Divya Pharmacy & Patanajali Ayurved Ltd. will appoint its authorised Retailer/ Patanjali Chikitsalayas on
following terms and conditions :
1. The name of the shop will be kept Patanjali Chikitsalya & will be got registered with the Trade
Tax Authority and if already registered, change the name in Trade Tax & Bank records.
2. The name & style of Sign Board of Patanjali Chikitsalayas will be as per format provided by the
Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.. in soft copy at the time of Agreement between two
parties.
3. It is necessary to acquire about 2000 sq. feet including 1000 sq. feet constructed area and furnish it
in accordance with the Model of Interior Decoration given by the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali
Ayurved Ltd. for establishing Patanjali Chikitsalayas.
4. The Retailer will not make available any product for sale other than the products of Divya Pharmacy
& Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. or products permitted to sale by the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved
Ltd. at Chikitsalya mentioned in clause (2)
5. All the goods will be supplied to the Retailer against D.Ds. favouring "Patanjali Ayurved Ltd."
payable at Haridwar & received in advance.
6. The supply of the goods will be at F.O.R. (Destination).
7. An Inspector authorized by the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. will have right to inspect
the premises of the Retailer as and when required by the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.
8. The Retailer will deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) as a security with Divya
Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. through a D.D. in favour of Divya Pharmacy payable at
Hardwar. The allottee of Patanjali Chikitsalayas must purchase first lot of medicines and herbal
products worth of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Seven Lac & Fifty Thousand Only).
9. The expiry of medicines or other products or material of substandard quality will be replaced or
settled by Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.
10. The Trade discount to the Retailer will be given as under :
a. On Medicines 20% on M.R.P.
b. On Food Products 20% on M.R.P.
c. On Cosmetic Items 10% on M.R.P.
11. The Retailer shall not sell any product at more than M.R.P.
12. The Retailer will maintain its books of A/c properly as per law.
13. The Retailer shall not sell these products for further sale, expect to the branches which are permitted
in writing by the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.
14. The expenses for advertising at local level will be borne by the Retailer & at National level by the
Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.
15. In case of violation of any term/condition, the Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. will have a
right to cancel the Retailership without serving any notice in advance.
16. First an agreement will be signed between two parties, initially for the duration of 3 yrs. and further
renewable for the succeeding terms.
If anyone desires to become the Retailer/ open a new Patanjali Chikitsalayas of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.
may apply to Secretary General, Divya Yog Mandir (Trust), Ofice : Patanjali Yogpeeth, Maharishi
Dayanand Gram, Delhi Hardwar National Highway, Hardwar 249402, Uttarakhand, India (Tel: +91- 1334-
240008) on plane paper along with following documents:
a. Location of shop, where one intends to open Patanjali Chikitsalayas.
b. Photo of shop, where one intends to open Patanjali Chikitsalayas.
c. Population of city, where one desires to open Patanjali Chikitsalayas. Also state whether any other
Patanjali Chikitsalayas of Divya Pharmacy & Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. is already in the same city, if
yes, then how many kilometers away from your shop.
d. Xerox copy of statement of bank account of last three months.
