partoftheallinclusiveenvironmentthatthetheatre

Teamworkstimulatesthisinclusivespace,with:

Bumpinsandouts(settingupandpacking
down)areperformedbythewholecast,
productionmanagersanddirectors,aswell
assetbuilders/designers.
Cleaningthetheatre,whilenotrequiredtobe
performedbythetechnicalstaff,are
conductedbythecastofactors.
Inthecaseofacrisis,suchasactorsbeing
illorinjured,theentirecastincluding
technicaloperators,directorsand
managementwillgatherbackstagetosort
throughaproblemlogically.

Inthetheatre,anumberofdifferentmethodsare
utilisedtofostertheaforementionedallinclusive
environment.Themostprevalentofthemethods
areemail,fornotesandthecommunicationof
quotesforlighting,andotheraspectsofproduction,
andverbalcommunicationatrehearsalsand
presentations.

ThebenefitsofemailtoMSTYParethatitcan
beeasilyusedtocommunicatenotesforboth
actorsandtechnicalproduction,afterrehearsals,

Thislightisextremelydurable,andbulbsare
extremelycheap,sotheyareusedinahuge
amountoftheatresastheyprovideaneffective
lightforwhatisarelativelynegligiblecost.

Thesafetyofthoseusingandoperatingthese
lightsisinsuredwithasafetybulbwith
antishatterglassandmeshtoensurethatglass
isntprojectedinthecaseofabulbexplosion,and
eachunitissafetychainedtomaintainupkeepto
WH&Sstandards,solightsdonotfallinthecase
ofaclampfailure.
Anaudiolimiterhasbeeninstalledinthetheatre
toaddressconcernsraisedbyaneighborin
regardstonoiselevels,avoidsexcessivenoise
levelsandclipping,addressingauditoryconcerns
forallwhoworkinthetheatre(meaningthat
feedbackisnottemporarilyorpermanently
deafening).

ThedresscodeofMSTYPissimpletightfitting
andfunctional,tendingtowardscasualandtheatre
blacks,i.e.cargopantsandatshirt,forpocket
spaceandpurposefullowvisibilityduringshow
operation.
