Puerto Rico island, and have become huge and have expanded more. There are also other private
universities very know like the Sagrado Corazn, and public problematic UPR. Due to the bad education,
the disrespectful teachers and employee and massive loss of money, many times is better not to study,
student will save thousands dollars and avoid a psychological problem. You try to find help with the
employee of different departments in the same university, they treat you like trash, with arrogance, and
sometimes the employee counseling the secretary that the person is not present, is not in the office, but
the person is in the office , but dont want to hear or help the student. Many students are obsessed with
their university, they love it so much, until they confront problems, they change their minds.
Accrediting agencies like Consejo General de Educacion de Puerto Rico should be
shut down.
College Board before private university and public school.
Many students more that example 70% get bad points in that college board, many ugly
uncomfortable , students have to go to different public school to take this college board test instead

of a dirty public school that you don't know, and many student get into fights when students have to
take college board on Saturday., the situation is so ridiculous when students have the test you don't
even have a blank paper to make calculation, How can a student make calculations and procedures? In
the floor or in the wall. Public school are a total disaster in Puerto Rico, what the U.S government
should pay billions of dollar for students to go to school from 2th grade to 12th grade, and more than
half of the students finish school without knowing the basic rules of Spanish grammatical and they
don't even know how to multiply or divide. They go from school to university knowing nothing!!!! In
other words. School should be till 9th grade and save huge billions of dollar un public schools. Public
school are a total disaster in Puerto Rico, the material is old and obsolete, if you visit public school they
will show you the good one with beautiful things and well-dressed fake student to cover the total
disaster education in Puerto Rico. 80% OF STUDENTS ARE NOT PREPARE TO GO TO COLLEGE
(UNIVERSITIES) . MANY WILL END IN FAST FOOD OR SELF JOBS, SUPERMARKET. WHY CONTINUE
PAYING 3,000 MILLIONS (3 billion) OF DOLLARS IN PUERTO RICO FOR A EDUCATION THAT IS USELESS.
WILL YOU PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN OR WILL YOU LET THIS UNIVERSITY ABUSE OF YOUR SON, DAUGTER
AND NEPHEWIOS. Students (males) go with ridiculous haircuts with piercing to classrooms, never seen
in U.S. students in publics school go so bad dressed and with crazy cuts like gang members.
Massive university promotion everywhere.
Famous universities are fightings against each other to gain more student on their campus, many use
strong tactics of promotion like TV, Newspaper (whole pages), massive radio, banners, poster in
theaters, papers in theaters' bathrooms, and banners in front of the gates of many private colleges and
public schools, billboards. One example is the Interamerican University that use public school front
gates to put publicity banners (this issue indicate some connection with the Department Of Education of
Puerto Rico. Who authorized that? One example is that some private universities have created
colleges and have links with the mafia of the private school to extract the children in buses and obligate
them to go to this universities to ensure that this kid will go there when they finish school. Many fee in
the enrollment papers that students pays will go to promotion department instead to the respective fee
functions. Many federal Pell grant and loans will end in fraudulent fee that the university charges for a
certain purpose but will end in other ways lime promotion, political donation, and luxury cars and
travels. Presidents university issued a statement faulting the U.S Department Of Education for interest
in Loans. Private universities created a mass disasters in banks loans, student loans get lost and
translated to other ban a total mess. Thanks to U.S. Department of Education loans are more organized
and loans are directly from the Department Of Education of .U.S. Privates University are complaining
about all the Federal Department of Education, very funny. But the irregularities that the private
university in PR do, no one talk or criticize. Presidents university and the people below should be
arrested. Mafia from the famous university in PR, want to infiltrate completely in the Department of
Education in U.S. To contaminate, hide information, avoid investigations to Puerto Rico, and alter
reports from other employees. Very ugly situation.

The real purpose behind private Universities.
Illegal practices and fraud to obtain the maximum federal Pell grand and different types of loans, One of
the private universities to be investigated should be the most famous private university in San Juan,
Cupey Puerto Rico island. This universities use many ugly ways to make student lost and re-loan more
money to continue a career that they will never finish or will not get a job. This universities are
controlled by the mafia also known as the demons of the education of Puerto Rico (CARTEL OF THE
EDUCATION OF PR ). Universities look like a shopping mall instead of a real university, they have banks,
Army Office, various different cafeteria inside, and many different offices just to obtain more money
from the students.. Famous university metro campus persuade student to open bank account with
Santander bank. All is about the money and broke the Federal Department of Education. Students Id
are debit converted in debit cards,. How is possible students in Puerto Rico are over loans in loans? One
students in one year borrow like 20 thousands dollars? , University is telling students that they dont
have to pay for that money borrowed. They hide interest and agreements , they just take you to the
last part of the signature. They also required you the pin number so, they sign for you the loans.
Many are afraid to talk about this, this will cause you lose your job in PR.
Why many people is afraid to intervene in this issue? Why are many afraid to talk about it? Just the
Federal Department of Education can fix this mess of Puerto Rico worst education. Public school are a
mess with bad teachers and then the corrupted universities make things worse.


No free parking in this two universities and huge sticker in the front window car.
Just to make more and more money get rich and rich, universities have created multiple levels parking
up to 7th floors, vary narrow, and difficult to get a space for the car, you have to pay around 1 or 2
dollars to get a parking , sometimes people have to wait 20 minutes to get a space, very horrific the
situation, many student have different schedule to take courses, in different times, and sometimes the
student have to get in, get out, get in to the multiple store . Fault of respect, and university required a
huge sticker in your car's windows to pay parking and make them promotion, student have to pay
parking and make promotion of the university with the huge stickers in the cars. This private
universities with the help of the municipal government have painted many corners of the streets in
yellow not letting student get a free parking, there are no area no more because the universities have
painted all white lines in yellow . A big disrespectful issue , university charge you a lot of excessive
fee and student have to give free money to university and the university even not give you free parking,
student have to pay, to 1-3 dollars, some student have to get out and get back to a later course.
Incredible!! . And The University has a municipal ticket person to put ticket in this particular area. Many
do not have a simple dollar because university have ordered to paint all street to yellow, many have to
park outside and take a risk of get a ticket of 75.00 dollar. , etc

Admission to enrollment.
The process of admission required you few things and low grade to go to university, Adult programs and
new students the mayority of times do not received counseling about the career and how fafsa works,
neither about loans. The famous university treat student like ATM, the universite induce student almost
mandatory to open an bank account with santander bank and to receive the federal loans, and the I.D of
the university is use like a Credit card/debit card with a bunch of ads on it. So ridiculous the situation.
TThe worst part is that the university obligate you to subscribe to a medical plan, if you don't have one
you can't enroll in the university, or they offer you to debt from the federal pell grant like 500 hundred
to pay the medical plan for a trimester. I understand that federal pell are made exactly to pay student
courses not to pay medical plans example triple-s. THIS UNIVERSITY GIVE YOU ALL EXCEPT THE
GENERAL CATALOG OF THE UNIVERSITY NEITHER IN DISK , NEITHER IN PAPER, NO WORDS. NO MANUAL,
JUST THROW STUDENT INSIDE AND LET THEM FAIL.
Cost of credits and increase in credits in many courses.
massive rampat corruption in the goverment have created a bad effect in some companie, that many
companies do not give full time job, just 25 to 32 hours of job.. The famous university increase the cost
of each credit , hiding the cost of credit in the enrollment cost paymet sheet, 60% of student don't know
the cost of credit of the university, and there a raise in the credit number for course from 3 credits to 4 -
5 credit per course. Many student are having problems paying the university. This famous corrupt
university is complaining and disrispecting the federal department of education of the United States
about the reduction of the federal pell grand and the high interest rate of the loans. Universities in
puerto rico is responsible for the loss of more than 2,000,000 (2 billions) of dollar for bad practice ,
hiding federal information away from the student, skipping forms (steps) online and questions
required by the federal education before taking a loan.


Student seduced by the temptation of easy money by university
Everyone know that many people don't like loans and never want to take part of it. But universities
are seducing in verbal or written way in the enrollment document to obtain federal loan so easy with a
checkmark you obtain 5, 000 thousand dollars, 1,500 aprox for trimester creating a huge fortune for the
university. The chief and the director live like kings with expensive cars and bodyguards and luxury
houses, while student have huge difficulties working and student careers that will never finish. Private

Yes, this is a serious worry, bad teachers affect us all, millions of dollars are lost because of the bad
attitude of bad teachers that do not care how to teach good, and the university do nothing to protect
from them, and bad teachers are so horrible that have a lawyer that defend them . Horrible situation, I
notice that some bad teacher do irregularities, example, if a course of 30 student , 20 student fail with F,
the teacher will give them D to protect himself against complaint. This teachers know exactly that
course can't be passed with D grade, student have to repeat it again. Some teacher are prepotent that
is a very dangerous situation, many times you have to take 4 different courses with the same disgusting
teacher that will make all possible that student don't get good grade, no matter how much they study.
When courses start, classroom are overpopulated example a course for a student capacity of 25 over full
by 35 student, and some student have to take the course in the floor or stood up, because there is not
space for more seats. Classmates they dont work, but they study full time get F , fault of teacher.
Teachers teach bad, material cant be understand, no tutorial for certain difficult courses.
Teachers creates complex test before test day, teachers get tests that are made from another
person, or the test comes from another university with errors that teacher deny.
Teacher behave arrogant disrespectful with directors and student, leading the teacher to act like
a dictator tyrant and do whatever he/she wants leading to student lose millions of Federal Aid
Pell grant and Loan.

This private university in Puerto Rico get huge amount of money from student loans, state university a
money machine. Many student have to sell water to try to paid the expensive universities in Puerto Rico
island, they get 15 dollars for a day selling water.
Manay work hard in fast food in very unconfortable jobs to end in a stupids university without diploma
or certificate including huge ammount of loans. IT get peopley very angry, the employee of the
universitiy are super arrogante disrespectfully, according to the investigation realized they don't get to
help you , just to make things worst.
The department of Education of Puerto Rico and the consejo de educacion superior de Puerto Rico
should be shut down inmediately for failing to protect the student agains this thiefs corrupted
universities in pr.
You work in fast food or a horrible job , study in this pig universities to
end like this worst and with nothing? It is painfully.

Many student study bachellor career or one year careers that will end with no job, no future.

Many student can't graduate because many are student are studying trash careers that will end
in nothing, many student can't take some certain courses because the university dont know
when will open certain courses. Some many have trouble with teachers that can't give them the
grade after finish certain job, example oral project or writer project, and teacher disappear or
respond with negative behavior leaving the student without grade. Some are on court, always
in favor of the corrupted teacher. Many students are taking course #4 without passed or
approved course #1, university let them jump prerequisite courses. How can a student pass
course #4 without passing course #1, is ridiculous and inappropriate , then student fail ,repeat.

June and July are the months that universities get super rich, many student desperate take courses in
summer to accelerate their courses, but thousands of thousands fail in summer getting D instead of F.
Concentrated Courses in summer is the world stupidity ever created, it is a logic that many will not make
it and millions of federal money wasted. You decide, save money to avoid to close de Department Of

Education. I do not recommend taking courses in summer because many student lost control of the
order of the courses to take in the next semester or trimester. IF you go in open and you tell them you
are going to visit, they will show you only a good part, but they will hide you the bad part. Intensive
Course is a complete fraudulent irregularities to fail student and obtain more Federal money. Many
students talks and critics this so called intensive course of 4 weeks. Taking course in summer may lose
the order of coursers in your curriculum. Student do not realize that taking course in summer is more
complicated that a trimester/semester leading them to lose the course and the Federal loan in the trash.
You lose 1,500 + interest loan in trash in a summer course. My opinion? do not give federal money
neither type of Federal Aid in summer.
Example one course of account cost in summer of July around: 600 = 3 credits + 200 the fees.
Example of another course in summer of June cost around : 880 = 5 credits + 200 the fees.

State grant sog something like that is $400-600 , Pell Grant, Loan, Donated Pell , work study, . Now
universities are trying to tell student to make more loan aside, in private finance institutions.

No nou nou nou It cant be , another fraudulent issue to take more federal money, loan ,federal aids. A
A Priivate university very know is offering course present (in person) but you take all quizzes, and text ,
assignment online and you fail.. Wow more ridiculous, many student confront many troubles online,
horrible situation. If you investigate , university will show you that all is ok, no problem, some live
good presentation from 1 good of 50 bad trouble online courses. This arrogant will show you what they
want to give you. Presence. Bad university give you few options, you paid of a presence course, and you
will receive half of the course online without book or with a super complicated course ( this is another
irregularity very interesting ) or a super complicated (confused) module so this way you cant obtain a
good grade, now university are hiding the grades of bad courses in transcript documents. Very beautiful
, only appear the R or repeated but not the Grade Fs . Very disgusting act.

The most famous university where my nightmare started, they have a big publicity about their
university, paying installing massive ads in billboards, banners in private and public school in their gates,
in theaters, in Puerto Ricos train, etc. Their service is trash, instead of using the money to fix all
irregularities and make a better service, many students young boys and girls end in a trap, leading to
lose millions of federal aid money creating in a deficit and losing jobs in federal government.

Now, the modus operandi, many teachers get very good payment for teacher bad, How? Paying teacher
for teaching bad how is that? Yes, many teacher get good salary , many gifts for teacher bad, so this way
student have to repeat the course again with the same teacher, because , the director of each
department avoid other teachers giving the same course, so this way student get more over loan , the
same circle over again.

This is the a disrespectfully and abusive act from this trash university, should be called casino instead of
university. There is no books used in concentration course, when i mean concentration course I mean
the heavy ones. There is no books about concentration courses in the library but student have to pay a
fee like 50 dollars to use the library that do not offer neither a book of concentration, no books exists
used in many concentrating courses. They obligate you to apply so easy for a loan, to buy books that you
can't get, many student have to order the books online and wait 10 days to receive the books .
University required you always the last version of the book, student have to pay over 200 dollars for
a book. Another secret, university required you to buy new books not used, just to use registration key
that comes with the books and pay more money online. Private university receive money from this
activity. If you realize an investigation, they will paint, remodel the library and the case, they will put
new books or used books to protect themselves from accusation of students and to show that all is right
when is not.
In some courses you are obligated to buy new books instead of used book, because the teacher required
you some serial alpha-number to access signatures task online, many students do not have internet o
have serious economic problems to buy a book that cost 150 dollars, but private university do not care,
they says is not my problem, is yours.
Some small books that contains around 100 pages, the last pages contain blank questions about each
chapters, teacher obligate you to buy new book with the last pages, because they dont want you to
make you copy the questions in the print machine to make the assignment, but the worst part is that
the teacher make you remove the last papers to bring it to her or she in presence, So this way you cant
sell the book, because the book do not have the questions in the last pages.

and websites visited, and personal passwords.

|---- Repeating courses when you got A in 12th grade in high school ----|
This issue about the universities in Puerto Rico is complex and has a lot of information about it. A group
of people of investigation is needed...
Many students not all, many get out from public school with bad grades, and some and other with A
Grade, but University make you repeat that course again instead of accrediting that course in the
university course, example some spanish, english, and history of Puerto Rico, If a student get A in high
school in 12th , why does he have to take it again? The university deny you that course of high school
and practically make you take it again, waste $500 dollar, for a student that do not work, and their
father salary is 14,000 thousand a year in puerto rico aprox 600 monthly salary of a mother by month.

Education in Puerto Rico is a total mess, some career while studying there is conflict between languages,
in university show you Spanish, but in general jobs the primary languages is english, many terms,
calculations, names of things are complete different in English, many tries to lean in both language and
end in a total confusion. It is like learning to languages French and Chinese .

When you have a problem in the false Pell grant, or in a verification process, the university notify you 2
months later after enrollment, so this way university can absorb all federal loan you required, and
student will not receive any disinburshement.
Personal of financial office always is requesting students the ping number all the times to fix issues, or to
submit Pell grant, and sometimes employee required you to add false information in pell grant, example
in field that required you the amount of money you have in you bank, they required you to put 0,
because if you put the real amount they reject you application. Other they required you to fill that you
live in campus when the true is that you are living alone outside or with your parents.
The total cost of courses in a trimester do not goes in proportion with the salary and pell grant of a
regular student who works 25 hours to 30 hours per week.

After selecting the courses in the registration office and the go to treasure office, they give you a bunch
of fee, called trash fee, many fees that student will never use, and many of thoses fee will go to other
purpuses like getting rich, massive promotion or sometimes construction that will affect the student in a
horrific way instead of helping them. Maybe the fees that are deduct from the federall pell grant or
federal loans will end in the wrong hands or in the hand of corrupt politians. They resume all fees in 2
words called: "general fees" cost arround 200 - 500 dollars , and many of this fees lack of information
and are hidden, and sometimes the university can't explain certain fee what are for. example of
ridiculous fees. Excessive ridiculous fees are charged by this university like we saw in the interamerican
university. So many fee , and each year corruption university add more fees to take more money from
the federal money and loans.

And more invented fee just to get more federal money etc...
conclusion: federal money should be just to pay courses not medical plans, or ridiculous invented fee
are just made to take more money in a malicious way.

Hi, I am a ex-student that want to declare some abuse on behalf of the some corrupted universities in
Puerto Rico toward the students and the failing of some accrediting agencies in Puerto Rico like the
consejo general de educacion and department of education a total mess. disaster that lead to waste of
million of federal pell grant and federal loans. The accrediting agencies In puerto rico fail to protect the
education of student , instead they are protecting irregularities of some famous universities Of Puerto
Rico, the same people graduated from this universities are working in this accrediting agencies that are
friend of the principals executives of this famous universities In puerto rico, this situation lead aprove
irregularities that goes agains the good education in puerto rico, leading student to repeat courses, and
fail courses . Some examples irregularities are: precalculus of 5 credits (two courses in one), online
courses (many failing ),intesive courses (everyone nows that many fails in this courses).

First, In puerto rico the education in public school is a total disaster, the department of education in
puerto rico fail to promote a good education , many bad teacher i said many bad teacher have declare
the war to student to avoid the student to get good grade, the education is very bad and the actitud of
the teacher with bad behavior of bullying to student, to speaking bad and offering a bad education so
this way student can't enroll in the public university called " Universidad Of Puerto Rico. Many of my
partners are having to many problems after school, that many of the today are working in fast food,
restaurants, supermarket and maybe they will never will be profesionals. Almost all end in the same
university wasting their time and money, without getting a career.
In Puerto Rico there are dozens of obsolete careers that are offered by universities and private
universities that students will end with a diploma without future. Some career are ridiculous absurd that
should not require of help of the fafsa because is a waste of time and money , an example is a career in
paint nails, dog cuts hair, install audio car, this example careers do not require to be covered by fafsa
because are career not important and there is no good future in this. Some career like electrician,
computer technician, business administration , air conditioner, there are too many people with this
diploma for few jobs, thousands of people with this careers and can't get job. Universities and institutes
should change this career replace them with new careers and innovaties...

Many were scammed fraud in this university, this university is giving the bad course called double
precalculus of 5 credits that consist of the material of two courses in one, this course is a fraud just to
fail student and make them repeat courses over and over. I repeated 4 times this course that also
affected me in other courses it is like a cancer, a fault of respect, i was also suffering bullying from a bad
teacher arrogant that makes all posible to make fell the student miserable and make laugh of student,
the university could not guaranteed me a healthy education, just a awfull education with a bad
teachers...
I want to declare testify that the course of precalculus is a fraud course just with one purpuse just to
make student repeat courses and not getting accredited in other university. This course is a fault of
respect not notifying in any way that student can take it separately, this course goes to fast and is to
extensive material that student lost control of this course, just few passes this course, many enroll in
this course and end with F, D, and wast of federal and federal loan financial aid lost, This universities are
getting rich in loans, they don't care for the education anymore, many repeating course over and over
without limit making a student lost thousand of dollars and the university know this situation but they
don't care, there a complete abuse about this situation, many students want to become profesionals,
but university and bad teachers find they way to disable student to graduate.

There was a student girl that noticed that she did not accept the class and could not understand it and
quick that course, she said her career was in bachelor in mathematic.
The universities in Puerto Rico are over to expensive and are charging many fees that a student will

never use and even they don't explain some fee what are for. Some famous universities are getting rich
installing new school and teaching the student that they have to study to this especific university and
some private school are also full of advertisimente of some private famous university from inside out.

Another very interesting thing is that university is hiding the cost per credit in the enrollment paper or
total cost per trimester/semester. Private university increase a lot of times the cost per credit or the
number of credits in courses, the university enjoy millions of money and want more . The cost of credits
and the increase of credits do not fit in proportion with the salary of a regular labor who want to study.

Many times it is better not study and find another way to progress , the education is so y so bad , many
can't make it , universities are full of trash teachers that make you quiet studying because it is a road
