The below process flowchart gives a clear idea of the process

1- Tender Initiation: Information is filled easily as shown below. Each box is self-
explanatory.

step the user insert his project details: Title, Category, Price,
Deadline, Location, Address, Description and Tags

2- Project Files: In this step 2 the user will upload its project files such as (Specifications,
Drawings, BOQ, Technical Data Sheets) as well as Images.
Furthermore the user will be able to select one of the 3 tenders options:
a- Feature Project: with this option the project will be featured on the sites main page
for an extra amount of money.
b- Sealed Bidding: Seal the bidders identities on the main project board to keep the
bids free.
c- Hide Project from Search Engines
It is to be noted that the bid initiator ID will always be sealed until the project deadline is met.











3- Project Publishing: This is the final step before the project gets published.
The user will proceed with the payment of extra features. After publishing and
Admin approval the project gets posted. Related people will be notified by
message and email.


4- List of Project: Below is a list of projects posted on the hub. Briefly we can
read basic info such as: Budget, Location and Deadline. For more info the user has
just to click on the Read More section.



5- Posted Project Information: In this section we can see all the information
about the posted project.





6- Project Bidding: On this stage the interested bidders will be able to post their
bids with the necessary documents.
