Foreword
This booklet has been designed to compliment and support the delivery of Industry Standards and to meet
the Safe Working Practices of associated stakeholders. The ALGN Driver Induction Agreement & Checklist is
for the use of ALGN Transport Pty Ltd Employees and Subcontractors only. This booklet has been designed
to be used in conjunction with ALGN Transports Employee and Subcontractor Procedures, Safety & Drivers
Guide and ALGN Driver Induction Handbook.. ALGN Transport Pty Ltd perform ongoing practical
assessments of safe working methods.

1. The aforementioned handbooks have been designed according to:

The strict criteria and operator competencies required by ALGN Transports customers in
adhering to Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
National Occupational Health & Safety Standards and Guidelines to allow for the integration of the
policies herein into current OH&S substructures and formats

2. Satisfactory completion of the ALGN Driver Induction Handbook Training requires:

Attendance at the driver induction program and any scheduled training sessions
Participation in regular group discussions regarding safe working practices
Demonstration of competency in all construction site processes outline in this handbook

Confidentiality Agreement

I, "_________________________________________ (the "Undersigned") acknowledges that as a sub-contractor to
"ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd." they will be given access to Confidential Information relating to the business affairs, pricing
structure and operations of "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd.".
1. It is acknowledged by the undersigned that any disclosure of Confidential Information about "ALGN Transport
pty ltd or disclosure of the fact that information has been provided, or disclosed on certain business
relationships, except for the express purpose stated herein, can cause serious harm to the "ALGN Transport
Pty. Ltd." business.

2. The Undersigned further agrees that it will not interfere with any business of "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd." through
the use of information or knowledge acquired during employment for "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd." under this
Agreement or any such information for its own account.

3. The Undersigned agrees that it will not use any Confidential Information provided by "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd."
or subsidiaries or any of its affiliates for a purpose other than participating in workshops and group training as
part of "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd. ".

4. It is understood that "ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd." is the intended party and beneficiary whose rights are being
protected and may enforce the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement as if it were a party to the agreement.
Further, the Undersigned agrees it will not either directly or indirectly, by agents, by servants, or employee,
disclose the said information, either in whole or in part, to any third person, whether individual, firm, company or
corporation other than those agents, servants, or employees of the Undersigned who have a need to know the
information for the purposes stated herein and whom shall assume the same obligations as under this
Agreement.

5. The Undersigned shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to notify and bind to its Confidentiality
Obligations hereunder all its respective employees, officers, advisors (excluding legal advice), consultants and
agents who may come into contact with or obtain access to the Confidential Information, and assumes full
responsibility for the compliance of such agents, servants or employees to the terms of this Agreement.

6. It is understood that the Confidential Information referred to herein includes any information which generally is
not publicly known or which would constitute a trade secret; information not known to the Undersigned prior to
execution of this Agreement; information not independently developed by the Undersigned prior to execution of
this Agreement; information not independently developed by the Undersigned or lawfully disclosed to the
Undersigned by a third party. Each party acknowledges and agrees that such Confidential Information is being
disclosed for the sole purpose stated herein and is exclusive and proprietary property of the disclosing
Participant. The execution of this Agreement and the exchange of Confidential Information hereunder does not
constitute a commitment to enter into any underlying business relationship.

This agreement commences and remains in effect until the earlier of (a) one year at the end of employment with "ALGN
Transport Pty. Ltd." or (b) the date of execution of any superseding written agreement between the parties.
The Undersigned failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement will irreparably harm the business of
"ALGN Transport Pty. Ltd. and therefore the injured party will not have adequate remedy at law in the event of such
non-compliance and is entitled to injunctive relief without the posting of bond or other security, in addition to whatever
other remedies it may have, at law or equity.

Coates Hire Inductions
Coates Hire requires Employees and Subcontractors of ALGN Transport Pty Ltd to be inducted into their
working methods before being allowed onto site locations. This document contains the links needed for
induction into Coates Hire.

Download and read the .pdf files named below and located on the Coates Hire Contractor

Watch the Transport Videos by following the link - some of this content may not appear directly relevant to
the work you will be doing but is complementary to our working practices.

After this, click on the Start Contractor Induction button. Follow the New Contractor Login and Registration
link below the Username and Password fields to the Account Creation page. Enter the Contractor Code:
alg902. Then you will be prompted to fill in your details. Please also include your license number.

The induction will consist of a series of questions that involve you viewing and listening to short videos and
then answering questions about what you just watched. Ensure you use a computer with audio capabilities.
You will also need to complete the Transport Driver Training as well as the General Induction.
