iGrip user manual

System login:- after click on the iGrip icon which is on your desktop a system login
screen will open and asking user name and password . fill the desired user name and
password and press Login

As shown below…
Front panel screen:- after login a front panel screen can display which contain various
no of icons .
as shown below…….
Enquiry handling:- After login in to front screen click on the enquiry details which
show in the blue icon .

As shown below:-

Steps in enquiry handling :- There are 6 icons shown above


1. NEW
2. EDIT
3. SEARCH
4. DELETE
5. REFRESH
6. CLOSE

NEW BUTTON:- After clicking a new button a new enquiry form will open .
Fill all the details of fresh enquiry which shown in form

And one most important thing click on the blank space of below course group.
It means for which course group a person comes for an enquiry.
After filling all the details press SAVE button to save the information
EDIT BUTTON:- this is used to edit the information .

SEARCH BUTTON:- in this option we used to search the enquiry by following search option

Search by :- enquiry code


Name
City

Father name
Mobile no
Date of Birth
And many more……..

DELETE:- this button is to delete the enquiry or any other record

REFRESH :- this button is to refresh the database

CLOSE :- this button is to close the current form .


How to handle follow up in Enquiry form :-

when you open a enquiry form on the right hand side there is 2 option shows

follow-Ups :- in this form u can give the comment to the enquiry that at what date and time u will follow
that person

Search:- in this form u search the follow-ups pending by DATE , COURSE, NAME ect.

Steps in REGISTRATION handling:-

After the enquiry form will complete successfully the 2 step is to register the enquiry
In this form following things has to be filled

1- open the registration detail


2- double click on the enquiry code space in form 2

3- after selecting the particular enquiry from list.


4- Select COURSE-GROUP of that enquiry in course information.

5- After selecting the course group DATE, FEE ,Rc-No, course

6- After that fill the booking amount details in form 3.

7- And final SAVE that form.


Steps in STUDENT ADMISSION handling:-

After successfully register the enquiry the next step finally student admission in to the institute

1:-open the student admission

2:- double click on the enquiry code space

3:- select the particular student from list

4:-fill the necessary information shown in the form.

5:- Upload the picture of student if available

6:- and finally save that form by pressing on save button


Steps in installment plan handling:-

After successful completing of student admission the next step is to make the fee plan or installment plan
Of a particular student who get the successful admit in your institute. Other wise a fee plan can not made.

There are 4 heads in this form :-


1-Student details
2-Course Information
3-schemes/discount
4-Split criteria

1-Student details:- in the student details 1st we have to select the student from student code
by pressing double click.

2-Course Information:- after selecting the student we have to fill the necessary details of the
course of that student .
3-Schemes/Discount:- after selecting the course information we create a discount if applicable.
By click on the scheme icon on right hand side.
After clicking a discount details form will open and fill the necessary details like

Course group code- 1st select the course on which you give the discount
Discount id- discount –id will generate automatically
Title- give a particular title like( New Year Discount)
Announcement date-
Starting date-
Ending date-
Discount % and amount ( fill any one)

After filling all the information click on the SAVE button. Like wise multiple discount can
be created.
4-Split criteria:- after filling all the necessary details we split the fee according to criteria we given
Like

From date:- this is the date from which you make the payment

No of installment:- in this split the fee in to no pf installment like ( 5 installment)

First D.P:- this is the 1st down payment like (Rs. 1000 ect) and after that press split.

And after successfully filling the details press SAVE button.

NOTE:- this the form only to make the fee plan , not to make the payments.
And how to make the payments is in LLECTION DETAILS
Steps in COLLECATION DETAIL handling:-

After successful completing of installment.open collection detail. The very 1st step to take the
collection from a student. click on the CHECK button.
After clicking the check button it will shows the student of pending fee.

As shown below

Double Click the particular student for taking the fee it will turn in to yellow to white.
As shown above

After clicking it will automatically fill all the information regarding FEE DETAIL ,STUDENT INFO,
COURSE AND BOOKING DETAILS.

As shown below.
The COLLECTION DETAILS is filled by the consular that is FEE PAID.

As shown below

And after fill all the information click on SAVE button.

A automatically fee receipt will be generated.

As shown below
And after that click on the icon COLLECTION RECEIVED where u can see all that data
regarding Fee Collection.
Control button description

While using an iGrip plz follow the given sequence as shown below.

1. this is the enquiry detail button from where u can start handling the
fresh enquiry.

2. this is the registration detail button where u can register the fresh enquiry
for a particular course.

3. this is the student admission button where a registered student will get
admission in to particular course of your institution

4. this is the installment plan button where you can make the fee plan of each
and every student ,who will successfully admitted.
5. this is the collection detail button in which you will collect the fee of a
student . or manage fee of all the student.

this is export to EXEL button available in every form. Where u can


export all the data in to Excel format just by pressing it. Its simple
