Completion of the Reserves CentralTerm Deposit Facility User Access Report
is Required by August 30, 2013


Your organization currently has individuals with access to Federal Reserve Bank information
systems via the Reserves CentralTerm Deposit Facility (TDF) application. The Federal
Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requires that each individual with a TDF application
user account must have his or her access reviewed and his or her authorization reviewed annually.

There are two actions that only a designated End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) for your
institution must take to complete the TDF authorization access review, as detailed below. Please
note that all EUACs at your institution are receiving this communication. We ask that you
coordinate your review and send only one completed TDF User Access Report by Friday, August
30, 2013.

Failure to respond to this request will result in the revocation of access to the TDF
application for all users at your institution.

#1 Review and Complete the TDF User Access Report
First, review the TDF User Access Report below, which lists the individual(s) from your
organization who are authorized to access the TDF application, to determine if the TDF users are
correct as stated. Then follow these instructions:
1. Click the Reply key (or Ctrl + R) in order to send your response electronically to your
Districts Reserves Administration department.
2. Type in the name and phone number of the EUAC who is completing and submitting the
TDF User Access Report.
3. Click your mouse to place an X in the appropriate box to the right of each name to
designate whether access should be continued or revoked for each individual. If you
identify individuals whose access will need to be revoked, you will be required to submit an
External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form. Please see step #2
below for further guidance.
4. Send the email to the address prepopulated into the To line of your reply email.

If all users at your institution continue to need TDF access, then the TDF authorization review is
now complete.

Note: Users denoted as Revoke Access by the EUAC will only have their access revoked for the
TDF application. User credentials to other Federal Reserve applications will remain unchanged.

#2 Submit an External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form (complete
this step for users in the table above that need to have their TDF access revoked)
Secondly, the External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form must be
submitted electronically to the Customer Contact Center (CCC) for all individuals who no longer
need access to the TDF application. Please note an EUAC cannot submit this form to add, modify
or delete his or her own TDF access. The same form can be used to modify or add users, but we
are requiring that a revocation request be submitted for users that you have identified in the report
above.

Please submit the External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form for all TDF
credential modifications no later than August 30, 2013.

If you need to add, modify, or delete user access for other Federal Reserve applications, you can
also use the above link to the External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form.
You should not use the above Reserves CentralTerm Deposit Facility User Access Report to
indicate access changes for other Federal Reserve services, such as FedLine

or
FedACH

Users denoted as Revoke Access by the EUAC will only have their access revoked for the TDF
application. User credentials to other Federal Reserve applications will remain unchanged.

Again, failure to respond to this request will result in the revocation of access to the TDF
application for all users at your institution.
