Project Description
The project “Enterprise Planning” aims to computerize the sales monitoring system. The main
objective is giving the detailed information about product/services choose, like validity of the
products/services, warranty information, value component wise, invoice information, payment details.
It will also have the facility to Add/Delete new products/services to the already existed
products/services list this can be done only the top-level management. This system will have the
information about the users (Administrative staff, Product Managers, Branch Manager, and Sales
Team) and customer’s details and ordered product details (Quantity, License information). This
Enterprise Planning will have the alert system facility, if the validity of a service is nearing expiry, the
alert service should trigger a mail to the whole hierarchy. As per the configuration multiple warnings
are sent till it is renewed or disabled. Sales partners (SP) can post their sales through this system, on
each soled product/service SP will get some commission, for getting this commission SP no need to
consult any branch manager manually, whenever SP post his sales, commission amount will
automatically transfer to the posted SP’s account.
