Once your project is published it will be picked up by the RSS feed, which can
be programmed to alert you with news that is of interest to you. Concerned
members will be notifed via email and your project will be shared across our
social media networks.
Bidding:
Members interested in tendering a project can do so by entering their bids and
days of completion, and by attaching corresponding supporting documents that
support their bid. The bidders IDs remain hidden until the projects deadline
is met, whereas bid initiators have a sealed bid option to remain anonymous .
Bidders will be notifed via email whether their bid was successful, and only then
will the bid initiators ID be revealed to the winner.
Internal Messaging System:
Our internal messaging system is secure and a necessary component to fast and
transparent communication between members.
Social Media:
A published project is automatically shared across our social media networks and
the more interactive you are, the more opportunities you will create. Suppliers
and service providers have the opportunity to advertise with us and speak reach
directly to their target audiences.

Profle:
Filling out your profle with TendersHub is an easy and self-explanatory process.
Enter your business details and make sure your profle is complete by uploading
any necessary photos and documents.
Catalogue:
The catalogue section of your profle showcases your products, services and
projects, along with a short description for each.
Portfolio:
The portfolio section of your profle showcases all your winning bids and projects.
Projects:
To create a new project, enter the projects details such as Title, Category, Price,
Deadline, Location, Description and Tags, and then upload any necessary fles
such as Specifcations, Drawings, BOQ, Technical Data Sheets and Images.
Publishing:
Admin reviews and approves your project before it goes live.
