Participate in a dedicated rotation, designed to offer an in-depth look at the supervisor position within various departments

Greet clients as they arrive, process paperwork for rental agreements, offer additional services (i.e. coverage or roadside
assistance), answer the telephone, handle client questions or complaints and work to resolve overdue car rentals. In some
cases, also responsible for ensuring the cars are clean, full of gas and ready for the next client.
Provide prompt service by inspecting vehicle and assist customers with any concerns regarding their rental experience.
