ZCL Corrosion, formerly Triple M Fiberglass Mfg, has been
manufacturing top quality aboveground and underground
FRP tanks since 1982. These corrosion resistant tanks
are custom designed and fabricated in accordance with
ASTM-D3299, ASTM-D4097, API-12P (modifed), CGSB-41-
GP-22 or ASME RTP-1 specifcations to suit your specifc
requirements and service. Double wall tanks are available
which utilize ZCLs patented Parabeam 3D glass fabric,
providing continuous interstitial space monitoring (leak
detection). Specialty resins, veils and additives are used
for handling the fre retardant, abrasive or high temperature
requirements of corrosive liquids. ZCL Corrosion is the only
ASME RTP-1 accredited facility in Canada.

Tanks and Vessels
Chemical Storage Tanks
Safe and reliable storage of corrosive liquid is available from 6 to
22 diameters with holding capacities exceeding 500,000 litres.
Single and double wall tanks are available for both underground
and aboveground (vertical or horizontal) designs.
Process Vessels and Scrubbers
ZCL Corrosion Provides complete structural design and fabrication
of many types of process vessels and specialized equipment.
Vessels and Scrubbers have been manufactured up to 40 diamater
and 60 tall. Towers have been fabricated up to 12 diameter and
120 tall.
ZCL Troy
ZCL Troy, formerly Troy Manufacturing Canada Inc., brings
with it a highly effective process for creating corrosion
resistant tank structures and piping systems called Ortho
Winding (0/90 flament winding process referred to as
Type X per ASME RTP-1). This technology creates optimum
strength, improved corrosion resistance and precise
positioning of glass. ZCL Troy has been building long
lasting, highly reliable tanks and process piping with this
method since 1988.
ZCL Troy is able to custom design and fabricate vessels
with diameters up to 22ft and follows ASME RTP-1
specifcations. The materials used are carefully evaluated
by the engineering and quality control departments prior
to acceptance for use in vessel construction. All standard
acceptance testing procedures are available: visual,
hydrostatic, vacuum, spark, acoustic emission (AE), and
strain gauge.
Xerxes
For over four decades, Xerxes has offered an extensive product
line of aboveground FRP storage tanks. These tanks meet stringent
specifcations set by manufacturers. Xerxes is an ASME RTP-1
accredited facility.
