Bangladesh is the best place in the region for te$tile and garments industry due to cheap labor
and favorable trade status with the (. There is a huge yarn and fabric demand and supply gap
in 2&G industries which is presently met by import. 7resently is about 81F)69F of the demand
is met by import from countries like =hina, India, >ong ;ong, 'ingapore, Thailand, ;orea,
Indonesia, Taiwan etc. fabric re*uirement is increasing at +1F per annum. In order to stimulate
rapid economic growth of the country Bangladesh Government encourage foreign investment
and establish si$ individual e$port processing Eone !(7D". During the Guly)Gune +996)-9 periods,
overall e$ports of the country reached ' H-+.64.5+ million. 2epresents a surge of over +9F,

The &a0or ob0ective of this report is to find the present market condition of Be$imco Te$tiles
%td. It is an e$ploratory research in nature. &ost of the data are collected from both primary and
secondary sources. 7rimary sources are, In)depth interview with the top officials of Be$Te$
%imited, *uestionnaire survey on client. 'econdary sources are :nnual report of Be$Te$ %imited,
internet, official data, /fficial website, 2esearch paper.
Be$imco te$tiles Division is a private limited company. :t the moment, it is the market leader in
te$tile industry. &any garments industries that operate on global scale are sometimes unfamiliar
with the legal controls, cultural e$pectations, business practices, and regulatory mechanisms of
other countries. This is especially true for emerging garments industries in developing countries.
But Be$imco is familiar with there responsibility thatIs why I choose Be$imco te$tiles division.
Te$tiles industry is one of the largest industries in our country. It contributes a lot in national
economy. :t the moment, Be$Te$ is the market leader because of its *uality. =ustomer chooses
their product for *uality rather than price. =ustomer thinks they should do some promotional
activities. %ike) arranging fair, advertising in web site ete. They mainly focus on ( and ':.
They should focus on &iddle (ast as well as home ground.
Be$Te$ is reputed =ompany among its customers because of its *uality and service. Be$Te$
should increase their promotional activities so that customer can know about the new product. .
%ike) arranging fair, advertising in web site ete.
i$
Be$Te$ believes in *uality < the satisfaction of consumer. &y overall e$perience has been very
fascinating and I strongly believe internship period of The Be$imco Te$tiles %td will definitely
help me a lot in building my future career.
