MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Abhijith, For DJ Savio

This memorandum of understanding(MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between Nikhil
V A, Arts Club Secretary, Younus Institute of Technology, Kannanalloor who may be addressed
as the first party and Abhijith , For DJ savio who may be addressed as the second party here on
This memorandum of understanding hereby confirms the conduct of a DJ show from 6.30 pm to
9.00 pm by the second party at the premises of the first party as a part of YITZERA 2014, the
college arts day on 15
th
March, 2014 for a duration of 2 hours and 30 Minutes for a remuneration
of Rs 65000. Both parties hereby initialize the contract with an advance payment of Rs 25000 to
the second party by the first party on 10
th
March, 2014. The above mentioned amount is
inclusive of all the expenses of the programme viz, travelling expenses, food etc. The first party,
hereby agree to pay the balance amount of Rs 40000 to the second party on the successful
completion of the above mentioned event on 15
th
March, 2014. The second party hereby agrees
to make all the necessary arrangements for the programme 1 hour prior to the proposed
commencement time of the event. The second party also agrees to pay an amount of Rs 65000
inclusive of the advance amount on or before 16 March, 2014 if the event is cancelled by the
second party under any circumstances. The first party hereby confirms the provision of
accommodation facility to the second party during the day time prior to the commencement of
the event on the above mentioned date. The second party is supposed to conduct the event at
their own responsibility and the first party will not be responsible for the damage to the
equipment belonging to second party due to power supply issues or short circuit.
This MOU is at- will and may be modified by mutual consent of the authorized members from
the above mentioned parties. This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized
officials from the above two parties and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any
one of the parties by mutual consent. In the absence of mutual consent by the authorized officials
from the parties, this MOU shall end on 16 March, 2014
