operates Access-A-Ride paratransit service under contract to MTA New York City Transit. TFM PARATRANSIT 20/7
service seeks aggressive and assertive individuals with Dispatching experience and thorough knowledge of the five (5)
boroughs. REQUIREMENT: 1) Vehicle dispatching experience required. 2) Knowledge of Transit Adept System. 3)
Thorough knowledge of the five (5) boroughs. 4) Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays. Note: Ambulette

Description Large Bus Company seeks CDL Drivers for Access-A-Ride (Full/Part-Time) Paid Training with Class CP/N2
and up.
School Bus Drivers with clean license, immediate openings for qualified drivers.
Background check, 19-A physical, and pre-employment drug testing are required;
Must maintain route time schedules and comply with instructions;
Be able to create and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere providing the customer polite and courteous service at all
times;
Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection checks as required by NYS law before departing the yard.
Requirements Qualifications:
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent;
• Possess clean and valid Commercial Drivers' License, Class A, B or C with passenger endorsement;
• Be able to meet NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law’s 19A requirements including physical examination;
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing;
• Possess good knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle traffic laws and regulations;
• Possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to deal with customers and fellow workers in a
positive manner.

Drives ambulance to transport sick, injured, or convalescent patients. A combination of three to six months of directly
related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job.: Assists in placing
patients on stretcher and loads stretcher into ambulance. Takes sick or injured patients to hospital, or convalescents to
destination, using knowledge and skill in driving to avoid sudden motions detrimental to patients. Changes soiled linen on
stretcher. Administers first aid as needed. May shackle violent patients. May report facts concerning accident or emergency
