Welcome to SAMBA Bank Limited (SBL)!

We are delighted to have you onboard, and look forward to a mutually beneficial association. To
complete your induction process with SBL it is mandatory to complete the documentation process
within the first week of your joining. A list of necessary documents, processes, support links and
related sources and relevant personnel are provided below.

A. Make sure you submit the following to HR


1. Updated copy of resume / CV
2. Six latest passport size photographs
3. Copy of computerized national identity card
4. Copy of most recent pay slip
5. Certified copies of all educational & professional qualifications
6. Resignation /acceptance/ clearance letter from previous employer
7. Experience / Service Certificates
8. Reference List of at least 3 references with complete addresses & contact numbers (other than
relatives)
9. Copy of appointment letter duly accepted and signed with two witness
10. Joining report signed by you and the departmental head /immediate supervisor/line manager
11. Pre-employment medical checkup letter (to be collected from HR for a checkup by authorized
medical centers)
12. Employee Identity Card Information form
13. Form of Nomination in case of death of employee w.r.t. employee’s provident fund, insurance
and other dues
14. List of dependents along with D.O.B /CNIC.

2. All bank policies & guidelines are available at URL: Http:// XXX (to be obtained from IT), it is
mandatory to read and return a signed copy of 1 to 11 from list B to HR.
3. It is obligatory for all employees to intimate HR about any changes and updates in the
information provided to HR at the time of joining.
