marketing, information technology, strategic communications and industry-specific
articles that are subject matter relevant to those corporations.

I worked with Blueglass as a freelance writer focusing on writing topics on cloud
computing, SEO marketing, corporate branding and media. I was responsible for several
key client accounts where I wrote content for their blogs and websites on a daily/weekly
basis. I was given key topics on a daily basis and required to research them and write
relevant articles that were posted on their sites. As the editor, I was assigned a pool of
writers to whom I was responsible for editing their work and checking for errors, tense,
style and tone as it related to each client.

Payroll Manager - Olsten Staffing Services - Birmingham, AL
I held position as Payroll Manager/Bookkeeper. Responsibilities involved creating
computerized payroll twice weekly for 400 employees, client telephone collections,
managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, yearly wage and tax
statements, wage garnishments and petty cash. As the Payroll Manager, I trained all new
employees on the computer system and managed and billing adjustments, debits, credits,
and transfer on accounts as needed by the client and any payroll-related situations for the
temporary employees.

Insurance Clerk, W.L. Pinchback, Jr., M.D., P.C., Orthopedic Surgeon - Montgomery,
AL
Responsibilities involved filing medical insurance claims with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue
Cross & Blue Shield, Workmens Compensation and private insurance. The Medicare
and Blue Cross Claims were entered on a computer terminal provided by Blue Cross and
were polled daily. I also verified insurance coverage on patients and collected money on
overdue accounts from the patients and insurance companies. I registered patients into the
computer and entered their charges per office and/or hospital visit and deleted or added
charges as needed.
