Training is continuing of ST and DGs.
I joined EFSL on 2010 and I have been the part of the Commissioning and erection Team. And still I am working there. I give
feedback for the modification of the system to make it good and reliable.

COMMISSIONING

Boiler: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of{(Trial running of motors on solo run and on load
based on Vibration and Temperature parameters, Positive Pressure test of Gas path, Negative Pressure test of Gas path, Dry
out (backing of refractory), Boil out, Steam test, Flush out of Economizer, Boiler, Deaerator, Condensate tank, Treated
Water tank and related Parts, Loop testing of electronic circuit, PLC, And Inter Locking)} and Design review of High
pressure steam Boiler.

RO: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of {Whole the was flushed out. MM, Bag Filter,
Cortege Filter and RO Vessels, Loop Test, Trial running, Adjusting of Parameters Chemical treatment, and product Quality
Tests.}.


DGs: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of {Flushing of Piping loop,

Steam Turbine: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of {Steam blowing of piping loop,
Flushing of Oil circuit, Over speed Tripping test, Flushing of Condenser line loop, Loop testing (Electrical, Electronic,
Hydraulic and PLC system), Interlocking and safety tests, Vibration, Displacement and Temperature parameters test, Load
test via Load Banker.}

Compressor: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of {Air blowing of all loops of compressed
air system, Air blowing of Air Dryer system, Loop testing (Electrical, Electronic and PLC system), Interlocking and safety
tests and Load test}.

These all mentioned test were Performed on OQ and IQ bases which were analyses by the Laboratories also.

Emergency Handling Regarding to any rotary Equipments, Plant Shut Down, Normal and Emergency any Type of Trouble
Shooting
Observing Operation Conditions such as vibration bearing temperature lab analysis reports and other operational parameter.

Co-ordinate with discipline managers and engineers /operator to ensure that all equipment meet the required safety specification and
