Training
Selected faculty have to undergo training at Delhi or Hyderabad or Chennai
or Jaipur after joining. However, training can happen at any FIITJEE Centre
location. During / After completion of training, the candidates may be
chosen to be placed in any of the categories, based on their communication,
personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various
parameters of training.
FIITJEE is the only institute which gives structured and complete training to
the faculty members. The aim of the training is to ensure that each and every
faculty member is absolutely thorough in his / her subject and proficient in
all such activities which assist in imparting sound training to young aspirants
