The 3isting *ystem is a manual presentation about the web portal project
. *cheduling the web portal is a time ta2ing process and moreover the data is stored in
paper files which are not secure. The implementation of these schedules is
practically not possible if done manually. This is because students and staff from
different departments need to be connected. To overcome these drawbac2s we developed
the proposed system called 5web portal6. the proposed system will be a mobile
application running on the android platform.

This is an automated process where students and staff remain updated with
their and the re7uired details. &n efficient mechanism for College 8atabase is
implemented using this system. 9ser friendliness is provided in the application with
various controls. The system ma2es the overall system management much easier and
fle3ible. There is no ris2 of data mismanagement at any level while the system is in
use.
