OBJECTIVES OF THIS COURSE
The purpose of this course is to provide a fundamental knowledge of
project management, to plan and control business projects while being able
to recognise the risks and adversities that exist.
This Course helps you to improve the ability to handle complicated or
awkward situations while communicating with your business delegates and
even with your colleagues. It will also help in cultivating strong
communication at the workplace with your fellow workers and those who
are seniors to you.
The objective of this course is to introduce models and concepts that
provide insights on a wide range of managerial problems.
Qualitative and quantitative methods will be used to address various
aspects of managing a business concern.
This course will provide a wider portfolio of approaches and different
techniques to coaching and mentoring people within a firm.
