1. Offered Relay is suitable either for 1A or 5A. The current rating and Aux. voltage for
Binary Inputs has to be furnished during ordering stage.
2. Supply of FO cable for Station communication is not included in the scope of supply.
3. Our offer shall be limi ted to suppl y of rel ays onl y. We have not consi dered any testi ng, i nstall ati on and
commi ssi oni ng i n our scope.If required the same wil l be on chargeabl e basis.
4. In absence of detailed specification we have not considered any communication interface of offered relays to upper
level SCADA/ECS/DCS in our scope.
5. In absence of detailed specification, we request you to kindly go through technical leaflets to check whether relay is
in line with your technical requirement or not. We have quoted our offer based on relay model specify by you only.
6. Our offer shall be strictly limited to above mentioned clarifications and standard functionality available with quoted
relay model only. Any addition to the same shall have suitable price implications.
PRICING SUMMARY
1. The Quoted prices are on Ex-works Bangalore basis exclusive of Taxes, Duties, and Freight & Insurance
Charges but inclusive of packing & forwarding.
2. Taxes & Duties shall be extra considering the present rate of ED @10.3 % & CST @ 2 % agai nst Form-C.
However, rates prevailing at the time of dispatch will be charged.
3. Freight & Insurance shall be extra at extra at 1%. The F&I charges shall be included in the invoice
4. Payment Terms: 100% payment with Taxes & duties shall be paid against Proforma Invoice before
Dispatch.
5. Delivery: Within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of technically & commercially clear P.O.
6. Validity: 2014-07-17, beyond which the same is subject to written consent by us.
7. The supply shall be governed by the ABB Standard Terms & Conditions enclosed herewith.
