pure, clean water will help flush out
toxins and rehydrate you. Most people underestimate
their need for water.
4. Meditation - employ some quality quiet time to get in
touch with yourselfrealize where youve become
deficient and work to correct the deficiency.
5. Bodywork - focused attention from a body worker
allows guilt-free relaxation and releases the physical
manifestations of stress.
6. Medical qi gong - these practitioners specialize in
recognizing the many faces of disharmony and
balancing the qi of the body.
7. Tai chi and qi gong classes - these movements help to
balance body, mind and spirit so that you will
recognize disharmony before it gets out of hand.








Advanced Ki techs
.
The techniques featured on this page are
harder to perform than some of the previous
techniques. If performed to the level
(advanced), these techniques are very
harmful. I warn you now, you are
responsible for your own actions. But I pray
you never have to use any of these
techniques in real combat.
Houki Ball:
Previously mentioned as the mega ball, this
a boosted version of the ki ball, but with
a few other uses.
Place you dominant hand up at chest level,
palm facing towards the sky. Use the ki
flame, and feel the energy inside of you.
Push the energy from the flame to your
palm, and above it to form a ball. Then,
release some of the ki from your tan-tien
to create a core for the ball. Keep drawing
energy directly into the ball. Here, we
must once again create a block of ki at the
wrist. This will be used to boost the ball,
being as it will go slowly and desintigrate
if it were thrown with that much energy with
it. After the block has been made, and
pressure builds, bring your arm down and
face your palm towards the opponent. Remove
the block. This will release the ki to
boost the ball(should be about 10 inches in
diameter) at the opponent. Some options
are: You can make the huge ball seperate
into small ones, and create a scatter
attack. You can also let the ball go
slightly behind the opponent, and explode.

Ki Dzuen:
The ki drill, a blast of circular energy
that literally drills a hole into the
opponent's ki. Stand in horsestance, and
bring your dominant hand up to the top of
your ribcage. Extend the middle and index
fingers, and let your ki flow into them.
Have the ki collect at the fingers, but
unstead of gathering into a ball, have it
spin around the fingers, creating the effect
of a power drill. After the ki is spinning
around your fingers in that manner, with
considerable power, thrust your hand
straight foward at the opponent. Project the
drill like energy in a beam at your
opponent. This should puncture the aura if
done correctly.

Multi Convergence:
This is a technique designed to allow the
practicer to create spiritual replicas of
one's self. This is accomplished by shaping
your ki into the form of yourself. Stand is
a postured position, legs at shoulder
width. This time, feel the ki move inside
of you. Draw in more ki to add to it, but
don't let it come outside of your body like
a ki flame. Once your body is full of ki,
start to make the ki move faster and faster
throughout your entire body, untill it's
going so fast, it(in your mind) doesn't
look like it's moving at all. Now, step to
the side, and visualize that energy
seperating in half from your body. There
should now be a model of yourslef molded by
ki next to you. Move it like you would a ki
ball. As long as you concentrate on it, it
will not dissapear.

Choko Blast(edited):
This is a technique I devided for one
reason, to completely overpower an opponent,
and defeat him with one attack. Be careful.
Stand in the normal ki blast position, about
3 feet away from the opponent. Cup your
hands down at your side, and use the ki
flame. Once again, you must push the flame
into your hands, and form a ball with it's
energy. Use the ki flame twice, the second
time letting the ball expand to your wrists.
Now, draw ki in to your body, and add it to
the ball as a core. But this time, make the
core spin. Keep addind the ki, untill your
hands are completely inside of the ball.
Now, you must again create a block of ki at
the wrists, and build up pressure. Thrust
your hands foward, and remove the blocks,
blasting the ball at your opponent at about
150mph. But as it's going, visualize it
bring energy from all around you through the
opponent with it. If done propperly, the
opponent, should bend over and gasp for
breath. The estimated time of recovery from
this attack is about 10 minutes.

Minor Invisibility shade:
Stand in a comfortable position. Feel the
ki around you move through you. Now, in
your mind, visualize light shining through
you, unstead of off of you, which allows
you to be seen. This will make you lease
noticable to people who know you, and
allmost immpossible to find by people who
don't. This technique does not make you
actually invisible, but unstead allters your
brain waves, making you harder to percieve
by someone else's mind.

Fire ball:
The fire ball is a hard move to learn to
controll, but it is also extremely
effective. To start out with, put your
hands in the basic ki ball position. Start
adding Ki energy into your hands, except
this time focus as hard as you can into
making the energy warm. Try to make it as
hot as you can. Don't worry, the heat will
not harm you because it is your energy. Now
once you have added a fairly large amount of
energy to the ball, remove one of your
hands away from the ball. Now you should
have only one hand holding the ball. Raise
the hand that is holding the ball in the
air. Make sure that the ball is in your
dominent hand. Grab your wrist with your
other hand that is free. Now push your ki
out of both hands so that some of it is
comming out of your dominent hand that is
holding the ball, and some is comming out
of the hand that is holding your wrist.
Push the energy that is holding your wrist
into your wrist and into the ball. You know
have the energy comming out of both hands.
Now is the hard part. Start powering up and
tightening your arm muscles. Focus as hard
as you can on the ball turning into a huge
flaming ball of energy. This is actually
easier than it sounds because it is your
energy. If you focus hard enough, then a
friend about 4 feet away will probally say
something like "Wow! I just saw a flame.",
or, "Dang, that thing is hot", or something
else like that. If you are a beginner, then
for your first year of making it, the best
you will probally make is a very faint ball
of fire most likely. I would recommend that
you have some experience in Pyrokinesis
before you start really practicing the move
because it is easier to perform.

Cyclone:
This is a drilling effect also. But a new
type of projection is introduced. It's
called the sling-shot effect. Stand
postured, with your palms facing your
opponent. Add ki to your hands, but
visualize it forming into a magnet. Use will
power to make the magnet in your hands
spin. The magnet will attract ki from
surrounding forces, thus making that energy
spin also. At this point, you are to
project the magnet at the opponent. Because
the magnet goes, so does all the energy
attracted to it. And becuase the magnet it
spinning, so does all the energy. The
energy will go drilling through your
opponent.

Ki Essence:
This creates a capsule filled with energy.
The ki compacts, and can be used later to
directly draw from. Sit in a meditative
position, with a bottle(small) in between
your hands. Feel the ki inside of your
body, and open your tan-tien. Now, you must
open your palm chakras. Visualize a red orb
in each hand glowing brightly, and filling
with the ki in your body. Visualize the ki
making the chakras glow even brighter, and
making the light expand from your hands,
covering the bottle. Fill the charkras with
as much ki as you safely can. When done,
you must visualize the Chakras tearing open,
and pouring out all the ki into the bottle.
The ki will be very purified, and glowing.
Push it all into that bottle. When done,
you should feel greatly weakened. But you
must still use a little more energ. Draw in
some ki, then create a ki ball around the
bottle. This ball will act as a barrier,
trapping all the other ki inside. Anytime
training or battle leaves you weak, you can
hold the bottle and let some of the ki
inside of it refresh you.

Sonic Boom:
This is a technique that adopted this name
due to the simularity in appearence. It was
submitted to me by a friend of mine, and
teacher in the Underground, darkduck.
Stand in a postured position, with your
arms by you sides. Begin to collect ki in
your fist. Gather as much as you can in
them. Clench a fist, and focus on your
opponent. Bring your arms up to chest
level, and lock them so that your right
fist is inside of your left elbow, and the
left fist outside of your right elbow, with
your elbows pointing out. Send the two ki
balls circulating through your arms, into
your chest, then back into your arms. Keep
the ki balls inside of your arms circulating
untill the loose their form and just become
two masses of ki. When they gain much
momentum, extend your arms and let the twp
masses come roaring out through your hands.
You should visualize it as a shockwave,
tearing through everything. Doe this blast
about 2 feet from the opponent.

Spirit Palm:
This is a very damaging technique, and
should ony be used in a crutial situation.
Push as much ki as you can into your hand
(dominant), psi if possible. Ki flame with
as much force as you can, and make the
flame merge with the ki in your hand. place
your hand on the opponent's stomach, and
without rearing back, just thrust foward,
digging your hand into the opponent;s
stomach. When they begin to bend over, force
all the ki in your hand to explode into
their stomach. This will cause severe
internal damage, and can severe organs.
Practice on a punching bag, not a person.

Heaven and Hell(Ki Version):
This is a technique that draws energy from
the Astral(heavenly) plane, and the sub-
astral(hellish) plane.
First, raise your dominant hand to the sky,
palm facing up, and lower your recessive
hand to the ground, palm facing down. Begin
to pull in energy from the astral into your
right hand, and sub-astral into your left.
Draw in as much as you can. You should have
a ball of positive energy in your right
hand, and negative in your left hand. Let
the energies branch into your chest, and
wrap around eachother, fusing the two
energies. This creates a type of energy
called shen. For a limited time, you can
attack with it. Any energy you release from
your hands for a few seconds will be shen.
The effect on a human is unknown.

Soul Lance:
Lancing is a form of kujic mysticism,
developed by the ninja to create an edge
over the samari gaurds for assasination
methods. I will later include an entire
section on lancing, but for now, work with
this.
Stand in a postured position, dominant leg
in front. Place your hands so that the
blade(side) of the hand is towards the
opponent. Feel out the energy inside of
you, and let it vibrate(reading jing section
is advised). If you can, transmitt it into
jing. Push the energy to the inner most
part of the body or meridians. Bend your
knees, and send the vibrating energy down
towards the sole of your back foot. Let it
travel down your spinal column, then through
the femur to reach it. The vibrations should
send the ki back up the leg, through the
ribs(in a diagnal direction), and out
through the arms. The course of the energy
from your body should project the ki at an
extremely high rate of velocity. Just as
the ki reaches your hands, thrust at your
opponent, the side of your hands will create
a blade-like shape when the energy comes out
to your opponent. This is a form of Dow
tzeh jing(Vibrating Power). The opponent
will be directed back, and should normally
be knocked off their feet or loose their
balance. More or less, causing them to
stumble back. This technique takes a decade
to fully develop. Just as all the other
lances.

Tenchi Hap Kokyuho:
This is a strike executed with your middle
and index fingers. It's really not a
strike, more of a tap.
Feel out your opponent's power after
battling for a little while. Notice his/her
aura. Extend the middle and index fingers of
your dominant hand. Push a little ki into
them, and visualize it becoming a magnet.
Place your fingers simply at your opponent's
aura, and "turn on" the magnet, causing a
shack of energy to his aura. This will most
likely nor be accomplished the first 30 or
40 tries. It takes a few years. But
eventually, it becomes an astonishing
ability. Chinese called it the Heaven and
Earth Breath Tap(Tenchi Hap Kokyuho). When
developed, simply a tap can send an
opponent curling at the floor. Never strike
for the heart area, and only touch the
aura.

Chi Getti:
Lock your foot into the ground. Feel ki
flow around it, and use your ki to trap it.
Raise your foot, and visualize the energy of
the Earth raising with it. Kick you
opponent, and send all the energy through
him/her. This technique will most likely
stun the opponent for a few seconds while
the wound is being nursed.

Earth Power:
Stand in a comfortable position. Close your
eyes, and listen to the wind, the leaves,
the animals. Ground, but this time seep your
roots deep into the Earth, and imagine them
attaching you to the other trees, and the
grass. Feel Earth share it's energy with
you. Let it swim through your veins. Breath
in, and breath out. This is a self healing
technique, when you open your eyes, you
will feel refreshed.

Ki Body Blast:
This technique is really quite simple.
Create a Ki sheild, and Power Up, while
charging the Ki sheild. Once the sheild has
enough energy, project it from around your
body to infront of you. Place your hands on
the huge energy ball(should be as large as
you, being it was once a Ki sheild), and
shoot an energy blast at the ball to shoot
it toward your opponent.
Ki puncture:
First power-up to your max and place your
index and middle finger on your forehead.Now
push all the energy through your arm and out
your fingers and make a ki ball at the tip
of them.Once you've put all the energy into
power-up again and attract mana and add all
the energy to it.Be careful not to go into
burnout.Now point your fingers at your
opponent and fire the blast in the shape of
a thin drill and make it drill right through
your opponent.But when it does make the
drill absorb their energy as you are
drilling through them.Use with great
caution.







Advanced Psi
Moving a small object
Choose a small, lightweight object,
preferably made of a light metal, such as a
cheap ring. Clear your mind completely. You
should have NO distractions whatsoever, and
try not to let erroneous thoughts into your
mind, or you will lose your focus.
Concentration is vital. Build a "tunnel"
between you and the object. Visualize this
tunnel between yourself and the object. You
only see the object. Everything else is
outside of the tunnel, and thus, outside of
your view. Now, imagine your mind's hands
coming out and pulling the object in. Once
you feel the pull, you might want to make
sounds in your head that suggest a strong
magnetic field (nnnn.... nnn....
nnnn.... ) It may sound silly, but it
works! Don't expect this to work the first
time you try it. It might, but there is
also a chance it will not. Try, try again!
If you cannot devote your time and patience
to this, don't bother trying it at all.
Psychic Message
Look at the person whom you are wanting to
speak to and see their mind as a Black hole
thats sucking in anything . Now visualize
your mind as a White shinning star and
reach out with your Psi, make a Connection
with that person but seeing a bridge between
your mind and theirs . Make it like an
electrical current, like a volt of lighting
thats transfering thoughts constantly, or
see a blue tube made of chi connecting you
two through the minds . Send your message
word by word into their mind and when it
hits the black hole visualize it going down
into them . Make the words Thicker to make
them heard louder, such as
" Be at peace " as normal but for shouting
more of " SILENCE ! " .

Basic techniques:
Moving your Ki Energy
First visualize a ball of energy in your tan tien. Use your
Sheer force, or willpower to move it. Visualize it as blue
rivers, When you want to move it somewhere, Imagine a
river flowing, and using your willpoer to move it to places.
Try moving it to a limb, Then 2 at a time, Then 3. Feel the
tingling sensation.
Ki Gathering Breath
To gather Ki or Chi energy, Curl your tongue to the roof of
your mouth. This conects the to bodies in your soul. Now
breath in through your mouth and as you do imagine pure
blue ki energy(Like a river) Flowining in through your mouth
and going down your throat into your Tan Tien.
Ki Cleansing Breath
When you breath, breath out Black Ki energy, when you
breath in breath in pure White ki energy. Breath in the white
ki energy and have it go down and mix with the black ki
energy in your Tan Tien, As you breath out breath out the
black ki energy, having purified your tan tien's energy.
Ki Ball
Hold your hands in a position as if you were holding a ball.
Visualize Your ki energy flowing from your tan tien and
coming up your chest, then splitting into two rivers going
down your shoulders, Your arms and finally going into your
hands and making a ball of energy slowly, Feel a little tingly
means youve done good.
Intermediate techniques:
Ki Shield
Make a basic Ki ball in your hands, Then move it to your
solar plexus, By using will, Determination and visualization
make it hollow inside and fit around you. Make it as big as
you like, And keep adding ki energy to it, To make it
stronger and more powerful. This does not sheild your from
physical attacks.
Ki Disk
Make a regular ki energy ball. And flatten it out in your
hands, By using will and visualization make it into a saw
blade like shape, Flatten the ki ball out with your hands,
make it thin and sharp.
Ki Blast
Make a Ki ball, and hold your hands back by your waist.
visualize a string or pole going through your ki ball to your
target. Then use your will power to send it down that string
by forcing out your hands, Physicly.
Advanced techniques:
Ki Healing 1
Where your/Others pain is imagine there to be red dots, all
around the pain, And for your ki energy to engulf the dots of
red pain, On the wound, As pac-Man Eats the dots.
Layered Ki Ball
Make a ki ball, and compress it without making it jing. Then
make another ki ball over it, Then compress do this until
you feel the layers are sufficent.
Ki Level Sensing
Visualize some liquid Ki in your tan tien, and visualize the
Ki flowing out of your tan tien and touching the other
person's tan tien. You should get a 'thud' in your stomach.
The harder the 'thud', the stronger the person.
Ki Flame Punch/Kick
Fill your foot or fist, With ki energy. Keep filling it until its
full, Then strike with the area ou filled. It will have the
physical and energy damage to them. Be careful it is
dangerous.
Hiding a Power Level
Hiding your power level if you are in a jam is really easy. All
you have to do is belittle your aura. First, power up to your
max. Now visualize your aura around you. Now visualize
your aura shattering into millions of pieces. Now pretend
that your tan tien is a vacuum. Visualize it sucking up all of
the shards of your aura. Now visualize your tan tien as it
should be ,as it grows with every shard that was part of
your aura. Your aura (through the third eye) should be
smaller. Now your power level is less noticeable.
Ki Beam
Visualize Ki filling your arms. Hold your arms out with your
wrists touching and palms open(like this --< ). Visualize a
wave of Ki Coming up from you Tan Tien, pushing out the Ki
in one long beam of long energy.
Gigantic Ki Blast
Stand in a wide-stance position with your hands cupped by
your hip about 5 feet from your opponent. Power up using
the ki flame method. Push the energy in the flame around to
your hands. All of the energy from your ki flame should try
to be pushed into your hands. The purposes of having it IN
your hands instead of between your hands like a ki ball, is
so that you can control the blast. Create a mana ball in
between your hands. Then create a ki ball so that you have
a mana ball inside of a ki ball. Use the energy from the ki
flame in your hands to merge the energy of the ball with
your hands. Once again, focus on your ki radiating inside of
you, ready to explode with it's true force. Thrust your hands
foward in a double open-handed strike and shoot the blast.
Note: This is how I perform an advanced ki blast. Play
around a little and try to create your own.
Expert techniques:
Screw-Beam
Place your dominate hand out and push your energy out
into your palm .Hold it out till the blast is as big as a
baseball . Then when finished hold it there and just
visualize a wave of energy like a ring of energy fully filled
coming from the begging of your arm . Force it onto the
blast and see it create a dome over it and then visualize the
dome turning into a needle sharp tip with the blast inside .
Throw your other hand onto the one holding the blast and
fire chi through your other hand propelling the blast from
your dominant hand . Visualize the beam spinning while it
is being made .
Genki Dama
More advanced version of a mana ball. Raise both hands
into the air. Now go into a standing mediation. Bring mana
in from all around you. Have it collect over your hands.
Keep drawing until you have a mass of mana over your
hands. Now use your will power to compact it and form it
into a ball. Let the energy ball rest about 1 foot above your
hands. Keep drawing mana to it until it has sufficient
energy needed to perform it's task. Power up (any type) so
that you can keep control of it. Focus on your opponent and
throw your hands forward. Launch the Genki Dahma
through the opponent and have it explode about a foot
behind the opponent.
Kamehameha
Cup your hands to your side and make a Ki Ball. Through
visualization start filling your arms with Ki and shoot it like
a Ki Beam, shooting the Ki Ball out on the end of the beam.
When you launch it exhale through your throat.
Masenko
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, place your most
dominant hand over the other hand so the fingers of the
most dominant hand go in between the fingers of the other
hand. Place Ki in both palms and put your hands above your
head then thrust your hands down towards your target and
visualize a Ki beam coming out from the front palm. This
should be like two Ki blasts in one because one palm is
backing up the other.
Dragon-Bite Ki Attack
Focus your Ki to your palm and visualize a Chinese-style
dragon coming out of your palm, flowing over to the
opponent and biting a part of his body really hard. This
attack must be done on skin to take effect. This attack does
most damage on the wrists. If done correctly, the opponent
will feel a really strong shock in the part of the body that
was bitten.
Ki Halo
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and clench your
fist of your most dominant hand, hold it in the air so you can
see it. Visualize liquid Ki in your tan tien and move this Ki
into the fist which you are holding up in the air. Do it until
your fist is engulfed in a Ki flame. Move your fist around in
the air to make a circle. Do this three times. When it moves,
visualize it leaving a trail of Ki. This should make the halo.
Clench your other fist and put it the other side of the halo,
think and say "Ki halo controlled by fists". Move your fists
around, always making the gap in between equal. You now
have control of the halo. Move it forward to your target by
visualization and will power, then bring it down over the
target. When you want it to decrease in size, decrease the
gap between your fists and vice versa. Slam your fists
together so they make a 'clip' sound. The Ki halo will of now
cut the target's Ki in half. You can just crush the target's Ki
for a while to make more damage
Final Flash
Note that this is a finishing attack and is meant for when
your opponent is wounded. It won't destroy them in most
cases, but it will end the battle. Stand in a straight-back
stance with the opponent about 2 feet away from you. Have
the opponent to the side of you. Look in the direction of the
opponent and extend the arm on that side. Have the palm
facing towards him/her. Create a block in your wrist that
will not allow ki into your hand. create another at the
shoulder that lets ki in, but not out. Start letting ki flow into
your arm and try to reach your hand. Make it keep pushing
the block. The more ki, the stronger the push. Fill your arm
with ki as much as you can. This builds up the pressure
pushing against the block. When you just can't hold in any
more, quickly remove the block. This will have the effect of
a pressure hose. The ki will come racing out at an
enormous rate. It will be too much for you to control, so
don't even try, just let it come out. This will be wind the
opponent and he will no longer have the strength or stamina
to continue fighting you.
Super Kamehameha
Point one hand to the sky and one to the ground and
visualize drawing in positive Ki from the sky and Ki energy
from the ground. Visualize the Ki inside of your chest and
mix it. Perform a Ki Flame and then do a Kamehameha with
this mixed Ki and visualize the ball exploding when it hits
the enemy.
Mega Ball
Stand with feet at shoulder width. Do a ki flame. Push all
the energy from your ki flame into your hands and form it
into a ball. Put some ki from tan tien in the ball. Make a
block at your wrist that will not let ki through. Put as much
ki as you can in front of the ki block. Then when your ready
take the block out and the ki should come out and push
your mega ball forward at a high speed. That's it you have
made a mega ball.








Beginner Psi Techniques
Psi Balls
Cup your hands and visualize your mind's energy flowing
into the ball. The longer you do this the stronger the psi ball
will be.
Compressing Psi
To compress psi and make it stronger you need to make a
psi ball. When done with the psi ball spread your hands and
visualize the psi ball growing in size. Now push your hands
closer to eachother and visualize the ball shrinking in size
and becoming denser. Do this for a minute or so.
Compressing Psi Technique 2
Make a psi ball. Now visualize it getting denser and denser.
Do this for about a minute or so.
Programming
Programming is a cool skill used to control your psi. First,
make a good solid psi ball and make your intent clear. Now
visualize the event of the psi ball doing what you want it to
do over and over again.
Programming Technique 2
Make an good, solid psi ball like you would, and visualize
text saying what you want it to do going into the psi ball.
Then let it go.
Programming Technique 3
Make a good psi ball, solid and good, and visualize the
center point on the psi ball. Now visualize the event going
into the psi ball and going what you want it to do.
Programming Technique 4
Make a psi ball (you should know to do this by now) and
visualize a drop down list appearing from the psi ball with
options, now visualize your selected option appearing on
the list. Visualize the option you want being selected, now
let go of your psi ball.









Beggining Ki techs

Grounding:
Stand in a fighting position. Feel the ki
in your body. Now visualize roots shooting
out of your feet and into the ground.
Picture the roots planting into the ground
and obsorbing ki. Then begin to visualize
your energy merging
with the Earth's energy. This is a
technique that gives a little boost to the
ki attack, and helps prevent burnout.

Ki Ball:
Cup your hands like you were holding a large
baseball. Focus on your hara and the energy
inside of it. Bring that ki up into your
chest, then down your arms into your hands.
When a descent amount of ki is in your
hands, have it emerge out and meet in
between to form a ball. You should be able
to feel it's energy. Don't worry if you
can't see it, you'll be able to when you
become more advanced.

Drawing ki:
Sit in a cross-legged position. Back
straight, chin up. Put your hands so that
your left hand is holding your right calf
muscle, and vice-versa. Close your eyes and
begin to breath slowly. 4 seconds breathing
in, hold for 2, breath out for 4, hold for
2. This is called the four-fold breath. It
relaxes your mind and body. After about 10
times of doing that, start doing the
following: Breath in like you normaly would,
but this time picture breathing in the ki
around you. Have it go up you nostrols and
stop there when you hold your breath. As
you breath out, Focus on the ki traveling
down your body and splitting in to two
parts so that it can go down both your
arms. Let the ki flow down both arms and
into the calfs. Keep the ki flowing up your
legs untill it winds up at yo ur hera.
Repeat this untill you feel you have drawn
enough energy. After a while you'll be able
to draw in ki while you're doing something.

Ki sensing:
Close your eyes and think of someone
standing around you. Visualize the ki inside
of their body. Now reach out with your ki
and touch their's. The stronger their ki
power is, the larger the knot in your
stomache.

Ki Sheild:
Feel out th ki in your body. Feel it flow
through your merideans(energy channels). Now
start having ki come out of your hera, and
more ki out of your body. The ki that comes
out of your body have form around you in a
crystall shape. After a minute or so you
should have an entire outer shell around
you. Now start filling the space between
your body and the outer shell with ki. Once
this is accomplished, visualize the outer
shell of the full sheild turning in to
hard, invincible metal or steel. The harder
the concentration, the stronger the sheild.

Attacking with ki:
To attack with ki, do this. When you shoot
your ki at something/one, you need to shoot
it THROUGH the opponent. The reason for this
is that the ki will act as a sonic boom and
create a shockwave. This rupters their ki
and will sometimes send them crumbling to
the ground gassping for air. But there is
something to remember. Closing the distance
increases the results of the attack. When ki
travels too far, it begins to fall apart.
Also, a physical attack that's charged with
ki is much more devistating. Because there
is no space between the ki and the
opponent.

Basic Ki blast:
Put your hands to your side and make a ki
ball. You should be standing in a wide
stance. Focus on the opponent, but keep
concentration on the ki ball. Keep adding
energy to it untill you think it has
enough. Focus on the ki inside of you
radiating out about to explode with it's
true force. Lean foward and thrust your
hands out in a double-palm strike. Tighten
you hands and explode the ki inside of you
to let it out in a short, devistating,
blast. Push the ki ball away from your body
and through the opponent. This will likely
only cause the opponent to loose stanima and
concentration. NOTE!: Do not perform this
technique and make physical contact. Only do
that as a last resort. If the blast is
powerful enough and physical contact is
made, organs can dissentigrate, and the
person could die or blow up.

Ki Punch:
Begin to feel out the ki in your body. Now
let it flow in to the hand that is going to
attack. Keep the ki inside of the hand.
Once you have collected a sufficient amount
of ki, start focusing behing your opponent.
Focus on the space behing him. Then tell
yourself you're going to punch that space.
Attack and let out a shockwave of ki going
through the opponent the instance you make
contact.

Ki kick:
Fill your leg with ki and repeat the
instructions for ki punch, replacing hand
with foot.

Ki flame:
A version of the power up. Start drawing in
energy ands letting it flow through out you
entire body. Keep drawing in more and more.
Fill your inner and outer body with ki.
Next, make all of it explode and come
outwards so that it is outside of your body
surrounding you like a flame. For
visualization: If you watch dragon ball z,
this is the power up they use.

Ki to Increase Speed:
This is farely simple. Wave your hand in
the air in front of you. As your doing
this, visualize an image of the hand moving
at a faster rate. Bring your hand back and
perform a front punch. As your arm extends,
picture the mental fist drawing back. As
your real fist draws back, picture the
mental one striking. Practice this with both
hands. After continuos practice, you will
begin to see results. It's a mental trick,
I honestly don't know why it works.

Basic Ki Healing:
Place your hands on the wounded or painful
area. Let your ki flow into the injured
area. Picture your ki as the color yellow,
and the pain as the color red. As your ki
enters the other person's body, have the
yellow energy overpower the red energy. In
your mind it should look like the yellow is
eating away at the pain. After about a
minute, their should be no more red, meaning
no more pain.

Ki Healing version 2:
Place your hands about an inch above the
person who is injured. Wave your hands
accross their body and pay attention to any
of their energy that feels different than
the rest. That it the source or their pain.
Touch the injured area and picture grabbing
the pain and releasing it into the air to
be cleansed. Replace the energyless area
with some of your own ki. Healing takes
about 5 minutes to go into effect.

Running against the Wind:
This technique for your basic jog or bicycle
ride. It prevents the wind from slowing you
down, by cultivating your ki into a sharp
shield. Start out by visualizing your ki
forming around you in a shield like manner.
Now, visualize it sharpening, so that it's
allmost like a blade that diverts the wind.
That's what it will do to. This technique
was given to me by ssj4Goku.
Mana
Mana ball:
Put your hand palm up with your arm bent.
Your hand can be either head or chest
level. Use ki sensing to feel the energy
all around you. Breath in and draw this
energy(mana) into a ball about three inches
off your palm. Breath out and stop drawing
mana. Repeat. Draw in mana from the Earth,
wind, water, and fire(helps if you ask
spirits for fire). After about a minute,
you should have a farely charged mana ball.

Mana sheild:
Feel out the mana around you and focus on
the elements. Start pulling energy from
them. You should be standing in a fighting
position. Visualize the mana enclosing you
in a ball. Keep adding mana to this ball
around you so that you create multiple
layers of the sheild.







Only attempt and practice these techniques if you have
successfully completed the intermediate techniques.
Note: All of the techniques with a star (*) in brackets next to
the name is nessecery to proceed to the next stage of Ki
training.
Final Flash (*)
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Clench your fists and put your arms straight, either side of
you. Like a letter T.
Step 3
Visualize liquid Ki in your tan tien.
Step 4
Bring your arms up above your head so your fists are
touching above your head.
Step 5
Visualize a blockage in your wrists. This can be anything
solid. Like a piece of wood or a coin.
Step 6
Bring energy up to the blockage. Keep doing this until your
arm is shaking rapidly because of the pressure.
Step 7
Bring your ams down and shout "Final...Flash...ATTACK!!!".
Open your clenched fists so your palms are facing the
target. Visualize the pressure getting too much for the block
and pushing the block out of your palms to the target at
amazing speeds with the Ki blast following it. This beam
should go through the target to cause any damage.
This attack will leave your opponent gasping for air.
Genki dahma (Spirit bomb) (*)
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Raise your hands above you with your palms facing
upwards.
Step 3
Create a Ki ball above these palms.
Step 4
Ask and think "Plants, earth, animals, spirits, please give
me your power.". Some things will help you, others won't.
Don't force them to. Do this until your whole body vibrates
vigourously. The Ki ball will grow and grow.
The biggest I have got this is as big as a truck or a lorry.
The big spirit bomb is extremely hard to move, so be
cautious.
Ki halo (*)
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Clench your fist of your most dominant hand.
Step 3
Hold it in the air so you can see it.
Step 4
Visualize liquid Ki in your tan tien.
Step 5
Move this Ki into the fist which you are holding up in the air.
Do it until your fist is engulfed in a Ki flame.
Step 6
Move your fist around in the air to make a circle. Do this
three times. When it moves, visualize it leaving a trail of Ki.
This should make the halo.
Step 7

Nova ball

This technique needs to be done outside in the sunshine.
Step 1
Put your hands in a cupped position as you would normally
do with a Ki ball.
Step 2
Get energy from the sun. Visualize the energy flowing in
multiple streams and forming a ball in your hands. The
energy must flow really slowly, like honey, that is what
gives this technique it's power. This energy from the sun is
called 'Light matter'. It is particularly useful for fighting
evil.
Step 3
Put some of your own Ki in it, so you can control it.
Step 4
Shoot it as you would normally would.
This technique is very powerful, so please be careful.

Ki magnet blast
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, facing the
opponent.
Step 2
Put both of your hands next to each other, with your palms
facing the opponent. You should now look like a letter 'r'.
Step 3
Make a Ki sheild in front of your palms.
Step 4
Programme this shield to attract Ki, like a magnet. Do this
by thinking in your head and directing your thoughts
towards it.
Step 5
Visualize Ki flowing towards the magnet and hovering in
front of it.
Step 6
Use your will power and visualization to make the magnet
spin around clockwise. This will cause the Ki attracted by
the magnet to spin aswell.
Step 7
Bring Ki up to your palms.
Step 8
Fire the Ki out of you palms like a Ki blast. The magnet will
move with the force of the Ki blast, and the Ki attracted by
the magnet will move aswell. When the attack hits the
opponent, the magnet will hit first, causing damage and
attracting more Ki from him/her to join the Ki behind the
magnet. Then the attracted Ki will hit, causing more
damage. Finally, the Ki blast will hit him/her causing EVEN
MORE damage.
This attack will most definatly make your opponent unable
to get up, never mind fight.
Warning: Do not let the magnet attract too much Ki or else
the attack might damage the internal system of the
opponent.
Pillar drive
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Put your hand up so your palm is facing the opponent. Your
body should look like a letter 'r'.
Step 3
Bring Ki up from your tan tien and store it in your wrist.
Step 4
Visualize a sort of circular tunnel the size of your palm in
your palm.
Step 5
Push all of the Ki that you stored through this circle so the
Ki takes form as a pole. You can make the pole as long or
short as you like.
Step 6
Make the pole hover horizontally in front of your palm.
Step 7
Put your other hand up so the palm of that hand is facing
the pole. Your hands should now be next to each other with
your palms facing the pole.
Step 8
Programme the pole to move with your hands. Do this by
directing your thoughts to the pole.
Step 9
Move your hands round so the pole is vertical.
Step 10
Now move it above the target's head.
Step 11
Now the good part... Slam your hands down really fast. The
pole will slam down through the target's body and hurt like
hell.
You can make the pole as wide or as long as you want, but
keep in mind that if you make it bigger in any way, it will be
harder to control.
Abyys ball (*)
Step 1
Power up with the ki flame.
Step 2
Make a block at your wrists.
Step 3
Make a LOT of ki behind the block at your wrists so it builds
up pressure.
Step 4
One part of liquid Ki stays near your chest the other part
make into 5 ki balls in each arm.
Step 5
Make the ki balls into jing.
Step 6
Put a lot of pressure on releasing the ki balls then finaly
when u
cant hold it longer shoot them.
Step 7
Use the ki in your chest bring it up like a spirit bomb only
make it black and think of a black hole when you do it
visualize it ahnialating the target, put your ki flame around
the ball, then shoot it.
This attack is VERY powerful so please do not use just for

that deal with the energy emitted from nature, but chi
meditation also refers to the life force connection that
incorporates the mind, body, and spirit. To follow the way of
Chi meditation, you may encounter an array of energy forms
that cover aspects associated with the aura, light, and
electromagnetism. A follower of Chi meditation will enter a
state of being, where all of their attention is centered on one

Exercise 1: Energy Exchange
The Goal of the exercise is to perceive and direct
psychic energy back and forth. It is essential that you
first read and understand all instructions before
proceeding. Keep in mind that you are working with a
physical substance and that you are using your physical
body to direct it. This psychic energy or psi as its
commonly referred to is not readily visible but like
many other things in our physical world are not visible
but can still be measures like air and electricity. In this
manner, you must first gather a sufficient amount of psi
energy and direct it in the proper way so that it may
be perceived.
Receiver:
Allow yourself to accept your partner's energy. Your
frame of mind is very important and the intent should
be to receive the energy. Be sure that you have fully
relaxed all parts of your body and have taken a mental
stock in all your physical ailments and emotions so that
you are not confused by sensations like muscular
tension or blood flow. You will be experiencing a gentle
sensation in your hand as your partner sends it to you.
Everyone perceives differently, especially at first and its
not uncommon for one person to feel cold and someone
else to feel warmth. Other reported sensations inclue
tingling, feelings of a static electricity build up,
pressure, or a slight breeze. What is so important in
learning how you percieve this energy is so that in the
course of learning, you can become aware of how you
perceive to make it work in the greatest potential for
you.
Sender:
You must first accumulate energy to have a ready
supply on hand and that it be strong enough to be felt
by your partner. This can be accomplished in a large
variety of ways. If you can already do this, use what
works for you or take any of the following suggestions
and modify it to your liking so that you are comfortable
with it. These are by no means hard and fast rules of
gathering energy but suggestions only. You can use
*any* method of energy gathering, wether its yoga, qi-
gong, traditional eastern martial arts to the more new
age methods. Visualize yourself being surrounded by a
magnificent bright light. Remember that to visualize
means to re-create the experience in as many senses as
you can. This means to see the light, feel it blinding
you, feel the light, give it a sensation or gentle warmth
or refreshing coolness. You can even hear it, give it a
sound or the fuzzy static you hear on television or
radio. You do not need to give it a taste or a smell but
you absolutely can if it helps you. Now absorb all this
light/energy into yourself and all parts of your body.
You can imagine you are a sponge or even a magnet
pulling everything in. Make it all go into a tight
compact ball in your abdomen. When you feel you
cannot make it grow any bigger, begin to make it glow
more intensely.
Now feel the energy traveling up thru your chest to
your dominant arm and down into your hand where it
pools and builds up. Do not move this energy outside of
yourself until you are completely ready. When you are
ready, extend your index finger to a point a few inches
away from your partners finger. You do not want to
move too close of your partner will be confused by your
normal body heat. If you are too far from your partner,
the energy could diffuse and your partner may miss
feeling anything.
Maintain this flow of energy for several seconds until
your partner clearly perceives the energy. You may
have to stop and build up the energy again to continue.
Now try directing the energy at different parts of your
partners hand. Its not uncommon that some areas are
more sensitive then others.
Change roles and repeat the exercise. Journal your
observations to have a record for yourself.
Remote Practice:
Find a partner and decide who will be sender and who
will be the receiver. Gather energy and send to your
partner. You may find that if practicing this exercise
over the internet that you can use the 3rd eye area to
send and receive because it is usually the most
sensitive and receptive area. If you are on IRC or any
chat services, it is suggested that you focus on the nick
name and visualize your energy going to that person. It
is not necessary to know what that person looks like,
only that you know your energy is strongly sent. If you
need a little more help, you can visualize the shape of a
person, the features do not matter as long as you affirm
to yourself that the person you visualize is the
nickname of your partner.
Variation:
Have the receiver close his or her eyes and experiment
by directing energy to various parts of the body. Try
perceiving with your lips, or your belly button or the
bottoms of your feet.
Precautions:
After sending several times, one or both of you may
find that you have too much energy. You might feel
heavy, tingly, or full or your hands may even become
red and swollen. If this happens, you can use a variety
of methods to ground the energy to get rid of it. A bowl
of rock salt can be used as well as a grounding "crystal"
or rock such as hematite or obsidian. Gently send the
excess energy out of your body into the salt or crystal.
You can also use a grounding technique of visualizing a
channel of energy going from your body into the
ground to be absorbed by the earth. If you become
dizzy or light headed, its probably that excess energy
has gathered in your head and is starting to overload
you. The excess energy can lead to decreased perception
and control. If this occurs, consciously direct the energy
downward into the lower parts of your body. You may
wish to get up and walk around a few moments.
Your psychic development progress much the same way
as if you are trying any new exercise for the first time.
You may become fatigued after a short time. Stop and
rest, as you can strain your self psychically just like
straining a muscle.If you push yourself too hard and
too fast, it will result in slowing your progress. Equally,
if you are having a slow start, be patient and know that
everyone progresses at their own pace. There is no time
requirement and your persistence will be rewarded if
you stay disciplined and consistent with your practicing.

Exercise 2: Taking Energy
The first exercise was about giving and receiving
energy. This time, the person who was the sender will
start by first giving energy and then pulling their
energy back to themselves. One of our most basic forms
of communication is other areas of our life is energy
exchange. By focusing consciously on this direct
method, you can begin to consciously recognize and
develop your perception of energy exchange in other
areas of your life.
Prepare:
Read the whole exercise before beginning and making
sure you understand. Wear lose clothing that doesn't
bind and of natural fibres. Remove all jewelry and if
necessary, keep a bowl of salt to cleanse off excess
energy. Sit across from your partner but not touching.
You should being by being relaxed and receptive. Intake
or generate energy as you would for any psi exercise.
Working with the same partner helps you to gain a
familiarity with your partner's energy. Try to be aware
of the difference in sensation from when your partner
gives energy to you, then pulls it back. It's important to
give your partner feedback on what you are sensing.
Many people will note that when working with energy
in this way and especially in working with the hands,
that there is the sensation of weight or mass and that
this sensation reverses when sending the energy away
from yourself. You should be practicing this exercise
until you can clearly distinguish between energy being
sent to you and energy being taken away from you. It
helps to clean your hands periodically in the salt to
make the perception clearer and easier.
SENDER:
Send energy the same way to your partner that you did
in exercise 1. Because your partner is learning to
perceive energy, make sure to them him or her each
time you send energy and when you are finished
sending energy. Now you want to pull your energy back
to yourself. To do this you want to hold your finger tip
a few inches from your partners finger tip and visualize
a small tube between the fingers. Visualize the energy
moving from your partners body to yours. Helpful ideas
may be that of a vacuum hose sucking the energy back
or that of a magnet drawing iron filings to itself.
Whatever is most helpful to you works and a good
thing to remember is that your energy is directed by
your will. To simply think the energy will move as you
direct it is usually sufficient. There are students that
feel the energy flows sluggishly or out of control. If you
believe it is sluggish, you make it flow sluggish and the
same with the out of control. Alternate between giving
and taking energy making each event as separate and
telling your partner each time what you are doing at
each step. Change roles and repeat the exercise.
CONCLUSION:
Some of the things you should be noticing are what it
felt like as the energy left your body, how did it feel
coming back, were there different sensations each time?
Were you able to stay relaxed and focused throughout
the exercise? Stress and tension can cause interference
in the flow of energy and working to maintain a
relaxed state sometimes needs a lot of work. Record in
a journal your experience and observations. Try
repeating the experience with another familiar energy
partner and observe differences.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING:
Its common to beginners that you are able to feel the
energy but the direction is hard to tell. Accuracy of
perception comes with increased practice and
experience. If you feel that too much energy is building
up in your hands, make sure to scrape off the excess
and wash your hands in the bowl of salt. Feeling light
headed is another common feeling. In this case, make
sure to move the energy to the lower half of your body
and walk around if necessary before continuing.

Exercise 3: Testing Perception and Flow
After working on exercises 1 and 2, you are probably
anxious to see just how accurate you are perceiving
energy when you are sending and how strongly you are
taking that energy back. The purpose of this exercise is
to test yourself. You can return to this exercise at
anytime to help sharpen your perception. This exercise
is also a good confidence builder. The only way you can
trust a skill is by routinely testing it to see your
progress.
PREPARE:
Fully read the exercise and understand it before
progressing. Wear natural non-binding clothes, remove
all jewelry. Have the bowl of salt beside you and face
your partner.
Receiver:
Make sure you are loose and relaxed. Open your mind
to be receptive to sensations from your partner.
Between each exchange, you should clean the excess
energy off in the bowl of salt. Record results after each
transference.
SENDER:
First make and write down your plan before giving and
taking energy. Make sure your do not share or give
away this plan to your partner so that the test will be
credible and fair. An example of this plan might look
like this:

Before beginning, make sure to intake or generate
energy. The give or take energy in the order you
mapped out, This is not only a test of your partner;s
perception but also of your control.
Trouble Shooting:
It is absolutely essential for the sender to not give away
any obvious signals. A good example of this would be to
take a deep breath and draw your hand back to you
when you are taking energy; do not move your hand
forward when giving energy. In the same way, you do
not want to stare at your hand when taking or stare at
your partners hand when sending.
Conclusion:
Compare your list to your partners. Repeat the exercise
as often as needed changing roles in between. Make
sure to record your observations in a journal.

Exercise 4: Grounding
The energy body is what you have been using to both
direct energy and to perceive it. This energy body has
many different names. It's also called your astral body
or light body. The energy body can be complex and
although its composed entirely of energy, it still follows
natural laws just as the physical body does in most
cases. Using the whole energy body structure in all
your psychic endeavours, you can accomplish more
tasks with less effort.
It is necessary for you to be completely in touch with
your whole physical body in order to use the energy
body. This in turn halps you feel more grounded and
centered and will make more energy available to you to
use.
PREPARATION:
Read the entire exercise and understand it. Wear all
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewelry.
Instructions:
Sitting Posture- Find a comfy spot on the floor, either
on a rug or a pillow and sit cross legged. Slightly
leaning forward, let your arms rest on your knees and
thighs. In Yoga, this position is called the tailor posture.
A substitution of the full or half lotus posture can be
made, which ever is the most comfortable and well
balanced for you to make it easiest to concentrate on
your psychic exercises.
Standing Posture-
Standing with your feet about shoulder width apart, put
your weight on the forward part of your feet. Relax
your shoulders and flex your knees slightly. Inhale
deeply through your nose and exhale out your mouth
with even breaths. Now gently flex each part of your
body starting with your feet. Lift one foot, rotate it at
the ankle. Continue with the other parts of your body.
Pay particular attention to the spot about 2 inches
below your belly button, the center of your body. When
you feel absolutely centered, you can begin your psychic
exercises.
Variation:
You should review the first 3 exercises using the full
energy body. Journal any differences from using the
entire energy body versus not using the full energy
body, When you are perceiving the energy can you tell
any difference in the strength or amount of energy?
When you are sending energy, can you tell if the
exercise is easier using the full energy body? The idea
is that it takes much less effort to send energy when
you are grounded that it might appear as if nothing is
happening. Your partner who is the perceiver in these
exercises can give you helpful feedback. Another benefit
of these exercises is that perceiving energy also
becomes much easier when your mind set is in the
grounded position and the body follows. Its like a
mental exercise to relax and be more open. THe
perceiver often feels his skills are stronger and clearer
in the grounded positions. You may wish to experiment
further by alternating your whole energy body versus
not using the whole energy body. Remember to record
your observations in your journal.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Although no one has ever reported any discomfort or
difficulty as a result of doing this exercise, the
precaution should be taken that if you feel
uncomfortable preforming this or any exercise, you
should stop immediately.

Exercise 5: Energy Body During Conversation
As you tested in the last exercise, you have seen for
yourself how much easier and effective psychic
exercises are with the use of the full energy body.
When you start using your energy body during daily
situations, the projection of your energy and ideas will
become stronger and more imporessive. At times when
you particularly want your viewpoint to be heard or
felt, use the grounded position.
You are now ready to experiment with the effects of
your energy in normal situations using the grounded
positions. Its quite easy to adapt the grounded positions
for public usage. The main key here is to stay relaxed
and loose. Focus on your center and be aware of your
entire body. It is very important not to tighten the
muscles or become tense. All joints should remain
unlockes and in essence, the muscles should be able to
support your body but also to be fluid at any given
moment.
PREPARE:
Read the entire exercise and understand it. Wear
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewelry.
You need a situation of communicating to someone who
is not aware that he/she is part of your experiment.
You will also need a perceiver who is not engaging in
the conversation to just observe.
SPEAKER:
Plan in advance to use your energy body on certain
topics that you planned ahead of time and other topics
where you will not use your energy body. As
conversation probresses, make the appropriate changes
in your energy body. To make this a fair and accurate
test, do not tell the perceiver which times you are using
your energy body and which times you are not.
PERCEIVER:
You are going to be a detached observer in this
exercise. Your main job is to watch your partner in
conversation and observe how the person he/she is
talking with reacts. Be aware of any changes in posture,
body language and vocal changes. Give feedback to
your partner.
CONCLUSION:
Change roles and repeat as often as wanted. Compare
notes and record all observations

Exercise 6: Moving Energy Through the Body
This exercise is designed to instruct you how to move
energy through out the body and to help remove energy
blockages in developing a health full energy body.
PREPARE:
Read the entire exercise and understand it. Wear
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewelry.
Take a grounded posture.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Before beginning, generate or intake energy. Using your
whole energy body, make the energy gather in your
right arm. Holding your arm straight out in fromt of
you with your thumb folded under, very gently and
evenly push the energy out of your four fingers as if
you are aiming at a target straight in front of you. Do
this for about 5 seconds. Take the energy back into
your fingers and move it up your hand up the forearm
to the shoulder and to the center of your body. Repeat
this part three times. Now switch arms and let the
energy at the center of your body to the left shoulder,
forearm, hand and out the fingers. Take the energy
back in as you did with the right hand, repeating the
exercise 3 times.
Now you are going to make the energy from the center
of your body move to your right leg, knee, feet and out
the 5 toes. Bring the energy back just as you did with
the hands and move the energy back to the center of
your body. Do this 3 times and change to the left foot.
Record all observations in your journal.
VARIATION:
Use the exercise above except using just one finger of
each hand or each individual toe separately. You may
find that some fingers or toes are easier to transmit
energy through then others. It also narrows the field of
where the energy blockage is located and can be
worked on individually. COntinue to work on each
finger and toe until the energy is easily and effortlessly
flowing through each.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
There are some parts of your body that it is more
difficult to transmit energy through then others. This
probably indicates en energy block or an area of
congested energy. Using a gentle pressure, keep pushing
the energy through the blocked area. This acts to loosen
the block or bottle necked area and the energy will
flow breaking the blockage open much like a sand bar
in a river is shifted when the water keeps flowing
around and over it.

Exercise 7: Increasing Your Energy
The key to vitality is to have free-flowing energy. When
we lack psychical energy, it can sometimes lead to the
physical sensation of being tired. It is very easy to
obtain psychic energy since it is all around us and we
can tell our body to produce more. Psychic energy is
available from the atmosphere and from life all around
us. This exercise should be done outside in a nice
comfortable environment near natural sources of water
if available and near trees and grass/vegetation.
PREPARE:
Read the entire exercise and understand it. Wear
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewelry.
Sit, stand, or lie in the grass in a grounded position.
INSTRUCTIONS:
With a broad awareness of your entire body, make sure
all muscles are loose nad relaxed. Shake your hands
and feet a little and rotate the ankle joints to loosen
and relax them. Deep breathe slowly and evenly. Close
your eyes if you wish and absorb energy from the
environment all around you. Bring it to you with a
gentle, even pull. If it helps, use something symbolic as
discussed in earlier exercises such as a magnet or a
vacuum to aid your absorption.
INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are an inner city dweller, you may find it
increasingly difficult to find a suitable location to do
this exercise. This exercise can be adapted to almost
anywhere you can find a patch of healthy grass to rest
your barefeet on. Some people may choose to use a
flower box of loose dirt or even river stones to put their
hands in to absorb energy. You only need to remember
to keep all muscles loose and relaxed and to maintain
the grounded position. It also helps to see the energy in
your minds eye flowing into your body. To help the
visualization, remember to also feel it as well until you
feel pleasantly full. If you take in more energy then you
are comfortable with, let the excess energy drain out
your hands or feet. Remember the mental willing of
releasing this energy is enough to direct it to do so.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
If you are wearing synthetic clothing, the energy
benefites could be markedbly less. You should remove
all nylon, rayon and otherwaize man made clothing
and do not attempt to use that part of your body to
draw in energy. An example of this is if a female is
wearing pantyhose. Insted of using the feet to draw in
energy, use a different part of the body. Its also very
helpful to physically touch a plant or tree.
CONCLUSION:
Journal your observations and repeat as often as
necessary.

Exercise 8: Exchanging Energy
Energy coming from trees and plants is considered
healthy and wholesome and beneficial to humans.
Drawing energy from a tree is not harmful to the tree
and is in fact a part of the natural cycle just as oxygen
and carbon dioxide exchange. In this way, the tree
nourishes you as your nourish the tree.
PREPARE:
Read complete exercise and understand it. Wear
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewlery.
Find a large healthy tree. Pine trees seem to give off
more psychic energy but all living things have a energy
field. Stand in the grounding position in bare feet if at
all possible.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Stand with your back to the tree touching it with your
palms. Remember to be in the grounded standing
position, i.e. knees slightly flexed and your body
relaxed and receptive. As in exercise 2, gently draw in
the energy of the tree through your hands, arns, and
back in a gentle and even pulls. Let your own energy
flow down your body from your feet into the ground to
exchange with the tree's roots. Visualize a circulation
cycle of releasing old energy and absorbing new.
When you feel pleasantly charged, allow any excess
energy to flow down and out your feet. This exercise
should have a very soothing, calming effect.
CONCLUSION:
Record all observations in your journal.

Exercise 9: Increasing Partner's Energy
You now know how to increase your own energy and
how to transfer that energy to other parts of your own
body. You can now combine these skills to learn how to
help others.
PREPARE:
Completely read the exercise and understand it. Wear
natural non-binding clothing and remove all jewelry.
Sit or stand in the grounded position.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using your full energy body, construct a globe in the
center of your body where the energy is the most
concentrated. As you deeply breathe slowly and evenly,
focus on the globe and generate enough energy so that
you can give but will not deplete yourself when you are
helping others.
Direct the energy from the center of your body to your
arms and out through both palms. With palms held out
in front of you and a few inches away from your
partner, gently send him/her energy over the entire
body starting with the feet first.
VARIATION:
You may wish to use the traditional way of using your
dominant hand to send energy and the other hand to
receive energy. Practice to see which way works best
for you.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
It has happened on ocassion that a person will feel
more tired after receiving energy. If this happens to
you, there are 2 possible causes. Either your energy is
not compatible with the senders energy or you could
have too much energy in your body when you receive
from another person and the energy is not moving or
circulating as it should. Too much energy can feel as if
the energy flow is stifled. If this is the case, sending out
the excess energy through the feet into the ground or
standing barefoot on the grass greatly helps. It also
helps to direct the excess buildup out if a visualization
of actively seeing the energy moving out from your feet
into the ground is added. If the case is that the energy
is not compatable, then the receiver should exchange
with a different person or with nature. This usually
cleans the discordant energy out of the body.
CONCLUSION:
Did you notice any changes in your friend that received
the energy? Was there a change in posture or body
language? Did his/her eyes get brighter or any other
noticable changes of skin tone or voice? Journal all
observations.

Exercise 10: Waterfall Visualization
One of the basic and easiest ways of causing the energy-
body to produce effects is through visualization.
Remember that even though visualization is used
extensively, it is a means by which to state the goal but
that the energy body part of you needs to do the work
to follow that goal. Visualization is simply a means in
which to give instruction to the energy and in this case,
the instruction or intent is to remove all the psychic
debris from our energy field and physical bodies.
Preparation :
It will be assumed that in the intermediate section that
you have already read and completed the novice section
exercises. It will also be assumed that you have read
the full exercise and understand it as well as wearing
natural non-binding clothing and removed all jewelry.
Sit or stand in the grounding position.
Instructions:
Start by closing your eyes and visualizing you are
standing in a river with a waterfall gently cascading
over your head and the flow of water pooling at your
feet is going away from you. As you do this try to
encompass as much of the real experience as you can
by *feeling* the cool water splashing over your head,
down your back and shoulders and down your legs
carrying with it all the stresses, old emotions and
distracting thoughts that have been gathered during the
day. Let the stream at your feet carry all this junk
away from you while you are refreshed and relaxed
and enjoying this experience. It is recommended that
you do this exercise while giving special attention to
each and every part of your body. After you have
completed doing the exercise one, try it one more time.
When you have finnished the second time, walk out
feeling refreshed and lightened and cleansed
thoroughly.
Variation:
You can do this exercise while you are actually in the
shower. Many times having the actual water and doing
the visualization interactively helps clarify to the mind
what it is you wish to convey to the energy. There are
many ways of doing this exercise, the main point is that
visualization gives the energy its instructions often by
showing the energy what to do. A picture in this case is
worth a thousand words and you can, by all means,
substitute your own visualization or use the filtering
visualization created by Zeus instead.

Exercise 11: Cleaning Your Field
Some energy has a very heavy frequency and requires
a little more effort to clean off especially when you feel
its accumulated into a thick hard crust. You can
accomplish this by using your hands in a scraping
motion and scraping the psychic debris off as if you
would remove a thick heavy layer of mud. Using the
waterfall visualization first and then accompanying it
with a full body scraping is the most effective way to
be thoroughly cleansed.
Preparation:
Keep a bowl of salt ready and start out standing in the
grounded position.
Instructions:
What you will be doing is scraping your full body head
to toe and visualizing clearly at the same time that you
are removing the thick layer of psychic debris and old
energy. Be especially aware of the feeling in your
hands and arms as you are scraping and as the psychic
debris accumulates there. You will need to ocassionally
clean off your hands in the dish of salt to remove the
accumulation in your hands. It's helpful to keep your
hands at a 90 degree angle from the surface of your
body to remove the build up and not to rub it in insted.
Remember that the visualizations help to focus your
energy body and what it is to accomplish, this means
carrying through the actions on your physical body as
if it were actually covered in a thick heavy crust.
Concentration is very important here but you also want
to be loose and relaxed while you are doing each and
every psychic exercise and not tense the body up. If you
lose focus while you are scraping energy, your energy
body then has no idea what it is to do and things come
to a halt. Moving your hands over your body without
the concentration and focus does nothing.
Starting at the shoulders, take your dominant hand and
start at the opposite shoulder scraping down and away
from you. Stroke down the arm and off the hand
covering all surface area. Clean your hands in the salt
and start on the other shoulder, again covering all
surface area on the arm and hand. Again clean the
hands in salt and starting from your neck, go up to the
chin and using both hands scrape all debris off the face
and over the top of your head. In one smooth motion,
starting at the back of the neck scrape upwards and
remove the energy gathered at the crown of the head.
Cleanse your hands in salt and start on your abdomen
cleaning down to your hips. The Back is more difficult
to do but you should be able to manage to sweep all the
energy down your torso. From there its much like
removing a pair of pantyhose, one leg at a time by
cupping the hands on each side of one leg and pushing
in a downward motion and off the calves and toes of
each foot.
Variation:
Again, this exercise can be used with the waterfall
visualization in the shower because you subconsciously
know all the debris is going down the drain. Because
the shower is your place to wash, the subconscious
mind relates to this action and can better fill in the
blanks as in having physical stimulus to complete the
mental actions.
Conclusion:
Record all observations in your journal. Experiment
which feels better to you, in the shower or out of.

Exercise 12: Cleaning Another Person
Once you have learned to expertly clean your own
body, its time to learn to clean another person's body.
This is very useful if a person is sick, been through an
emotional trauma and is too weak or injured to do the
waterfall visualization and scraping of themselves or
has not yet learned the techniques. Cleaning another
person will be very easy, it's the use of the last exercise
only on another body. One trick is to make sure you,
yourself do not absorb any of the debris you are
removing from the other person. A visualization of
wearing rubber gloves is helpful to avoid this situation.
Preparation:
Have the bowl of salt ready and make sure that
yourself and the person you are working on has
natural non-binding clothing and have removed all
jewelry.
Cleaner's Instructions:
It is very important that you follow the exact order in
which you remove another person's energy as listed
below:
1. Start by cleaning both sides of the back going
downward to the feet but DO NOT touch the spine.
2. Clean the insides and back of each leg.
3. Starting at the clavicle or collar bone, clean the chest
and torso.
4. Clean the front and sides of each leg.
5. Starting at the shoulder clean the full length of each
arm including the hand and fingers.
6. Clean the spine starting from the tail bone going up
to the skull, making sure to clean the energy out from
between each vertabra.
7. Moving with upward strokes, clean the head and
neck area.
When you have finnished, the person you cleaned
should feel lighter and much more relaxed. Make sure
to cleanse yourself afterwards as well.
Variation:
Negative energy tends to build up around people that
are ill. Psychic debris can quickly accumulate from the
person's bad feelings of pain and worry as well as the
anxiety and worry of others around the sick person.
Removing this energy not only helps the sick person feel
better but it accelerates their energy to heal
themselves. You must be particularly gentle in cleaning
a sick person and it may not be possible to clean their
whole body in one session. Sometimes partial cleansings
or many sessions are required if they are too weak.
In the case that you are in a place where you cannot
use a dish of salt, you may substitute running cold
water or visualize a strong wind blowing the debris out
the window. This works well in hospital rooms and
other places where discression is needed. In these cases
it is recommended to break up the cleansing session
into 3 or 4 smaller sessions to continously remove the
accumulated energy. It is extremely important to
cleanse your energy field and to ground after such an
occurance.

Exercise 13: Cleaning A Room
Just as psychic debris clings to human bodies, it also
clings to objects and acculumates in rooms. The energy
that you generate carries thoughts and emotions as you
go through the course of your day and will gather in
the environment around you. Rooms where many
people gather in especially collect many different
vibrations and accumulates a great deal faster then
rooms where just a single occupant lives or works. At
any rate, it is important to keep your environment
clean and sound for mental clairity.
Preparation:
Open all available doors and windows. Stand in the
center of the room in a grounded position.
Instructions:
You will be focusing your energy to remove psychic
debris. This will require the visualization of a great
wind blowing the debris and old stagnant energy out
the doors and windows. To complete the visualization,
you will need to *feel* the wind billowing past you and
visualizing the debris leaving, even hearing the wind
and smelling clean fresh air help a great deal.
Remember that the visualization is the method by
which you give directions for your energy to carry out
its task. You want to make sure that the room is
cleaned floor to ceiling, every square inch of space and
all that is within the room including rugs, curtains,
furniture, pictures on the wall, even lighting fixtures
need to be swept clean and places you cannot see like
under a bed, inside cupboards, etc. Keep repeating until
you mentally see, feel, hear, smell, even taste all psychic
debris being cleared out and a freash clean energy
being left behind.

Just as you used the method of scraping the heavy crust
of psychic debris off your body, you can also use
scraping to remove energy off of heavily used pieces of
furniture and high traffic areas. These areas have the

and move throughout the room scraping energy to
collect into a heaping pile and pushing it out the door.

psychic debris, also can have an effect of us physically,
emotionally and psychically. Different symptoms range
from feeling tired, anxious, drained, nervous,
uncomfortable and often just plain negative and
uncomfortable. Cleaning jewelry and any other objects
you are often in contact with can therefore, become
necessary and an important psychic skill that
contributes to your health and comfort as well as a
stepping stone to learning psychometry.
Preparation:
Have your bowl of salt handy. Thoroughly clean
yourself with the waterfall and the scraping exercises.
Start by sitting in a grounded position.
Instructions:
Select a piece of jewelry that you would like to
experiment with. Keys also work well. They do not
have to belong to you but take a moment to hold them
in your hands to feel the energy. Closing your eyes for
better concentration may help and gently notice any
pictures that come to mind. These images are your
response to the energy and often your subconscious
mind will work to send up pictures that remind you of
something else, either emotions or objects or even other
events. Be open to receiving them and take some time
to write a few notes about what you saw or felt. Even if
it seems silly at the time, write it down. Make sure to
stay relaxed and to trust yourself completely. Ask
yourself if the jewelry feels hot or cold? Heavy? Rough?
Tingly? Prickly? After you are through noting your
perceptions, draw the energy from the object into one
focal point much like the old doodle game with metal
filings and a magnetic draw stick. You objective is to
gather it into one place and remove it all at once. After
holding the object and getting a sense of the energy and
notating the perceptions you receive, hold the object
over loosely in one hand over the bowl of salt. Using
the other hand, direct a beam of energy from your
finger to push the static energy off the object. You can
then use the scraping technique in a smaller fashion to
remove excess energy and toss it into the bowl of salt.
If the object feels layered with static energy it may be
necessary to do this exercise repeatedly. A object is
completely clean when all energy has been removed
from it.
Now its a good idea to set the object down and to
cleanse your hands in the bowl of salt or using any of
the cleansing techniques. Pick up the object again and
hold it lightly. Try to be open to its weight and
temperature and any other changes you might perceive.
Is it lighter? Cooler? Calmer? Smoother? Write down
any changes you notices in the object after the

You may or may not have felt confident of your
perceptions in this exercise but that is normal. Any new
skill you learn will take many times of trying it over
and over to start to trust your perceptions and
ultimately, yourself. This is built by doing the exercise
over and over and just gaining needed experience. We
commonly test our physical perceptions with what we
physicall see insted of what you intuitively feel and it
can be a difficult challenge for some to stop relying on
those physical senses or needed to validate our findings
with those of other people. If you hear a noise, it is
easy to get up and check to see where the source is and
what caused it. It is necessary for you to do this
psychically in order to calibrate your own perceptions
to yourself so that in time you develope your own
psychic intuitive language with your subconscious. It is
also helpful to share results with others but do not
think that if their results are different that you are
wrong and they are right or vice versa. Anything your
subconscious offers to you as a perception is valid,
however sometimes we might feel the strongest
vibration and miss subtler ones or pick up on
vibrations that often clash with our energy first as
feeling negative and producing a larger effect on us.

Try several different objects and recording what you

Exercise 16: Focusing Your Energy Body
You have seen that psychic energy can carry different
vibrations and different emotions. The next series of
exercises focus on psychic communication where you
will be learning to transmit that information
consciously by using energy that you send to others.
These techniques are particularly useful when
situations are present that you wish to make your
presence known without saying a word. Subsequencly,
you will also be learning to percieve and interpret the
energy send to you as well.
Psychic communication is important, however many
people misunderstand what psychic communication and
perception are. Often people have expectations that a
psychic will read their minds and instantly relate their
thoughts. For most psychics, this is not the case because
the majority of people's thoughts are guided by and
mingled with emotions which are, in general, stronger
and last longer then their thoughts. Seldom will a
person's mental focus be strong enough or of long
enough duration for the reading of thoughts to be
practical. A reading such as this requires a very strong
and highly focused sender. It it therefore easier and
more practical for most to read emotions or feelings
rather then people's thoughts. This is not to imply that
it cannot be done, it is just easier to perceive someones
moods or fears and pleasures rather then their ideas on
foreign policy or the business ecomomy.
Practising the next several exercises will increase your
responsiveness to other people's emotions and largely
centers around the skill called empathy. As you work
on control of your energy and perception, you will
experience other people's emotions in a very immediate
and direct way as well as making your sensitivity that
of an assett rather then a liability or a burden.
Remember that psychic skills are preformed in the non-
linear creative brain rather then in the logical brain
and are in direct relation to the subconscious mind.
This can be demonstraited by the body providing a
sensory translation of psychic information. Because the
subconscious controls bodily functions, we can see that
the subconscious is attempting to show the conscious
self the psychic information carried with the energy. It
may be necessary to experiment to discover your own
individual mode of psychic perception. For example, if
you are a highly visual person, you may see things in
color or creative symbols. A person that is highly
auditory will hear different sounds or frequencies and
relate different emotions to perhaps different tones. A
highly kinaesthic person will relate to feelings such as
joy being expressed as a uplifting light or excitable
energy and those emotions of sadness as a heavy
depressive weight.
To start out this intermediate series, it is necessary to
learn to work on focusing your energy-body so that
both psychic perception as well as psychic strength will
come much more easier to you. To be the most
effective, the energy-body should be as focused and
concentrated as possible. Being open psychologically
does not mean that your energy body is also open or
loose, that is a misunderstanding too many make. This
exercise works in keeping your energy-body well toned
and works on giving you control and will be referred in
later exercises as going focusing the energy body.
Preparation:
Make sure you have generated or intaken energy as
necessary and that you have gone through the steps of
psychic cleaning before hand.
Instructions:
We will be using the visualization of a flower in full
bloom. See it in your mind as the petals splayed out.
This represents you. What we want to communicate to
the subconscious is that the petals of the flower should
gently return to the center to make a bud one by one.
This is the highly concentrated protective mode of the
flower.
Conclusion:
Take some time to journal your observations in your
journal about what you felt.

Exercise 17: Psychometry
This exercise is one where you will learn to transmit a
variety of emotionally charged energy to objects. Along
with this, you will also be learning to read the varied
emotions from objects. This exercise will increase
developing your control and perception of energy as
well as the ability to transmit clearly. The perceiver
will find in the first few sendings how his or her
perception works. As this is discovered, the distinction
between positive and negative emotions will become
much more clear.
Preparation:
You will need to have your bowl of salt and to proceed
through the cleansing waterfall and scraping exercises.
Next you should focus your energy body as in the
previous exercise to prepare. Sit opposite of your
partner in the grounded position and have with you a
small article of jewelry which has been previously been
psychically cleaned.
Sender's instructions:
Choose an emotion that you can strongly recreate in
yourself but try to select something simple such as love,
hate, fear or happiness. Because you are just learning,
try not to use the subtle emotions or complicated
mixtures, save those for the more advanced sessions.
Recreate the emotion as best as you can possibly even
reliving a memory with strong emotional association. As
you are doing this, direct your energy down your arm
and on to the jewelry in your hand. Allow the energy
to permeate the jewelry for a few minutes and then
without revealing the emotion transmitted, hand the
jewelry to your partner. When your partner has spent
a few minutes handling the jewelry and getting a clear
sense of the energy, then describe the emotion you
transmitted. Try this exercise at least 4 times for each
person sending.
Receiver's Instructions:
Hold the piece of jewelry loosely in your hand and try
to be as open and receptive as possible. It may help to
close your eyes and breathe deeply and regularly to
close out the immediate surroundings and relax. It
doesn't matter what you percieve and there is no right
or wrong because it is your body's way of trying to
show you the information you are receiving from the
energy laden piece of jewelry. When you feel you have
a clear sense, ask your partner what emotion way
transferred so that you can begin to identify and
translate the signals your body is sending to yourself. It
is extremely important to remember to clean your
hands and the jewelry between sendings so that new
information will not be tainted with the old.
Trouble-shooting:
There is no doubt that everyone responds to emotions
carried by energy, the challenge is in allowing yourself
to be open and learning to interpret the symbols given
to your conscious self by your subconscious mind.
Understand that your psychic perception is still in the
early stages of development and that with practice, your
ability to interpret will get stronger and more reliable.
Variation:
An alternative way of reading energy off an object to to
place it against the 3rd eye or middle of the forhead.
There is no right or wrong way, it is what is most
comfortable way for you. As a variation you can try
categorizing emotions into positive and negative to start
out with and then get into more specifics on individual
emotions. It may help to blind fold the perceiver to
eliminate body language giving away hints as to the
emotions or even going into a differnt room to read the
object.

When both partners have clearly established how
another's basic emotions feel psychically, record your

energy onto the object and then retest to see its effects.
Select an emotion you can recreate with ease. This can
be done by recalling a highly emotional memory and
gathering that energy in the center of your body, then
direct it to the arm and out onto the object you are
holding. Be sure to give no clues to the person you are
testing with as to what emotion you are infusing onto
the object. Now have your partner put the piece of
jewelry on and then muscle test as before. Try playing
with this exercise using as many emotions as you can,
remembering to cleanse the last one before infusing a
new one. You might find that you don't get the results
you might logically expect to get. One of the most
seemingly confusing results you might get is that it
shows that in using psychic energy, as in doing
anything, that good intentions alone are not enough.
Jewelry that has too much energy on it, regardless of
emotion, may be weakening itself. Some apparently
positive emotions may cause your partner to weaken
and some apparently negative emotions ones will have
no effect. You can even try the test with jewelry that
has a great deal of energy on it but no emotion at all.
This test works amazingly well with other objects as
well. Some good examples to try for responses are
tobacco products, alcohol, medications/vitamins, fatty
high calorie foods vs. fresh produce, even interesting
results can be ascertained for certain books and
materials.
Conclusion:
Change roles and rSender's Instructions: Select a good
strong emotion and recreate it in yourself. Direct the
emotion-laden energy down your dominant arm and
with your pointer finger, direct a small beam into your
partner's hand making sure to give no hint as to the
emotion you selected. Clean your hands between
sendings and try alternating hands.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Prepare by holding your hand out ready to receive your
partner's energy. Relax and focus on your perception.
Can you distinguish between negative and positive
emotions? Work on making a mental list of what each
emotion feels like to you. Remember to clean your
hands between each session. Try this exercise 6 times
or more changing places with your partner.
Conclusion:
Record your observations in your journal making sure
that you note what each emotion felt like as clearly as
possible for future references.

Exercise 19: Energy Testing from Physical Strength
The emotions that people send can have wide spread
effects, even effecting our physical strength whether we
are consciously aware of it or not. The influence we
exert on each other is profoundly subtle but it does
exist. How many times do you deal with someone that
either excites you with their energy or drains you and
to make you tired physically and emotionally? This
exercise is geared to consciously and deliberely send
emotions and then use the muscle test to discern the
effects on your physical body through strength testing.
Preparation:
Clean yourself using the waterfall and scraping
techniques. Focus your energy body and stand in a
grounded position. This exercise should be done 6 or
more times.
Sender's Instructions:
Its a good idea to start out by making a list of the
emotions you plan on generating using emotions you
have previously used with your partner. Make sure, as
with the previous exercises that these emotions you
choose are not only easy to re-produce in yourself but
that they are clear, strong and easily distinguishable. It
is very important that you do not give away any hints
to the emotions from body language and that you
monitor yourself during the muscle test to use the same
amount of pressure every time. Generate the emotion
and when it feels clear and strong, visualize the
emotion laced energy projected from your body like a
fog that surrounds your partner entirely. Now preform
the muscle test. Generate the emotion laced energy and
test several times. Just as with the jewelry test, you may
experience unexpected results.
Receiver's Instructions:
This is the same muscle test performed in earlier
exercises. Remember to extend the arm that is being
tested at a right angle, as before. Different muscles
come into play if the arm is improperly extended too
far to the side or up too far or if the fist is clenched
and the test will not work. You want to be sure to resist
with the same amount of pressure each and every time
you are tested and to change arms if you become
fatigued. Remember this is not a test of your or your
partner's strength. Its not necessary to try to read the
emotion being sent to you, this is only to allow your
body to pick up the psychic signals and to react.
Conclusion:
Remember to clean after each session, then change roles
and repeat. Record your observations in your journal
taking notice which emotions make you test weak and
which make you test strong.

Exercise 20: Perceiving Musical Tones
Now that you have tested different emotions
transmitted through energy, we can start testing more
specific information. We know that energy can vibrate
at different frequencies and therefore makes sending
musical tones an ideal task to test. During the first
several sendings, the perceiver will be establishing the
base line and discovering how psychic energy can be
translated into musical sounds. The perceiver will start
out simple and establish the difference between high
and low notes and graduate to the more advanced areas
of distinguishing between specific notes to be able to
vocalize the specific tone by humming or singing.
Preparation:
Have the dish of salt ready. Clean and prepare by
focusing your energy body. It may also be helpful in
listening to a few musical scales before engaging in this
exercise.
Sender's Instructions:
Mentally sound a tone and engage it with some drawn
energy. Send the energy down your arm and out your
pointer finger to your partner's hand. It is very
important to hear the tone strongly in your head as you
are sending. This act causes the energy to vibrate at
that specific frequency. Remember that what you are
doing mentally is giving the subconscious mind
directions for what to do with the energy so giving
strong clear instructions to the subconscious mind is
imperative. When the perceiver has a strong sense of
the energy, hum or sing that note out loud. Alternate
between high and low notes. Clean your hands between
sending and perceiving sessions and preform this
exercise 4 or more times.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Hold your hand open and palm up on your knee and
try to take a few deep breaths and relax while opening
your perception. When you get a clear sense of the
energy, alert your partner. He will then hum or sing
the specific note. This helps you learn how to translate
the vibration into sound. You may find that high notes
feel strong, sharp, piercing with a quicker pulse or
wave type from the lower tones that may feelwider and
slower pulsing. Make sure to clean your hands between
each session.
Variation:
You can do several variations of this exercise if you find
it a bit too advanced for you. See if the perceiver can
discern if the silently scale being transmitted by the
sender is moving up or down. After trying this it may
be easier if the perceiver can tell the difference
between a high note and a low note. As you get better
with the exercise see if the perceiver can distinguish a
specific note and hum it. remember to watch body
language and not give away hints.
Trouble-shooting:
It may happen that if a sender sends a specific note
that the perceiver may interpret the tone but in a
different octave either above or below the scale being
used. This sometimes happens with you have a sender
that uses noteswithin their own vocal range such as
soprano or bass.
Conclusion:
Don't get discouraged. This is a challenging exercise
that can seem fristrating at first but really help in
developing your perception and sharpening it. Record
all observations in your journal.

Exercise 21: Perceiving Color
This is another exercise designed to develpe keen
energy perception. Insted of working with musical
notes, we are changing the method to using colors to be
carried by energy.
Preparation:
Have bowl of salt handy. Clean and focus the energy
body. Sit opposite of partner in the grounded position.
Sender's Instructions:
Pick clear, sharp contrasting colors to send such as red
and blue, green and orange, purple and yellow. Colors
too close to each other in the color spectrum will make
it confusing to establish the specific vibration of the
colors transmitted when first starting out. For example
blue and green which are both "cool" colors or red and
orange which are both "warm" colors. Visualizing a
color, direct the energy to your partner. When the
perceiver has a sense of the energy vibration, identify
the color. Clean your hands after each session. Try this
exercise 6 or more times.
Receiver's Instructions:
Sit in a relaxed and open position and focus on the
energy sent to distinguish between colors. It may help
to close your eyes. When you feel that you have a
strong sense of the color tell your partner. He will
identify the color sent to help establish a base line.
Clean your hands after each session.
Conclusion:
After doing the exercise to establish a base line, work
on perceiving individual and specific colors. As always
record observations in your journal.

Exercise 22: Psychically Tuning Yourself
Now that you have learned how to perceive and
interpret transimitted information carried by psychic
energy, you will be learning to harmonize and fine tune
your own energy. The next 6 exercises will also act to
perfect your techniques for increasing a partner's
energy, setting up sympathetic energy flows, using your
psychic energy to effect another person's emotional
state and how to harmonize a general group. It sounds
like a lot of different tasks but the basic underlying
technique is the same with slight variations for each
task.
Hopefully you are already familiar with a psi signature.
If you are not familiar with a psi signature, the
foundational concept is based on the premis that each
person's energy is composed of a range of frequencies
that make up a particular vibration that becomes
unique to each individual. Its much like a psychic finger
print. Because during the course of our day we are
always exchanging energy with others, there is a
certain amount of "foreign" energy in our bodies and
fields that is not converted to our own energy
signature. The act of tuning to yourself helps to convert
all this outside "foreign" energy to a type that allows
you to harmonize it with your own vibration. The act of
tuning energy to someone else allows you to transmit
energy which doesn't have to be tuned by the other
person, it would be immediately available for use. This
is especially convienient when the other person is not
yet able to tune energy for himself or cannot in the
case of illness. The easiest way to understand this
process is to encounter someone with which your
energy doesn't mesh well with and you begin to see the
subtle effects. That's when you realise how much of a
difference untuned energy makes in your every day life
by seeing the opposite extreme.
Building an energy rapport is essential to empathy. The
energy rapport allows you to mesh the energy of
yourself with the person with whom you are trying to
facilitate communication for a more harmonious
transaction. It also allows you to tune the energies of a
group for group communication. This is especially
handy when there is a potentially negative or highly
volitile or hostile atmosphere in which you have to
work in. The benefits of these next several techniques
well for those that have jobs that deal with the public.
It's normal for each of us to exchange energy on a daily
basis with all things we encounter. While the foreign
energy will eventually convert itself and harmonize to
your own vibrational rate in time, the act of tuning into
yourself acts like an internal cleaning and filtering
process and will speed up the process a great deal. You
will start to find that keeping yourself in tune and
harmonized will make you feel stronger and much
calmer. This also works well when you are feeling
depressed and generally under the weather. It has been
my experience that it is very difficult to feel your own
vibrations even thought its what your body naturally
attunes to. In this way, it then is often hard to
distinguish when we are out of tune although the
people around us will know quite quickly. Often it is
much later after the fact when we begin to feel out of
tune and that something is wrong.
It is essential to harmonize your energy and return all
your energy back to yourself to your own individual
vibration. This can easily be done by choosing a
symbolic image. Because you have worked with the
symbolic images in earlier exercises, you will what
kinds of images work best and are most comfortable for
you.
Preparation:
Clean, focus your energy body and sit in the grounded
position. This exercise can be used as many times a day
as you feel it is needed and can be used as an
alternative to the traditional centering of your energy
because it is just a different technique to center.
To get a sense of your own vibration, first gently touch
your own energy body. Remember that it is located
several inches away from your skin. Choose an image to
represent it such as acolor, a tone, a tactile feeling or
other image. If you choose to see yourself as a color, see
yourself gradually becoming that color starting from
the toes and moving up slowly to the head and then
permeating the whole energy body. If you choose to use
a tone as your symbol, the object is that you want this
tone to resonate throughout your whole body and that
the body vibrates to this tone only. The same process
applies to tactile feelings or any other symbolic image
you choose. When all the frequencies in your body are
converted, despite whether you use color, tone or any
other symbolic representation, you are then tuned.
Conclusion:
Take note of any different feelings going on inside your
body and record your observations in your journal.

Exercise 23: Psychically Tuning To Someone Else
In previous exercises you learned to distinguish
between different colors and tones transmitted by
energy. In the last exercise you learned to tune the
energy into your own unique vibrational rate. In this
exercise you will learn to take your own energy and
learn to change it to the vibrational rate of another
person.
Preparation:
Have the bowl of salt ready. Clean and focus the energy
body. Sit in the grounded position across from your
partner. This exercise should be done 6 or more times.
Sender's Instructions:
It is vital to first get a sense of your partner's energy
before you begin. To do this, take your hand and hold
is near your partner's body until you can sense his
energy body and feel his vibration. If it suits you more,
use exercise 2 and take some of your partner's energy.
The next step is to just spend some time feeling the
different vibrations and variations that comprise his
energy tone. It usually helps to have a quiet relaxed
atmosphere and to not feel in any hurry. Closing your
eyes may also help eliminate outside distractions. Try
cleaning your hands and checking the energy vibrations
more then once. You can also adapt the last exercise to
this function and assign a symbolic image to your
partner.
When you have clearly perceived your partner's energy,
generate a small amount of energy between the palm of
your hands and tune that energy to the same
vibrational frequency as your partner and send that
energy to your partner.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Take the energy from your partner and pay close
attention to what it feels like. If the sender has
succeeded in tuning the energy to your vibrational rate,
the energy will be very subtle and pleasant. It will feel
like your own energy in motion. When you feel the
energy is attuned to you, then absorb the energy into
your hand. If the energy feels harsh or uncomfortable
with symptoms as stiffness in the joints or subtle pain,
the sender needs more practice at tuning the energy.
Ocassionally a student will absorb too much foreign
energy that is not in tune with their own vibration that
they will feel achy, irritable or restless with slight
anxiety. In that case, take some times to do a cleaning
and tune into yourself or exchanging energy with
nature as in exercise 8.
Conclusion:
Change roles and repeat and don't hesitate to take your
time, slow down and be thorough in this process.
Record your successes and failures and all observations
in your journal.

Exercise 24: An Experimentation with Tuned and Unt
The main purpose of this exercise is to illustrate the
different effects of absorbing large amounts of untuned
energy and of absorbing large amounts of tuned energy.
Remember that absorbing large amounts of untuned
energy can have adverse effects on our system with a
wide variety of symptoms. Much in the same way that
small children do not understand dangers of something
they have not experienced, such as burning a finger on
a hot stove, I am hoping to give you a safe environment
in which to feel both energies so that you can recognise
the signs and symptoms when they begin to occur and
you can act with impunity much more quickly. The
exercise will be split into 2 parts. Part one will be using
untuned energy and part two will be using tuned
energy.
Preparation:
Clean and focus the energy body. Tune to yourself and
stand or sit in a grounded position. You can repeat this
exercise one or two times. It is not necessary to revisit
this exercise often as it is ment to establish a baseline
feeling of general perception.
Part One:
Sender's Instructions:
Build up the energy in the center of your body making
sure to be clearly distinct from your partner's energy.
For example, if you are using colors as your symbolic
images for yourself and your partner, use colors that
are opposite in the color spectrum. Now direct your
energy out through the palms of your hands over to
your partner and make the energy envelope your
partner completely.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Absorb the energy sent from your partner paying close
attention to the difference in the feel. Continue to
monitor the way that you feel and perceive the energy
inside your body for 5-10 minutes. Now that you have
done this,take a few minutes and tune yourself.
Conclusion:
Journal your observations and without changing roles,
go to part 2.
Part 2:
Sender's Instructions
Make sure to prepare by cleaning and focusing the
energy body again. Tune to yourself. Now sense your
partner's energy as you did in exercise 23 making sure
to pay close attention to the many different frequencies
that make up your partner's vibrational rate. Again, if
it makes it easier, assign a symbolic image such as a
color or tone to your partner. If you need to feel your
partner's energy again, go ahead by using your hand or
actually taking some energy from him. When you have
a clear and precise feel for his vibration, send him
energy that is tuned into his vibrational rate so that the
energy tuned into him envelopes his body completely.
Perceiver's Instructions Absorb the energy from your
partner and carefully observe how it makes you feel.
Compare the sensations from receiving the untuned
energy to the tuned energy and write them in your
journal.
Conclusion:
Change roles and repeat the entire experiment. If you
choose to do this experiment again, try to find a new
partner to experience a different foreign untuned
energy as untuned energy will feel slightly different
fromdifferent people.

Exercise 25: Energy Rapport- Figure 8 Technique
In the last few exercises, you learned to tune to another
person in a controlled, clean environment done with a
partner that knew you and your energy. Energy can
also be harmonized in an unfamiliar and unclean
environment with an unknown participant to a certain
extent. When working in the field, it is often impossible
to choose which environment or participants or even
have a chance to make preparations. You have to learn
to wing it for the most part. These circumstances make
field work challenging to say the least but it is a true
test as to whether someone can make psi work their
life. While cleaning and focusing the energy body
greatly enhanse your psychic capacity, there will be
instances where you can eliminate them if necessary
and simply use the grounded position when and where
you can. Thats why making it a habit to clean and focus
each morning and night are greatly appreciated because
it helps in the cases where you cannot take the time to
do it in the heat of the moment. The energy body is
under a greater degree of stress having eliminated the
preparation before you take on a psychic task, it makes
the grounded position all that more important. Using
the grounded position reduces the stress on your
energy system and will help until you get a chance later
to preform the other cleaning and focusing techniques
in a pinch.
Preparation:
Clean, focus your energy body and stand in a grounded
position. Repeat this exercise six times or more.
Instructions:
Start off by visualizing an energy trail starting below
your partner's feet going up his back, down in front of
his body at an angle to beneath your feet, and up your
back, over your head and down the front to close the
circuit of energy into a large figure eight pattern
encompassing yourself and your partner each in a
"loop". Once you get the energy going it will take just a
little effort to keep the energy in movement. This
causes a general harmonizing effect akin to tuning
because the energy that is being given off from your
partner's body is now mingeling with yours and you
should notice a marked improvement in your
communication.
On ocassion, a person may become lightheaded or
sleepy. This means you are using too much force and
energy. Just mentally adjust the strength of the energy
movement by simply thinking of being gentler or
lighter. You can also symbolically think of a lever to
adjust the flow. There also may be ocassions when a
person will unconsciously resist the harmonizing of
energies and especially in cases where you have not
gained prior permission. If this should happen, its
wizest to not force the rapport and to disengage. For
your own protection, it is wize to not use a rapport
with a person that is excessively dirty, sick or
depressed. If you do happen to make a rapport with a
person like this, what will happen is that he will feel
much better, however you will probably feel worse. To
fix this, you will need to clean, take energy from nature
and attune it to yourself.
An advanced variation of this technique would be to
use emotion-laden energy in the figure eight rapport
formation pattern. See in what way you can influence
your partner's mood as you transmit a variety of
emotions. Try calmness, comradery, or excitement. You
may discover that you can sooth an angry partner, calm
a nervous one or even stimulate a bored one.
Conclusion:
Be sure to journal all observations and repeat with
different partners if available.

Exercise 26: Energy Rapport- Circle Technique
Using the figure eight technique works better with
people that are unfamiliar. The unfamiliar partner will
not feel threatened because the flow of energy from
body to body is somewhat indirect and leaves space
between two people. When forming a rapport with
someone you have close ties with, the circle rapport
formation pattern is more effective because the flow of
energy moves more directly and harmonizes the
energies more completely. For this reason it can be
used better with people whith who you are intimate
with or who are on a familiar basis with you and your
energy. There will always be some people no matter
how close you are in relationship that will find this
technique intrusive and uncomfortable. I would suggest
you experiment with both techniques on friends and
people you are not as familiar with.
Preparation:
Clean, focus the energy body and stand in a grounded
position. Repeat three or more times.
Instructions:
Create a band of energy about 12 inches wide moving
in a clockwize direction at about waist level encircling
both you and your partner. The energy will continue to
move largely on its own with a bare minimum of
attention once it's in motion.
Conclusion:
Notice the difference between the two techniques and
record your observations. Can you feel the energy flow
better in one technique from the other? Describe what
the differences feel like.

Exercise 27: Energy Rapport for Groups
This exercise is useful in facilitating group
communication. As you have already experienced, its
not difficult to set energy in motion and often takes
only a simple mental command to initiate mobility. One
person alone can easily harmonize a group by using
this technique and I suggest you try using this
technique as often as possible in your every day
settings to afford yourself more practice. Because the
whole group is being tuned all together, it is unlikely
that anyone will feel his or her individual space being
infringed upon.
Preparation:
Clean,focus the energy body and stand or sit in a
grounded position. Repeat three times or more.
Instructions:
Start by visualizing a wind sweeping clockwize from
behind yourself through and around each person in the
group. The action of the wind is to blend and
harmonize all the different vibrations. After you have
initiated mobility of the energy flow (visualized wind)
it will only be necessary to ocassionally give attention
to keep the energy flow in motion.
Conclusion:
Record your observations in your journal.

Exercise 28: Sculpting Psychic Energy
This exercise works to enhanse your kinaesthetic sense.
We will also begin working on distance perception. This
exercise helps in your development of control and
psychic strength in general.
Preparation:
Psychically clean the room you will be working in as
well as psychically cleaning yourself. It is important in
this and the following exercises to clean your hands of
excess energy frequently so be sure to have a fresh
bowl of salt handy. Focus your energy body and sit in a
grounded position across from your partner. Perform
this exercise 2 or more times per shape.
Shaper's Instructions:
Generate energy as you did in previous exercises and
direct it down your arm and into the palm of your
hand into a sphere similar in size to a tennis ball. You
can make the ball larger and then compact it into a
more dense ball if this is more to your liking. Since the
energy is easily pliable, its easy to shape like clay or
playdoh, however it is sometimes difficult for beginners
to maintain that shape without mentally putting a hard
shell on it especially when it comes to maintaining the
shape under the pressure of the human touch. Because
of this, it may be necessary to add layers of energy and
compact them into a sphere making it as dense as
possible. After this is accomplished to your satisfaction,
place the sphere in the space between you and your
partner.
Perceiver's Instructions:
With your dominant hand, gently reach out and touch
your partner's energy sphere. You can gently guide
your hands around the edges of the shape, even going
as far as to gently cup the shape in both hands. You
need to be aware of the warmth of the energy and the
mass and weight in your hands. Can you tell if your
partner made a perfectly round sphere or is the ball
asymmetrical? With your fingertips, gently press the
sphere to test the density. Can you perceive an
indentation in the sphere? Did the energy scatter as
you asserted more pressure? Toss the sphere gently
from hand to hand to see if it withstands and retains
its shape. Play with the sphere for a few minutes and
when you are finnished, place the sphere into the rock
salt.
Advanced Variation: Solidifying Energy
As you continue to practice with your energy
manipulation, you will learn to not only compact
energy, but also learn to solidify it. This means the
energy is densely compacted into a coherent shape
which will maintain a slow but uniform vibration. To
solidify a sculpted shape after its completely compacted,
it needs to be tuned to a frequency a bit lower then
your own vibration. Just like in the previous exercises
using perception and skills involving vibration, you can
use a symbol such as a color or a tone that best suits
you. Just remember that your personal vibration is a
combination of many frequencies and that the solified
energy will have one vibration only. If you are choosing
a color to use, choose a darker color because the darker
the color has a much slower the vibration. If choosing a
tone, choose one that is low on a musical scale because
again, the vibrational rate is slower. Experimentation
will help you find the one that feels the best to you.
Conclusion:
Use a variety of geometric shapes such as cubes,
cylinders and pyramids. As you practice you can get
more advanced with your geometric shapes using
tetrahedrons or star or other more advanced shapes.
Another variation is to perceive the shapes without
touching them. See what information you can gain
without using physical senses. Make sure to change
roles and repeat the exercises and record your results
in your journal.

Exercise 29: Testing Perception of Sculpted Energy
This exercise gives you the opportunity to test and
verify your perceptions and shaping energy into
physically perceptible forms. Don't get discouraged if
you don't perceive the shapes correctly the first go
around. Just remember to relax, clear your mind and
allow for the possibilities to come.
Preparation:
To Prepare, first clean the room and then clean
yourself. Have the bowl of salt ready and close by. The
person taking on the perceiver's role should leave the
room and wait until they are called on. When your
partner enters the room, they should sit across from
you in a grounded position. These exercises should be
repeated 6 or more times.
Shaper's Instructions:
Start by making a simple shape such as a cube or a
sphere. Call your partner into the room and let him or
her take several minutes to perceive the sculpted
energy. When he can easily distinguish between the
cube or sphere, you should then add another shape into
the range of choices such as a cylinder and then a
pyramid and so on.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Carefully touch the energy form being careful not to
alter its shape. Spend as long as you need to feeling and
perceiving the shape with your hands and tell your
partner what shape you feel. Remember to place the
shape into the bowl of salt when you are finnished.
Conclusion:
Change places and repeat the exercise. You should
practice this exercise until you have sharpened your
skills of perception and sculpting energy. Record all
your observations in your journal.

Exercise 30: Perceiving Energy Clouds
This exercise helps you develope the ability to perceive
energy from a distance. You greatly increase your
psychic range when you develope more then one mode
of perceptionand it has an added benefit of giving you
the ability to check yourself.
Preparation:
Psychically clean the room. Have your bowl of salt
handy. Clean yourself and then focus your energy body.
Sit across from your partner in the grounded position.
Repeat the exercises 6 or more times.
Shaper's Instructions:
Create energy as you have in previous exercises and
direct it down your arm and out through your finger
into the space between your partner and yourself. Try
to make the energy as dense as possible to form a
cloud. Adjust the amount of energy as needed to
maintain control of the cloud and keep it intact during
the experiment. Once your partner has done his part,
take the energy back into your body and clean your
hands in the bowl of salt.
Perceiver's Instructions:
Without touching the energy, spend a few minutes
perceiving it. Use the previous technique of perceiving
energy in the form of a symbol whether it be an image,
a color or a tone if needed. Open your perceptions and
ask yourself, without touching the energy, how does
the energy form feel? Is it dark or light? Is it heavy in
density or does it feel light and tingly? Does the space
between you and your partner feel crouded? When you
have sensed the shape of the energy between you and
your partner, use your hands to examine the shape and
check your perceptions. As your partner takes the
energy back into his or her body, make sure to keep
your awareness open and see if you can see or feel the
cloud diminish. Can you sense that the energy has
decreased between your partner and yourself? Is the
air calmer or quieter? Use your hand to physically feel
the space to check for perceptions after you have spent
adequate time psychically perceiving. Clean your hands
in the bowl of salt.
Variation:
This variation uses kinaesthetic perception only. Both
partners should form separate clouds of energy at the
same time. You might want to make these smaller and
more dense then the main technique and then push the
clouds together. Note how the pressure changes and in
what ways the space and energy feels different when
your partner's cloud touches yours.

Exercise 31: Testing Perception of Energy Clouds
Preparation:
Psychically clean the room. Have the bowl of rock salt
handy. Clean your self and focus your energy body. Sit
across from your partner in the grounded position.
Shaper's Instructions:
Use the pervious technique to form an energy cloud but
alternate between making the cloud increase and
decrease in size . You should write down the sequence
before you start the exercise. Tell your partner as you
begin each change.
Perceiver's Instructions:
This exercise will help you in developing energy
perception. Open your mind and take a few relaxing
breaths and then take some time to perceive whether
the energy in the area between you and your partner is
increasing or decreasing. You can use physical touch to
check your perceptions if necessary. When you have
finnished, make sure to clean your hands in the bowl of
salt.
Trouble-shooting:
Keep in mind that this exercise is difficult and will take
more practice then some of the others. If it took a few
weeks to clearly feel energy moving in your hand way
back in exercise 1, you should anticipate that this
exercise will take at least the same amount of time.
This exercise frequently causes self doubt but try to be
as objective, methodical and patient as possible.
Remember that you are developing a new perception
and to give it a fair chance as it will pay off if you stick
with it.

Exercise 32: Seeing Energy
Just as it is possible to feel energy with your physical
body like you used your hands to sense in the last few
exercises, it is just as possible to see energy given the
right circumstances. You will need the use of a dark
room because the energy is more readily visible against
a dark background. Be sure the room have been
psychically cleaned before you start or you may begin
seeing other free form energy from your surroundings,
especially if you have a pet that likes to nuzzle in the
dark. Too much random energy will interefere with
your perception. An added bonus of this exercise if you
do this by yourself before going to sleep is that
relaxation of the mind and body to aid in seeing.
Preparation:
Psychically clean the room. Have the bowl of rock salt
handy. Focus the energy body. Sit across from your
partner in the grounded position. Note: This exercise
can be done alone or with a partner. It is not
recommended to spend over 30-45 minutes time total
duration.
Sender's Instructions:
Generate energy and form a large sphere in the center
of your body. Direct the energy to your arm and out
through all four fingers in an upward direction towards
the ceiling. Spread your fingers apart and then close
them. Do this slowly several times in a row. project
several different variations of energy while you are
opening and closing your fingers. You may want to try
to go up and down the color spectrum or musical
scales. Notice that some vibrations are more easily
detectable then others and that by changing vibrations,
you can see the energy easier. Clean your hands in the
bowl of salt when you are finnished.
Perceiver's Instructions:
You should not stare, strain or squint your eyes while
perceiving the projected energy of your partner. Just be
as relaxed as possible and when you are successful, you
should see white streaks, a misty like substance or
sparks of energy.
Variation 1:
Direct the energy of one hand to the other via the
finger tips. Move your hands to cause the energy to
move in a diagonal flow or in waves that stretch from
one hand to the other and then move them back in a
straight position. Maintain a relaxed alterness and if it
helps, you can use the musical scales or color spectrum
but becareful to not exhaust yourself by working too
long. When you are finnished, you will want to clean
and exchange energy with nature or intake however
you wish. When you are well rested after the exercise,
take some time to psychically clean the room.
Variation 2:
Sit facing your partner in the darkened room. Generate
energy and place your fingers about four to five inches
away from your partners. Take turns sending
concentrated energy to each other through the
fingertips. Move your fingers around a little bit to make
the observation of the energy easier.
Trouble-shooting:
Physically seeing energy is very exciting and dramatic
but keep in mind that reliable psychic perception does
not rely on sight alone. In fact, seeing can commonly be
the least useful of all physical senses because the eyes
are so easily fooled. The purpose of these exercises is to
find the most natural mode of psychic perception and to
develope your strongest talent. It is important that your
best natural mode of psychic perception becomes
familiar and reliable. If your orientation leans towards
the kinaesthetic, you should concentrate and work on
developing that sense. The same applies to the sense of
hearing or seeing. You may wish to develope a
secondary means of perception to balance and to
confirm or check yourself in your first means but it is
not wize to start with a sense that is difficult for you to
work with in the other areas of your life. If you are not
musically talented and are tone deaf, you should look
for a different sense to develope first as with those that
are color blind.

Exercise 33: Advanced Psychometry Reading
The skill of psychometry is reading detailed information
from the energy of an object. In Exercise 17, you
already learned the basic form of psychometry reading,
but we will now be working on fine tuning that skill
even more. Because our energy carries all sorts of
information about us, there is a wide variety of
information that can be learned from reading the
energy off an object, all we have to is tap into it.
Preparation:
Clean your energy body using previous techniques.
Have the bowl of salt handy. Focus your energy body
and sit opposite your partner in a grounded position.
Make sure to read the full instructions before doing the
exercise.
Enquirer's Instructions:
Have an article to give to your partner that you carry
with you or wear often. Jewelry or keys work very
good for this purpose. Do not psychically clean the
object first (if you currently are wearing the object you
plan to use, remember to remove the object while you
go through cleaning proceedures). As the reader is
describing the feelings and images off the article you
have given him or her, be sure to take clear,
methodical notes and to give accurate but positive
feedback to your partner. Some people prefer the
enquirer to wait until the reader is done reading before
they give feedback and others prefer the enquirer to
interject comments during the reading for immediate
feedback or a combination of both. This should be
discussed before the reading starts and a notebook or
tape recorder should be obtained for recording results.
Keep in mind that positive feedback does not mean that
you pretend to understand something that the reader
said that you honestly don't understand. Do not
indicate that something is true when it is not. A
positive attitude is necessary but honest feedback is
imperatively essential to the success of psychometry.
Reader's Instructions:
Take the article and hold it either loosly in the palm of
your hand or to the third eye area of the forhead.
Gently rub your fingers over the article to sense the
energy of your partner. It may be helpful to tune your
energy into the energy vibration off the article. Now
relax, take a few deep breaths and focus your
perceptions. Make your mind into a blank tv screen and
let the images come into view and describe them out
loud. Some images and feelings will make sense and
others will not. Because logic belongs to the conscious
mind in which you want to put on hold, you need to
learn to switch the portion of you off that tries to put
the images in order or to interpret them. Keep in mind
that the subconscious mind is the part of you doing the
reading and it often speaks to us in our very own
symbolic language. One of the main goals of this
exercise is to give you an opportunity to work with that
side of yourself and to learn familiarity with your own
symbolic language. Be aware that with the development
of any new skill that it requires patience and much
practice.
Trouble-shooting:
Remember that psychic reading is an art form and that
if you have a six painters painting the same object, you
will get six different paintings of the same thing. In the
same way, six different readers may focus on different
aspects of the enquirer or his situation. This happens
because we use our mind to interpret symbols and with
each of these carries our own life experiences, beliefs
and filters to which the information picked up will pass
through. What we end up doing is interpreting the
information off of this object through our own personal
views of the world around us. In this manner, what
information we pick up from the object will be dictated
largely by the readers deeply held assumptions about
the nature of reality. This is why its extremely
important to just present information as it comes and to
not make sense of it before telling the enquirer, but in
many cases its almost impossible to not to put it
through our filters to a small degree. A selection
process will take place during each reading and the
reader will tend to select those feelings or images that
feel important, relevant or interesting and usually the
other information is disregarded. Take for example that
two different people tell you about a mutual friend.
One person may talk about how much money this
person makes and the other may talk about a
completely different aspect of this person's life such as
their out-going and friendly personality. Both people
are being honest and both are accurate but the details
each has selected are dictated by individual ideas of
what is important. It should be obvious that to be a
good reader requires an open mind and flexible view of
the world. Having a closed mind will give way to
judgements and a constricted view and basically a
limited and essentially useless reading.
Advanced Variation:
You will want to practice on as many people as you can
in working to sharpen your skills and provide a greater
range for your development as a reader. As a variation,
you can ask your partner to bring an article of jewelry
from another person with whom he is well aquainted
with and one that you have never met. If you have the
opportunity, find people with whom you are only
slighly acquainted with or even strangers tofurther
sharpen your skills.
Conclusion:
Change roles and repeat the exercise. Be sure to clean
your hands between readings. Mentally process the
information from the reading and record your notes in
your journal.

Exercise 34: Advanced Psychometry Specific Reading
The filtering process of the mind allows the reader to
consciously select information from the energy. In this
exercise you will learn to respond to direct questions in
order to look for that specific information.
Preparation:
Have the bowl of salt ready. Clean and focus the energy
body. Sit across from your partner in the grounded
position.
Enquirer's Instructions:
Ask questions that are of a specific nature that relates
to the current event inyour life or something in the
immediate past. Some examples are:
"What is the current situation regarding...?"
"What are ...'smotives regarding ...?"
"Why did ... occur?" (Or why not?)
"What is causing ... to happen?" "... has just occured.
Can you describe your insight on the situation?"
Remember to keep meticulous methodical notes of the
reading and give accurate and positive feedback.
Reader's Instructions:
Hold the article of jewelry loosly in the palm of your
hand or to the third eye area of your forhead. Relax
and take slow deep and even breaths. Repeat the
question either in your head mentally or verbally over
and over with the assurance that the answer is there
and will easily come to you. Do not consult your
conscious knowledge of the situation and give an
opinion, this isn't considered a psychic reading. Relax
and trust yourself as well as your partner. Vocalize the
perceptions you receive about the question asked.
Advanced Variation:
Repeat the advanced variation from exercise 33 and
focus on specific questions.
Trouble-shooting:
You will being to see over a period of time which
information is easier for you and your partner to read.
One may focus better on aspects of love and romance
while the other picks up better on finance or health
questions. As with any of the other skills, it is
important to focus on your natural strengths until they
are reliable and then work on the weaknesses to make
them stronger.
