CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS FOR AS BUILTS
The contractor shall provide to the employer's Representative four (4) weeks prior to the time of completion of the Works As Built Drawings. Immediately on completion of any subcontract works, all subcontractors shall prepare a set of final "AS BUILT" drawings
of the subcontract works. These drawings shall be a complete record of the subcontract works showing the position of pipe runs, valves, equipment, automatic controls etc. for the mechanical services and cable routes, switchgear, distribution boards, switches,
socket outlets, lighting points, auxiliary equipment etc. for the electrical services.
The drawings shall also indicate the position of all access panels for encased works. During the conduct of Works the Subcontractor shall agree with the Employer's Representative a logical system of switchboard distribution and circuit reference numbers, and
these numbers shall be shown on the final As Built Drawings.
